I made reservations for 3 VIEW rooms with balconies well in advance. When I arrived, I had 3 rooms no view and no balcony. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. When I went to the front desk the girl was less than helpful and didn't seem to care and told me I could speak to the manager at 8:00pm that they would call me. I was in the bar and at 8:00 pm I went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager which she said was not there. A gentleman who was in the bar serving smores stepped in and said they were sold out and he was sorry. I said I paid for 3 view rooms and if they did not have them I should get a refund. They gave me points through bonvoy. The next day they moved 2 of our rooms to view rooms. He tried and I am grateful for that but not a great experience. The hotel has amazing views and a great bar with great bands.

Overall this hotel was gorgeous & views were amazing!! We had one of the only rooms with absolutely no view & wished we would of been told this because I would of asked to switch. Patio mead really pretty & firepits we’re nice!

Nice hotel but a little over priced. Parking is 35.00 a night and breakfast is extra. Small buffet, no real restaurant on site. Views are amazing. Think you can get better value to your money elsewhere…just my view.

We paid extra for a room with a view and we’re given a room with no view. The photos showed Mountain View’s, the view we had was of the parking lot and maintenance building. The front desk never answered the phone so we had to walk to the front desk whenever anything was needed. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and when we asked hotel staff if they could bring a new one, or send someone to repair it, they wouldn’t. The room was minimally decorated and the smoke detector had a bright light that flashed every 6 seconds which was very disruptive at night.

Room is clean but when I booked I made a note that it was my bday trip needed higher level with beautiful view, our view is pretty much covered with tree can’t see nothing. And I booked a room with a view. Swimming pool could have been better.

Pool area needed updating. Not sure I understand why you have to pay for parking. Not the kind of place you don’t drive to. Just a terrible way to gauge guests. View was excellent and sunset amazing.

While this property was decent, we had issues upon check in. We were told they had no room available even though we had a reservation confirmation. They worked with us and got a room on the other side of the property and were moved to a different room with a view the following afternoon. The pool area is nice. It closes promptly at 10. One of the gates was padlocked at 9:30. So try the other gate before giving up. A worker came around and gave us a 5 minute warning. Overall the property is nice but management seems to be a little dysfunctional. At times the wait for a front desk person was longer than 10-20 minutes.

I was very happy with our experience. The room was comfortable and clean. I did not have any noise complaints and we stayed Friday-Sunday. We enjoyed the live music and the cold drinks from the bar as well as the scenic view. It was a wonderful experience and we will stay here again. My only complaint were that the drinks were overpriced.

Door didn't have a proper door seal. Let the light in and a few bugs (stink bug and some flying ant things). The smoke detector also blinked every 10 seconds. Bed was not comfortable.

The hotel was designed with terraced space outside three floors of room from the lobby. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable to be in. The individual room doors opened to the terraced patios with tables, couches, and gas fire pits for all the floor to access. The view was lovely. Parking is a cost you can accept or park off property for free. We had access to one of two chargers for our electric vehicle. Bonus. We had breakfast which was delicious. The staff was kind. Our bartender made a drink off menu that was so delicious our entire party ordered it.

This hotel was perfect in every way, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was food and a bar that were easy to access. The room we stayed at was one of many that had a huge patio with the most incredible views of Sedona. We brought our small poodle pup and it was extremely pet friendly, she was welcome everywhere and there was an amazing walking path right next to our room! I was blown away by every aspect of this hotel!!

The room was small but nice. The A/C unit was very loud. The outdoor patio area was nice with great views. Parking fee is outrageous after you spend over $200 a night for a room.

There was a substantial fee for parking. I told the front desk during check out that I was not aware of that charge so the waived the fees but buyer beware. That said the place is literally spectacular and in the middle of it ALL and the views are incredible. Wonderful room, restaurant and staff were warm and welcoming

Great property! The bar/restaurant area has a great view and services up a great breakfast with complimentary coffee. Rooms were clean and spacious snd also had great views. They were also kind enough to offer me a late check out at no cost. I’d recommend and I would book again!
