I requested a handicapped room on the first floor and got exactly what I needed. The room was clean- especially the fridge and microwave so that was a huge plus. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice feature. We didn't swim but we used the hot tub which was warm and bubbly. Get to the breakfast early for the best selection but there's lots to choose from. My only complaint (which is small) was you can hear thru the walls easily if there's dogs barking or kids crying but it was minor and didn't bother us. The area felt safe and the room had good locks. The price was similar to others in the area and I would stay here again for the location, hot tub, and breakfast.

When we arrived and checked in, there were some people loitering in the lobby. One had a bicycle with them. After standing there for a few minutes, the front desk clerk came over and helped me. She seemed confused, but she said she was new. She messed up the key and I had to come back front to have her fix it. There was a man, not a patron, that was wandering around the hotel. They had already called security to come and remove him. Breakfast was sad. Breakfast starts at 6:00am, but at 7:30 still the only things put out were a handful of mini donuts, some bread, and some yogurt. The bathtub was grimy.

Where to begin… hotels.com should pay me for staying there. “Gym”-out of order, no towels in the room, no drain plug for the dirty bathtub, and there was dog feces tracked on the floor in our room. Housekeeping did not respond as promised. Multiple large dogs were roaming without leashes and the scent of weed was enough to give you the munchies. No worries, the smoke detector was wrapped up in a Walmart bag. Breakfast was a joke. I had to repair and rig the locks on the door because the dead bolt did not have a lever to turn and the swing latch at the top of the door was loose. Three of the four screws were stripped. I wore my pistol the entire visit. The refrigerator was unplugged and the switch to change the temperature was missing. There was condoms in the grass, crackheads all around, but I did get hollered at across the parking lot by some loser so there is that, I guess he thought I was pretty…( insert eye roll.) Hotels.com should remove that dump from the listing. Now I need to go get a shot of penicillin for staying there.

the evening check in person was freindlt and wanted to help, The morning people were not ,didn't care if you were their or not. Need a microwave in breakfast area, had oatmeal in pack for microwave but had to take back to room to cook. Juice machine didn't work either.

Booked and prepaid for a room on Hotels.com. when I arrived to check in I was told that I had to pay an additional three figure CASH deposit. Nowhere on Hotels.com was this information given. I refused to pay it and was denied a room. Plus the place is a dump! MY RESERVATION WAS NONREFUNDABLE AND I LOST MY MONEY TO HOTELS.COM. I WILL NEVER BOOK THRU THEM AGAIN.

We didn’t stay. Walked in and staff was rude and there were questionable people all around the building. The room was dirty and looked like there were bedbugs and after being in the room for a couple mins we felt itchy and left.

Room one was not clean. Towels piled in corner, bed stripped and linens in a chair. Returned to the lobby and attendant gave us a second room. Room number 2, dirty counter, open used soap with hair on it by the sink, no towels, dirty toilet. The final straw was when the toilet was clogged. We got a refund and went to another property. Will not stay here again. May not use Expedia as they tried to send us to an even worse hotel!

The staff had terrible things to say about this place. Said that it’s nothing like the online advertising. They had nothing as advertised also bed bugs. Also unsafe to stay there after 11 pm no bar and grill no hot tub tvs don’t work half the time. Staff said we should go somewhere else. Didn’t even stay to find out what he was saying was true bad place right off the get go

This property is unsafe and filthy. The room floors were sticky, the air conditioner didn't work, the tv and room phone did not work, no one answered the hotel phone when I tried to call the front desk using my own cell phone, hallways were littered with trash, the property was dreary, dirty, and unsafe. The person at the front desk said that 15 people had left that night before me for the same reasons.

Although our room appeared to be updated, the rest of the hotel was dirty, rundown and unkempt. The desk clerk had no idea when the complimentary breakfast was to be served. The breakfast consists of 2 choices of dry cereal, white bread slices and bagels. Peanut butter cups and jelly packets were available as were yogurt cups and coffee. We chose not to eat breakfast there as we expected a hot breakfast. When I asked the staff about it they responded “we only serve hot breakfast on the weekends”!

The first room we got the lock would not work to the door. informed the person at the desk. was told our stuff would be fine no one would come in our room. When I refused he did give us another room and apologized. Was woke up the same night by ants crawling on the nightstand, my glass, and the bed. informed the front desk of this she apologized said she would have maintenance spray while we were out. Saw a couple upon return to room. Woke the next morning to an ant crawling on my face. Says breakfast but only thing they had was a package of doughnuts or muffins very disappointing. Informed the front desk upon departure. Will not be staying here again.
