Many issues with this hotel.
1. Plumbing issues in the room. Toilet would leak from the tank when flushed. Toilet backed up and did not flush. Shower drain gurgled and was slow draining.
2. Lots of homeless using this place. Camped between buildings and hanging out in the parking lots.
3, breakfast room was not cleaned, trash overflowing, tables not cleaned, ran out of most food. Orange juice was working.
4 steel bed frame would creak, pop and bang with the slightest movement. Sheets were cleaned.
5. Towels in the bathroom seemed smller than normal.

Tv didn’t work, he to ask for towels, didn’t feel safe to walk around the premises with homeless and drug users hanging out on the parking lot. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

First the breakfast area was dirty and messy. Bread and muffins was hard and dry. Homeless was outside all night fight, yelling
and begging. Breakfast was only setup one day.

This is the worst place I ever booked. We left 10 minutes after checking in. The motel has lots of homeless people wandering through the parking lot, rooms are filthy and you just don't feel safe.
I contacted Super 8 about this and there customer service has been terrible. Won't ever stay with them or Wyndham ever again. I got a nice Hilton across town which was brilliant.

Arriving, I immediately knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience. Checked in quick. Looking for room, noticed quite a few homeless around. Get to the room, not bad at first. Go to put some stuff in the fridge, it’s not plugged in and there’s roaches in the fridge and in the room. The restroom looks like drugs were done in there and bites the shower. The lights in the room barely lit the room when it was dark. Gun shots went off our first night as well.

I knew this was a budget hotel but I had no idea how bad it was going to be. The price this hotel was charging for its rooms is ridiculous. We had to go to 3 different rooms so find something worthy of the money we spent. The 1st room had mold everywhere, 2nd room had a sink that wouldn’t drain and final 3rd room was ok. Property felt very unsafe with loud bass music until 2 am, screams, and possible gun shots. We demanded a refund for the 2nd night

I booked and was charged for a room with a bathroom with grab bars. I asked if the room I was getting had grab bars. They told me no and no rooms were available with grab bar. I am 75 and have trouble standing for any length of time. It is dangerous for to get in tub with no grab bars. I have stayed at this hotel before and it didn’t look like all the rooms that I had stayed in were occupied. Also the bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet stopped flushing. The room I stayed in was Room 106.

Wow ??. Last time I stayed here was 5 years ago: clean outside , swimming pool , safe outside. However today, theres emigrants outside, homeless everywhere, and one arm prostitute coming to me. Gross. Third world outside and arguments at 3am.

First room I checked into had a bloody tampon behind the bed. Second room had mold everywhere. It's really sad to see that Austin is turning into the ghettos of Houston. In the middle of the night people knocked my door continuously. Booked a one night stay because I was in desperate need of rest and maybe got an hour of sleep. If you're a woman travelling alone DO NOT STAY HERE! Photos will be posted on my Google review.

Steep $25 pet fee compared to similarly budgeted hotels.
Nonfunctioning tv, cigarette burn in bedsheet and crumpled toilet paper stuck to wall.

The hotel was very shady with junkies walking around and talking loudly through the night. Though the night passed without any other issues, felt unsafe all night.

The property was with bad smell and dirty.

The hotel is located in an area that is heavily populated with homeless people. I have nothing against them but they roam the property freely and I didn’t see any type of security patrolling the property. At 5am two men came and knocked on my door looking for the drug dealer that stayed in the same room I was assigned to. This was very disturbing because my daughter could not go back to sleep, so we just checked out early and left. The pictures look nice on the website but don’t be fooled.

Shower curtains were full of spots of mold, people would go knock at your door at 2 am
I was there 12 days because I reserved the wrong room and never did i get new towels or anything, or housekeeping

Didn’t feel clean or safe

In a newer room, but not the best. After reading the reviews, I was almost scared to stay here. It wasn't as bad as the reviews. However, it wasn't good. The property looks run down, but was also in the process of remodeling. Nice hot shower, after a long day, was ruined by getting a towel that was stained (I hope it was stained and not dirty), really sucked!

This property should nkt be apart of Expedia until renovations are made. There was junkies and homeless people around rhe property. Roaches, flies and mold were also tenants.

There were stains all over the place. I cancelled my reservation the day of and they have not given me a refund or a receipt when they said they would.

Overall rating low because the cleanliness was terrible. There were blood, sweat, and other stains all over the sheets and room was just not cleaned well. Full disclosure, this was a last minute booking and you get what you pay for, but I would still expect a clean room. Staff was understanding, but limited in what they could do. I was here for 2 nights, bought my own sheets and made it work, but if I was with my family I would have left.

Its in the ghetto. People live in them. Fridge wasnt cold, no ice machne, some random person knocked on our door after dark. Bathroom wall wall filthy. Felt tlike towels weren't real clean. Pretty sure i saw a prostitute and someone doing drugs in parking lot. Lots of foot traffic in parking lot Wont stay there again needless to say. But it was cheap so i guess ya get what ya pay for.

The property was under construction, and there was no free breakfast. That whole area is under construction

The price was the only thing.cause I had roches on my bed the towels and sheets were dirty and people out side and loud music and fighting so yes no more for me there.
1.5 / 5.0
The area around this motel has a large population of homeless people lurking around and sleeping in vehicles parked on the street. They have the back all fenced off but they are still around. They are remodeling the lobby. The room had very basic furnishings and the towels were old and scratchy but clean. We left before breakfast for an early flight. The price is low and it is not a hidden gem.
3.0 / 5.0
It was clean enough and definitely worth the price.

This place should not exist! It is a hell hole and everyone travelling alone or with kids should stay away. That place is scary and most possibly a place used by the hour for protitution or adultery.
