Lights in the room did not work, had to ask for toliet paper , lack of hot water during a 5 day stay was not good. However it was quiet and everyone friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids enjoyed. Plenty of towels available everytime we swam (6).

Weekly rentals next to our room with crying kids and loud noise all night, 5 kids and school bus stopoed to pick someup, breakfast was beyond horrible cool everything

The initial greeting by staff wasn't professional. The staff called each other names while I was checking in. The hotel entrance door window was filled with fingerprints. The room's first impressions was bad. The light switch by the unit's entry door didn't work. The outside door entrance was left open and not secured. So I asked for another room in the main building. This room was fine...no issues. I had a good night's sleep. The next morning brought other problems. The breakfast operation went totally south. No bacon, no sausage, no caffeine coffee, no butter for waffles, no orange juice, one cereal (raisin bran) was not covered and was exposed into a large bowl, there was hardly any fruit. Many people were obviously frustrated with the situation. I would never refer anyone to this hotel. The business was clearly owned by Asian Indians who I would assume were vegans. I feel the owners could learn from this experience. The Wyndham brand was deeply flawed during the early morning hours. I main reason I booked, was the Wyndham brand. I saw an above average rating of 8.0 on the Hotel.com website. Far from 8.0, more like 3.5 out of a possible 10 score. Wyndham has probably trained the hotel associates on how to provide excellent customer service, and done the Wyndham way. Somewhere along the way those skills were lost. Customers expect the greatest customer service during morning breakfast. I was at a total lost this morning. Vincent

Our first room smelled so bad like smoke, we asked to move. Our 2nd room had a "very bad" blood stained box springs, I have a picture if you would like to see. It was the 2nd floor, room 205. It literally looked like someone may have bled to death there, was the bed next to the window. They moved us again, next door. Towels were rough, toilet bowl seat was half off (they came & fixed it), things just weren't very well maintained. Breakfast ok, staff was nice. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this really needs to be addressed.

Property needs to be updated. Fill up the vending machine, couple more choices for cereal, clean up outside and inside pool area used pool towel bin, get rid of the rugs!! The shower in room was excellent! The beds were comfortable, it was safe and the whirlpool was working!! A big plus for us weary travelers!! Thank you!!

Lets start in the lobby, when i first walked in it had an oder that smelled like burned curry mixed with a musty oder, check in was as you expected except they dont hardly speak english, seemed like they had family members camped out in the lobby. The outside pool was closed, and their inside pool was dirty, the hot tub was more like a warm tub. We got into our room and it was dark and dated. The AC ran so loud it was hard to sleep, the shower has very little water pressure and the fire alarm was missing (bare wire hanging). Breakfast was horrible, mold on the bread and biscuits, eggs looked like they were cooked days ago. And if you choose to eat in the lobby youd be eating with their family and fight over witch smelled worse, the lobby or the food. We booked online because the pics looked nice with the outdoor pool being their main focus. We stayed 2 nights angot the heck outta there. Dont stay here!!! You'll get a better night sleep at the homeless shelter on a cot than you would here.

The property was overpriced, hotel and rooms extremely outdated for 230 dollar's a night. Have stayed in way better places for that amount or less. There was dead bugs in the room, not many wall outlets for charging your electronics. Breakfast was terrible and not a big selection of items. This choice of hotel was a last minute selection to attend an Ice Cube concert at the Amphitheater at the Ozarks. Another 100 dollars i would have went back to Margaritaville Resort for just a night. I wil never return to this property or any other ones along this area.

The lobby of this place smelled horrible. Eating food in this area was not possible for us.The a/c filter hasn’t been cleaned for months. Empty vending machine. Those types of items are purchased at the front desk. Will never return again to this hole.

I ended up not staying because the room smelled like smoke, all the lights were burnt out and the tv was a Roku and did not have cable. Because I booked online, I could not get a refund....extremely disappointed.

