The property itself and room amenities were great! Had multiple issues with parking and ticket validation. Upon check-out issue was resolved to my satisfaction but I probably won’t stay at this property in the future.

Greeted by a friendly bellman and directed to front desk. Room was ready (we were early). Once in room the bellman arrived less than 10 minutes to deliver our luggage. We received a discounted coupon for lunch (but didn’t use) While I was using credit from Hotel.com, there was some perks I was not aware of. A letter was delivered in the middle of the night. This offered discounts on the restaurant (which we were unable to use),but did have a coupon for breakfast buffet. This was delicious!!! Tried to get bell service for check-out but there was no direct call button on the phone and no one answered the guest services phone when I called.Upon check out I was advised that I had no balance and was checked out without receiving an invoice. Got home and found two charges on my account. Tried to call the hotel and phone call was ridiculous….several phone calls ringing and ringing, one was picked up and then cut off the call. I will say when the phone call (on phone for 14 minutes of ringing) was finally answered my question was resolved in minutes with a very pleasant gentlemen!

Great hotel and superb location! The staff were super friendly and they did a great job with the Taylor Swift theme for the concert weekend! Only thing would be the pillows were not great and the mattress was quite old and uncomfortable.

Came to Vancouver for the Eras tour with my daughter and a friend. We had a great stay. The hotel really went all in on the Swift theme which was so fun, and really well done. Staff was always helpful and responsive, property was clean and well maintained. Definitely will stay again in the future!

We had a great experience staying at The Pinnacle Hotel for our Eras Tour weekend! The hotel room was great. Beds were not that comfy but the view absolutely made up for it! I really loved the location it was great and within walking distance to so many places to eat, shop, or visit! It was about a mile walk to BC Place and so easy to get there and back! Highly recommend! P.s. our “Vancouver” bracelets made my day!

Our stay was amazing! They accommodated our early arrival and were able place us in an upgraded room right away-with no extra charge! Staff was helpful about events, dining, and directions throughout our stay. We also had a great meal at the hotel bistro.

Front desk was helpful in explaining parking garage situation to us. Received 20% food/drink discount through booking but did not end up using. Located in a very busy building with multiple events happening during our stay - line for elevators was long, especially as multiple were not working, several obviously drunk guests. Questionable cleanliness - this is the type of hotel that uses outdated multicolored carpets to try to hide stains - our hallway had obvious debris on the floor such as bottlecaps. Bed was creaky and not supportive. Frankly shocked that this is considered a "4-star" hotel, and relieved that we only planned a quick in-and-out stay. Would not recommend.

The room had a stuck heater, eventually fixed. Every time the coffeemaker was used it blew the cicuit and the TV and lights went off. Three days of mentioning this then a new surge protector was dropped off which I had to reconnect behind furniture. Great view and clean, however.

Well located for downtown, public transit, and the Hullo ferry, the Pinnacle Harbourfront is a gem. Clean, safe, with a nice restaurant, some rooms have harbour views, it is a comfortable hotel. Value for money is good. When I’m in Vancouver, this is one of two “go to” hotels for me.

No mugs for teethbrushing anre equipped in the room (you can ask for paper cups instead). No disposable slippers are provided. The Waterfront Station is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Your baggages could be temporarily stored at the hotel for no longer than a day.

I checked in with co-workers (2 rooms) and used my corporate credit card. The hotel said it was policy for my husband to confirm that it was ok to check in as he was the main account holder. I have never experienced this and was inconvenient as my husband was working shift work. The clerk eventually had to get approval from the manager because after 20 minutes my husband still hadn't replied. This was very frustrating.

I stayed for one night. The room was really nice, with a great harbor view. It was very easy to get around downtown Vancouver. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that bothered me was the fridge—it was quite loud at night. Other than that, everything was great!

What a gem. The service was exceptional, the location was amazing and the whole property was spotlessly clean. The decor is outdated but that is soon to change with the renovations beginning in 2025. Every person we encountered - from checkin/guest services, restaurant, valet or housekeeping- were friendly, kind and it felt like they truly cared about our large group having an outstanding experience. The beds were very cozy - great nights sleep 4 days in a row. Definitely on our list for future visits to Vancouver.

Room was large and had 2 very comfortable beds. Our room had a view of the harbour that we enjoyed immensely! Pub was excellent for all meals we had there including Thanksgiving dinner! Service in the pub was excellent and waiter was very friendly.

The original room assignment was a disappointment. The window covering was a set of sheers, and there were no drapes to cover them. We could see out to a patio area shared by office workers, and we felt exposed. There was only one trash can in the room, and it was in the bathroom. We advised the management team, and we were given another room. However, we were charged extra for that room. After meeting with the manager, she adjusted the bill. She was well spoken, and professional. The doormen were friendly, helpful, and inviting. They always greeted us and engaged in conversation. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I enjoyed my stay there. The service was wonderful. The only problem I had was that the room wasn’t clean. I found hair everywhere. In the cracks of the seat and in the bed under the covers. I love that there is a restaurant in hotel.
