The amount of homeless living around the entire hotel, Made us feel immediately unsafe. Our suite cases are sitting outside our house because we felt bug bites on ankles while laying in bed. The texted at 8 am asking when we where leaving.

It's a nice reasonably priced stay. The room was clean and very quiet.
My only complaint is that the City of Bozeman MT allows the homeless to camp all along the streets in the area of the hotel.

The Hotel itself is fine. The issue is the homeless camp outside the windows and not enough camera's on that end of the building leaving a sense of fear a car may get broken into. While i was there i saw a hit and run while walking my dog.
The hotel is good, we loved the water slide and pool. Room was clean and in good shape. Hotel staff were friendly.

When we drove up noticed that the Hotel was surrounded by Homeless encampments. Saw drug use and a person peeing onto the side of a house. The Hotel parking lot was totally empty at 5PM when we arrived. Due to the surroundings we did not feel safe and did not stay at the hotel. Bozeman in general seems to have a large problem with encampments anywhere we drove near the highway.

Was right across from a homeless shelter that we were not comfortable with. Room was lacking in cups, soap and had to request more towels. Breakfast was very small on choices also.

The property is next to a homeless camp. They could not find my reservation, said it was canceled by someone in Dubai, that I had already paid for. Since it was a tournament weekend, and all other places were full, I had to pay for the room again. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for a week to get a refund, but no luck. There was also black mold in the bathroom. Stay somewhere else.

The staff is amazing!!!

The neighborhood has a homeless problem, but the facility and service was great. We had no issues during our stay.

I felt the surroundings very threatening with the homeless conditions. I also was very disappointed with the breakfast of just cereal and min muffins, also juice and coffee. The Accommodations were not worth the price I paid for the room of over $200. I will think twice ever staying at another Baymont.

Stains in carpet, furniture has holes in it and was stained. TV system is antiquated, with no program guide. Staffs only responce to problems was "we are going to renovate in October".

Just a old hotel that could be better and could be worse

False advertising online.
No coffee available and the continental breakfast was horrible.
But you took my money!!!
Homeless live across the street and were fighting late at night.
Would not recommend staying here.

Carpets could have used a good deep clean and the exercise room needed some amenities.

Drove through a homeless encampment to my surprise especially for what we paid. We were worried about vehicles due to people walking around the parking lot all night. Very disappointed

The Homeless shelter across the street and homeless people in campers and tents reminded me of Los Angeles.

The hotel is surrounded by people sleeping on sidewalks, living in vehicles and tents. Atmosphere felt unsafe. Decided not to stay

What a pleasant place to stay. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Found the local American Legion Post 14 and had a very enjoyable stay.

Lots of homeless

Seems as though the homeless took camp on the roads leading and around the hotel. Never had an issue with them, but very uncomfortable with them lingering around the hotel throughout the day and into the night.

Very dated property, especially our room. Double queen suite was huge which was great, but very dated. Also, it's right next to a homeless shelter! A cooling center in fact for the homeless. Many homeless people walking around the premises. Didn't mention that in the hotel summary. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my car out in the lot. Brought everything inside. Prayed I wouldn't come out to a break in... No hot breakfast. Only a few muffins and a few breads. Went across the street to McDonalds for breakfast. At $200 per night, I wish I would've known and would have paid extra to sleep better, in a nicer hotel, with hot breakfast. Such as Hampton Inn/Holiday Inn.

GIANT HOMELESS SHELTER ACROSS ROAD.
Cars that are lining streets as homes for people.
Old, worn out.
Seems grimey.

I was quite surprised Wyndham would associate with this hotel. It was located directly across the road from make shift housing for those hard to house that included people drinking or passed out along the hotel property. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and the carpeted floor did not look like it was vacuumed.

Lots of homeless in parking lot sleeping in cars on street. Fighting in street. Pool was nice.

Awesome water slide, very friendly staff, clean comfortable room.

The expense did not equal the amenities. The rooms are small. The pool had too much chlorine to the point of burning eyes. The continental breakfast had run out by 8 am. The lady at the front desk kept apologizing but not adding food which left us to cereal and bread. The area is next to a warming station. so we were surrounded by "campers" who are actually homeless. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean although outdated. Will not recommend.

The property is nice, well kept, staff is very friendly. The area around the property felt unsafe. I would still stay there again always lock your car

Read the reviews before booking so you can make an informed decision! I didn’t! The staff were very friendly to work with but the room smelled musty and was dark and outdated. We paid for a suite but the door to get outside didn’t work from the inside. The hotel is surrounded by homeless people so I was glad our car was parked right outside of our room so we could keep an eye on it. Even though the homeless didn’t come near the hotel, we could smell the marijuana when walking from our car to our room. The indoor pool with the slide was nice, no hot tub. The breakfast is almost non existent-mini muffins, slices of bread, cereal and yogurt. The staff were great but it didn’t make up for the other things unfortunately.

Room was a great size. Very easy and convenient to check in and out on my phone. My 16 year old son loved the water slide. Appreciated the interior hall door and an exterior door to the parking lot.
Disliked the homeless warming shelter was across the street, therefore all around the hotel were broke down cars, tents, and homeless people all around.
Also disliked the breakfast. Toast, cereal, little Debbie sized muffins, and a beverage is not what we were expecting. It was very disappointing.

We stayed here one night after flying into Bozeman on our way to Yellowstone. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and front staff was friendly. The online pre check process made things a breeze when checking in. My only complaint was it was SUPER noisy. You could hear anything and everything above you and around you. Someone kept letting their car alarm go off all night. I know these are things beyond the hotels control. Just bring earplugs or use something for white noise to help you sleep if you are a light sleeper.

We stayed here for the pool and water slide. The pool was quite small, so you couldn’t really swim around especially when other people were in there. And the water was rough, like a jetted tub because of the slide.

I didn’t like this property as the property room beds are not clean and the AC was not working correctly

bozeman hotels are insanely expensive, I know that. But to pay what we did to be surrounded by the sad homelessness situation in bozeman was a hard pill to swallow. There were fields of tents and broke down trailers.
I understand these mountain towns are exploding with popularity but stop ruining it for the tourists and the locals.

The front desk personnel were friendly & efficient. The pool looked like it would be fun for kids, even though it was small.
The negative review is based on how dated the rooms are. The air conditioning could not keep up with the 90+ degree heat so we were very hot at night. Some things are out of the hotels control. The area is surrounded by house less people & the rates are higher than the quality, but that is a Bozeman problem.

Skid row was literally outside the hotel. It made staying there feel very unsafe.
