Great place to crash for a night

Comfortable stay, clean bed and a cool room when it was 100 degrees outside

Never again.

It was 100° outside and there was no air conditioning in my room. It was broken. I checked in at 3:00 and finally was moved to a different room at 11:00 pm. That ac was barely cooling the room. The entire building was hot and dirty. There is more but I'll just say I would never recommend this place.

Confortable beds and very nice staff.

Very small fitness and our fridge was leaking but the staff was very helpful.

Home away from home!!

The manager and staff treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The waffles were good and the coffee was good.

The breakfast could be a little better. There we few people staying there which could make the breakfast not as good.

Maintenance required even during take over from Greenstay to Best Western

Suites are a great value. The staff were excellent.

The 1st room (107)had a major crack along the handle in the shower, and mold around the toilet, this was reported during our first stay in Dec. We requested to change rooms as repairs were not fixed in room 107. They moved us to room 208, The second room(208), which had shower doors, while showering, the roller for the door fell off and the door handle was just barely hanging on. The sink drain was slow due to the stopper not adjusted properly. The wife was actually showering when the door roller fell off and could have been trapped inside as I was in the hospital.

What breakfast ? We went downtown get breakfast at 8:15. All of the food was gone . The front desk said that was all of it !!

The floor in our room had a used water pic nozzle on the floor, rather large object. Obviously the floor had not been swept after last customer. The TV would only receive 1 local station.

Probably won’t stay there again!

Good location

The floors were so sticky and dirty! I had to wear socks because they were so sticky and dirty! The sheets were stained!

Overall, great stay for family visiting local family.

Room was great, although missing shower curtain….fortunately we didn’t need to shower, we used tub :-)

Quiet and comfortable

Breakfast was par. Convenient location. Super easy check-in. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. I was in dire need of sleep and have always had a good experience with Greenstay.

What a fantastic facility for travel medical personnel.

Quiet, comfortable, and safe place to stay. I’m a travel nurse and have been looking for a hotel to stay. I finally found the diamond in the rough. Staff is so nice and helpful. The suit I stayed in had a great kitchenette with some kitchen supplies there.

Great stay at Greenstay!

Very clean & very comfortable (a great bed!) w/ better hotel room furnishings & all well maintained. Everything in our King room was great! Very relaxing, quiet & comfortable. Cconvenient location with plenty of parking. This was our 2nd time choosing this Greenstay, as we were pleased with our first visit & with a great room rate, we decided to stay again while in Springfield. Very convenient location with access to I-44 & 65 & 60. We definitely recommend!

There are not a lot of station choices on the cable TV, but was ok.

Comfortable stay and great service!

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable beds and a good value. Sandy, who was working the front desk when we checked in late at night was so friendly! She even brought a luggage cart all the way down the hall to our car so that we didn’t have to do it. Great customer service!

Everything was great with the exception of the air conditioner not working properly.

They had one of the best breakfasts at a hotel that I've experienced. The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

My air conditioner wasn't working properly. The clerk put batteries in the thermostat but I could not get the temperature to go below 67 and I like it cooler than that when I'm sleeping, so I didn't sleep well.

Breakfast lacked meat on one morning. Travel basketball team with multiple children kept staff busy resupplying items.

Needed meat for breakfast line. Scrambled eggs n gravy.

Bad but not terrible. Maybe acceptable if you have low expectations.

The suite had lots of floor space.

The beds are terrible. The shower was Luke warm at best. Everything looked worn and cheaply renovated.
