The first hotel I've seen so far in Fargo that was staffed by actual Americans who could speak English; that was a nice change.
Generally liked the room. though it was always really humid for some reason. I had to turn on the heat (in the middle of summer) just to dry the room out a bit. Even then it was always a bit "moist".

Very good
Not much

Nothing. The location is in a weird spot. The nice thing is, it is close to the west acres mall.
There is an odd smell to it. The pool deck was not clean, the main light in our room did not work, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Value for money and very comfortable. The pool was lovely to swim in. The bed was very comfortable.
It seemed that the reception staff had been trained by Basil Faulty from Faulty Towers. We had booked a non pet room and upstairs in April of this year and received an email from the hotel in confirmation. When we arrived on the 29th of July they had sold this room to someone else which was odd as we arrived before 3pm and had to wait in line till 3:45pm to get our room with only 1 person in front of us in the queue. They made continuous apologies and made extraordinary excuses like I came from Nashville (Like who cares)…….. we just wanted what we had arranged in April and what we had, had confirmed. Most disgruntled guests we have ever seen in any foyer.

The carpet flooring is too dirty. My 2-year old son was running everywhere on the floor with his socks on. We have to bleach his socks afterwards for 2 days, just so we could remove the dirt from it. That was how dirty the carpet flooring is.

Nothing!
Reserved 2 bed and when we got to the room it was 1 queen. Very upset and disappointed. Won’t stay there ever again!

The gentlemen that checked me in was the property GM, was friendly
When we got to our room we discovered that the door was broken off the hinges. We had to force our way in the door and lift and force the door to our room closed to fit in the door frame. The bathroom door was also so big or so low to the ground that it scraped across the floor and you had to shove it across the close the door for privacy.
I went downstairs to talk to the GM but he was so swamped and was holding down the one man show the entire evening. Apparently wrestling teams were coming into town.
The bed was ok but the pillows were like cinder blocks.
I couldn’t sleep a wink because of our hotel room door, and it freaked me out thinking that someone could just walk into our room.
I wouldn’t recommend the place as it looked to be in a rough area of town.

It was as advertised on the site.
The cover for the chair in the room looks old and one can easily parse it for being dirty.
I was unfortunate to have one neighbour by the next room who had a dog that kept barking and would not let us rest at some point of the night and early hours of the mornings.
I had to report another guest who was right on top of our room who kept stamping their feet all through the night. Which made us wonder if there was a staircase on top of us. The receptionist confirmed it was a room with a guest.
I liked that the receptionist was willing to relocate us to another room, but we eventually stayed back to give the guest a benefit of doubt. It repeated again but not as much as the first night.

It was a hotel that was affordable.
They could have had a breakfast to eat but like most hotels since the pandemic, they have just phoned in the breakfast with nothing warm to eat or offered.

the only aspect I appreciated was the location.
Everything. The room I was in initially reeked of urine to the point where I became nauseous and unable to sleep. However, I will say the next room I was given was an improvement but barely as this room had burnt out light bulbs as well as a damaged privacy window curtain.

The staff was super helpful. The day desk clerk and another staff member helped me out of a snow drift that I was stuck in from the storm.
It was very loud all the time.

Breakfast could have included bananas, hard boiled eggs!
Staff could be more informed and know what to do if they didn’t know. They should have been more knowledgeable!