.Breakfast very limited. While the room was fairly clean, except the dusty tv and coffee maker, the carpet was really dirty…white socks were black on the bottom from wearing in room. Our deadbolt was broken. I asked every single day for them to replace it(we stayed 4 nights) Slept with chair and luggage rack in front of the door and used hanger to create a makeshift lock.

The hotel is a little dated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The comfort of the beds were satisfying. So overall, for the price I paid for a last minute getaway, it was ok. My one complaint would be that the indoor pool area had several cigarette butts laying around on the concrete around the pool.

The front desk people were not very friendly they couldn't speak very loud didn't speak very good English hard to understand and the pool inside and outside had trash all around it dirty towels everywhere the furniture outside to the pool was broken no trash can on the outside of the pool very disappointed.

Wow; never have stayed anywhere where you can smell mold but as little as we were in the room, thank goodness the second final morning I couldn’t breathe an nonstop sneezing an kept smelling mold all around the night stand. How dirty it looked and wiped it off and was FULL of green mold I have videos of! All on the tv stand as well. The manager wasn’t on duty but we absolutely want a refund again-/ how disgusting!! as breakfast was all old an nothing fresh either.

Well first of all ,the people that i encountered was nice. But for the 160.00 A night was ridiculously high. The place..baymont wyndom osage beach mo. Is a bit run down. Several other motels in area are same. Towel rack falling off wall, place smell old. Pools area are old, they have a grill at pool but im guessing they expected us to clean it out . Everything was just not 160.00 The heat on 2nd floor was Muggy. Breakfast was ok but not great. Coffee was good. To me it was a 99$ to $115 stay. Room small for 4 person on stay . I did like beds an comfort of mattress. 3 star is what i say , because they were nice people. An also it was the 4th. Maybe prices went up.

There was hair in the bed that was from previous guests. It was a different color. I had to kill a roach crawling on the wall and there were fly's in the bathroom area. The sink and toilet were not clean and the floor was filthy. The bath towels had stains on them.

We had to keep changing rooms because our building was infested with Brown Recluse spiders. There were alcohol shooters left in the window sill and the cot that was brought up for us to use was literally falling apart. The towels are super scratchy and you have to get them yourself from a storage bench in the pool room (staff just pointed to the pool when I asked for towels). No one emptied the trash or cleaned the room during our stay. One day our breakfast options were cream cheese but no bagels, gravy and no biscuits, or instant oatmeal packets and no hot water. The pool and public restroom were both out of order. The lady working was genuinely trying her best, but the majority of other staff kind of just stared or disappeared when we were around.

I paid for a deluxe room and gotten a smoked out room that wasnt clean then they gave me a room that smell bad plus hole in the walls n shower the tv didnt work and cracked head was hanging out bothering ppl ill never go back

Our room was pretty outside of the easy vacuum paths. Looked like hadn’t had a deep cleaning in YEARS. Building we stayed in and our room smelled musty and mildew. Shower barely had any water coming out. Tub wouldn’t hold water. They changed towels 3 out of 5 days never changed the sheets. Would not stay there again tried to switch hotels but things were full

Small tv mounted on wall - hard to see from the beds. Room smelled badly of marijuana every time we entered. Outside pool closed and covered. At breakfast all juice was out....only waffle machine and bagels when we went. Laundry room not in service. Staff was friendly. Bathroom fan so loud we couldn't hear the television when it was on. Things were surface cleaned but needee deep cleaned. Ice machine did not work. We were in a different building than the rest of our team.

The outdoor pool was green and closed in the middle of summer. The ice maker was broken. The pictures on the website appear to be years ago and not current. All the chairs were up on the tables in the lobby we arrived at 3p to check in like it was closing time at a restaurant or bar. We had maintenance men outside our room door all afternoon making a lot of noise and had their tools in front of our door and reminded my to watch & not step on the screws.

Very nice room and amenities. Nice mini fridge and microwave. Spacious bathroom and very clean and comfortable bed and chair. Quiet ac unit. Easy check in, friendly staff
