I expected more for the price i paid. Washroom in terrible need of a reno . Shower curtain coming off the wall ,shower curtain not staying closed. Cracked drywall.

Check-in was easy. Hotel and room was clean. Pool and hot tub were open and working. Breakfast in the morning was average, with a few different options. Great stay especially for the price.

The room is spacious and they have a futon. But the mattress is stained, pillows are lumpy, the sink is sluggish and the toilet was constantly plugging up. No wonder there was a plunger by the toilet. Everytime we used it, we have to unclog with the plunger. At some point i poured shampoo and hot water to unclogged it. It took a good 10 minutes before the water went down. We wont be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was not as advertised. It looked like there may have been some upgrades but it was old and mattress was full of stains. Hotel smelled. Front desk was helpful and fully willing to try and switch rooms and ultimately willing to not charge. We ended up leaving for a different hotel

The location was convenient to the mall. We arrived mid afternoon and no one was at the desk. We rang on the phone per the sign. The staff member sounded like we woke them from a slumber and said to hold a minute. 11 minutes later she arrived at the desk. The bed frames are metal and you feel like you're sleeping on a futon - metal clinking noises and all. The freezer/fridge was frozen solid and the door barely closed because of the amount of ice and frost build up. The room was otherwise spacious. The bathroom had someone's toe or finger nail clippings in the bathtub. There was a ring of mold/mildew around the sink where the counter and sink connect (under mount). There was a ball of hair behind the bathroom door. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were quite a few homeless people walking the street in front, even during the day. We would choose another hotel next visit.

The place needs some updating. Some fresh paint in the bathroom would help along with new lampshades and lamps (corrosion). No sink stopper in the bathroom but water pressure was OK. I feel like they may be short staffed as there was often a sign on the front desk saying that they were away. The interactions with staff at checkin and breakfast was good. The random mattress in a bag near the stairs was interesting (don't know if it was to be discarded or if it was a resplacement.).

We stayed at the Quality Suites for one night. If you need a suitable place to rest your head at night with a mediocre breakfast than this is the place for you. There aren't tons of options for breakfast but my kids definitely enjoyed the waffle-maker and apple juice. For the price I have no complaints.

We walked into lobby and it smelt like cigarettes and the hallways smelt like cat urine. Then we proceeded to walk up two flights of stairs as there was no elevator. As we were going up the stairs i grabbed the wooden railng that i just about ripped right off and then the carpetbon the stairs had big rips and pieces missing. Got to the room there was dirty socks in the closet tv remote didnt work bathtub was gross you could see the dirty streaks! Pillows were aweful and there was not enough staff to bring bedding for pull out couch to our room. Overall the price we paid was way to much for this property.

We were first checked into a smoking room. Turns out it was known and they did not appear to be willing to spend the money to clean/clear the smokey smell. We were moved to another room. This room was clean and mostly OK. However, the microwave did not work. The lobby, stairs and halls had obvious deferred maintenance. Will not stay here again.

Arrived for check-in there was no one in sight I waited arround 10-15 minutes and was finally helped.....hotel says pet freindly but they freaked out when I brought in my 7lb shitzu and they made us change rooms and pay a pet deposit..needless to say my dogs behind is cleaner than the hotel..carpet was littered with trash from on end of the hotel to the other..we got into our room and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom dirt stained walls and tub...when laying down to finally get rest my wife reached over to shut off the light and noticed a half drank water bottle that was nicely placed inside the lamp shade....continental breakfast or what was left was just as bad no clean tables...everything was out i had to get them to bring a jug of milk so my daughter could have a bowl of cereal..they didnt ask me about my stay when checking out and now i understand for obvious reasons

Our room was on the first floor which was nice. The room was pretty clean, liked the laminate in the room. It made the room seem cleaner. You can tell they tried to remodel the room recently but the quality of the work could have been better. There was no hair dryer in room. I think the price of the room was a little expensive for what we got. The motel was pretty quiet which was good.
