Great budget stay in Vancouver! The hotel is literally next door to the Sheraton. It’s a fantastic location.
Excellent service, the staff honestly couldn’t have been more helpful.
The room was fine for three of us overnight. I would happily stay here again

Stayed here a few times and I really love this hotel for a lot of reasons.
1) staff are all super friendly, welcoming and efficient.
2) my hotels.com silver status got me free parking which saved $100+
3) rooms are immaculate clean, comfortable and functional.
4) the retro old school motel style with modern conveniences
One very minor suggestion for the hotel, showers need body wash (not just soap).
The only thing guests should be aware of is the location, although super close to absolutely everything, is extremely difficult to access by vehicle. Even as a Vancouver native, I wasted 30 minutes circling the neighborhood because of the one ways and bike lanes etc. While I don’t blame the hotel for this, it’s something to consider if you aren’t a very resourceful and patient driver.

An ok place if you want to be close to both David and Robson. Window in courtyard vies was quite small. Bed is low to ground. They charged one night to my credit card before I arrived even though hotels.com said I wouldn’t pay until arriving.

The room was very plain. It was small and felt squishy. It was dated and looked in rough shape. The staff were very friendly. No upgrades offered upon check in. The laundry room was very expensive and scary.

Great little hotel downtown
Super friendly staff
Great value for the money

Came for Grey Cup. Great location and walkable to convention centre and BC Place. Clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cosy, but functional room.

I was pleasantly surprised with the extensive renovations and upgrades with no details spared.
My room was immaculate and the staff was helpful. Felt very safe as access is via an enclosed courtyard.
The room however was too small for me. I can’t blame the hotel as the size was advertised. Despite being very small, there were a lot of built ins and the design was very well thought out.
My only concern is I found the room to be exceptionally noisy. Maybe there was construction on the roof? All in all, I left very satisfied and impressed with the renovation, especially the courtyard patios.

Very good basic hotel, excellent location.

What a lovely find. A little oasis in the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We requested more towels and a toothbrush and they were provided promptly. Great restaurants within walking distance. In site parking available. Access to a nearby gym. About a half a mile from the waterfront and Sea Walk was great for morning run. Will definitely plan on staying here again if we are in Vancouver again!

The Burrard is a funky throwback hotel, good value for the price in well located part of town. The rooms were kinda small but you get what you pay for… I would stay here again
1.5
Not bad for a large city downtown updated motor court. The tight old school bathroom was just too dated for us to stay for more than one night. Small room was tight too.
2.5
I was so tired from overseas travel that I slept through it, but my husband said there were many sirens through the night, as the hotel is across the street from a hospital. I still love this hotel and would stay there again. It is CLEAN and convenient for shopping and dining.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed free coffee, and waters in the room. We will definitely be back.

The staff at the front desk were lovely to my mom and I who were visiting from just outside of the city. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

I was able to check in earlier than 4pm which was a great asset.
A lovely room and amenities.
Great location within walking distance to restaurants, sightseeing places and a supermarket.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly at all times.
I particularly like the courtyard area with a fire pit too.

The Burrard is a neat hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The noise from the street is terrible. My room faced St.Paul's hospital and even with the windows closed I couldn't sleep.
The room amenities are great. You can obtain a free pass to Fitness world which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Yolks is just around the corner for breakfast.
Id like to reiterate how lovely the staff are.

Great little hotel with big rooms and friendly staff. Could ask for more for our few days in Vancouver...great location to see everything.

During our stay in this hotel, the elevator was not working. We were told that it would be repaired the next day. It didn't happen and they didn't know when it would. We had to use the stairs all the time.
When we checked out, I looked at the invoice and the first night was the price I had been quoted Approximately USD 166. The second night was USD 252. When I complained the receptionist said it was because of events. Not clear what she meant, but since I complained, she reduced the price to USD252. I don't like to be lied to. When I ask for a quote, I expect it to be true.

The staff was really friendly, the location was superb and that 70's vibe, incredible!! It needs some maintenance butbit was a great stay.

The elevator was not working and gavebus the highest floor
The lady attendant said that someone was going to help us bring the luggages upstairs. Moments after, she said no one can help us. Other than that , the parking assignment took time before it was finalized. Poor instructions from the front desk. Wint come back! Avoid this place!!!!!!
2.5
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, nice courtyard in the middle of the building. Almost has a small hostel like feel but with private rooms and hotel amenities. A little dated and floors creaked, but that's what you can expect from older buildings.
1.5
This hotel is conveniently located. The room was adequate, but cramped. The bathroom sink was similar in size to that of an airplane bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the room amenities. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, our room was on the 4th floor, and one of us had trouble with the stairs. The staff did take our bags up and out for us.

There was no elevator and would have been nice to know this before arrival. Had to get up 4 floors. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and floor was sticky in places. The price should have been discounted for this major inconvenience.

Great service, great hotel, great location. Very clean. Love the evening non alcoholic drink and chips!

I thought this hotel was a great value. I had great service from all of the front desk staff.
I really enjoyed the courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Although it wasn’t part of the hotel, but it was connected there was a great café. My room was very clean. I would highly recommend this place over some other chain hotels.

It was basic, but has all we needed for 2 nights. Very noisy. Gardens on level w/parking garage. Bed super uncomfortable. Staff very friendly.

Enjoyed my stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean - the area around the hotel was not the best but also not the worst. Convenient stay!

Excellent to be in the center of the city But lots of street noise and sirens.
The staff was excellent!

Frustrating experience to locate hotel from a drive. No suggestions best way to get to hotel and be aware of one-way/no turns streets. Took us 3 tries to loop around, had to part 2 streets over and walk to just check in. Would not recommend. Bed is horribly lumpy, a/c is a unit sitting on floor- kept me awake all night as it turns on/off. Horrible stay even just one night.

The beds are no very comfy

Stayed 1 night prior to our cruise. Basic room, courtyard was pretty, able to walk to cruise port, shopping, and dinning. Hotel let us check in 2 hours early as we flew in for our trip. Staff were friendly.
