Hotel is aging and it shows. The bathroom door needed to be replaced as the bottom showed signs of rot. The elevators were missing buttons, electrical panel covers, and shuttered as they moved. The room and linen smelled of cigarettes, but what room in Las Vegas doesn't?

It was an ok stay. We were there dor 1 night before heading home. The room was very basic & clean. No coffee pot or refrigerator which I thought were standard, but we managed. Our only complaint was that the resort fee was more than the cost of the room & we weren't even there ling enough to use any of the resort amenities.

I wish they have charging station or cable for iPhone.

Long story short, you get what you pay for. My mom and I were passing through and stopped in for 1 night. We were not expecting anything fancy, just a clean room to rest our heads, but the room was in poor condition. The furnishings are old, the bed frame is dirty, and the bathroom shower was a mess. The shower was weeping water from its handle, not to mention the beginnings of mold growing in some corners. There are no outlets/USB ports by the bed stand, no door latch, the TV is old with no connectivity to viewing apps, it’s loud so you can hear doors shutting and people walking by. And the resort fees are high, if you can use the amenities it’s great, but if you don’t I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that there’s a daily $18 self parking fee.

Second time there. Close to everything we were going to. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I'll be there again when the A's move there

We had a wonderful stay. Customer service was excellent!

The hotel room was extremely dirty. A refrigerator was missing. Elevator was horrible - it was wobbling all direction. It was scary experience!!
3.7
In Vegas for concerts. Luxor is easy to navigate and close to Allegiant Stadium. Pool was closed during visit so had to go to Mandalay Bay which was inconvenient but worked.
3.7
The place is really old and they should have upgraded even the paint e.g elevator paint peeled off.

The battery on our room lock went out and it took them an hour and a half to get someone up to fix it. I went down to the desk they put the order in. I went back upstairs 10 mins later someone showed up checked the lock, radioed down that it needed a battery change. 10 mins after he left security showed up asking for my ID rechecking the lock and again radioed down that it needed the battery changed. Security stayed with us. The security man gave us a voucher for a meal. My friend was sitting on the floor sick.(not from alcohol. She has medical issues) she passed out and we were still waiting for someone to show and change the battery.
The door to the room didnt have a security lock on the inside. There were hairs on the shower wall, behind the sink faucet and on one of the towels. The paint over the window was peeling. One of the plastic corner/edge covers in the hall was coming off. The halls were dim lit.

Thankfully this was only a one night stay. I will say the two highlights of this hotel is checkin was a breeze and the Diablo Cantina was amazing. After a great experience checking in we entered our room and that’s where everything went downhill. Our room smelled musty and was freezing cold. We turned on the heater and it only blowed cold air. Called down to the front desk and they did have someone come up immediately, but said he was there to fix the lights (huh?) and would have to send someone else up for the heater and nobody else showed up. We had to remove the blankets from the other bed to stay warm. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, strange stains on the walls, just overall dirty. Casino was pretty much a joke. Entire hotel needs an overhaul. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t stay there again.

At the entrance to a quality hotel you will be greeted by a bell hop who takes your luggage and escorts you to check in. NOT HERE. As you enter you see an escalater. But it was NOT WORKING. You proceed to check in where you WAIT FOR HALF AN HOUR. You go to your 2 queen suite where the ONLY PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES IS IN THE BATHROOM. Anyone sitting on the toilet is in view of that closet. There was no bar soap in the bathroom only liquid soap. Enough? It is for me. Enough never to go there again.

First time to Vegas and I loved it!!!!!!!!
3.7
poor signage to/from parking garage

For the price! Is no refrigerator In the room , no microwave in the room , no coffee Is maker in the room. I would have been better off staying at eight mid level hotel that even offers kitchenettes. I do not recommend

The woman that checked us is was very helpful. However, our room was subpar. The hot tub looked dirty, the shower door was broken, the mini fridge was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves. The service boxes in the elevator were falling apart or missing altogether. Additionally, we only had maid/turndown service one day out of a four day stay.

Very good

I was super excited to stay in such a nice hotel. That wasnt what I experienced. My carpet was stained badly and smelled. There were chips on the floor and no coffe pot or microwave. On my last night I saw a 2 inch cockroach squished on the lobby floor. I felt like yelling it to other people who were in line to check in. EWE!! I had to shake out all the contents of my luggage when I got home.
The only upside to my room, was the pillows. I give those 5 stars.
3.7
The room was nice with comfortable beds, but there was some kind of red splatter on the bathroom wall by the door, and the hallway carpet, walls, and the doorframes had chipped paint, looked old, tired, and unmaintained. Also not a fan of renting a fridge for $25/day.
3.7
Broken shower, stinky washroom, missing body wash ….
3.7
Great hotel, great staff and nice rooms
3.7
Average at best…Ice Machine close to room was out of order the entire time we were there, so had to walk very far to get ice. No fridge in room which is ridiculous. Pillows on bed very over stuffed causing major neck pain when sleeping. Room was clean. Venue kind of cheesy, location on strip decent, at the end…check in was not good at all. Hotels.com screwed up the reservation and had it for the wrong month, causing hours of time spent trying to resolve the issue so we wouldn’t have to pay more then the original rate…no benefit to eating or drinking here, no discounts if you have a room here and parking is an additional charge. I would choose somewhere else next time. Oh and the elevators were slow and sparse…
3.7
Handy to attractions.
Didn't like the smell....it smelt like stale cigarettes.
3.7
It was great for the price, lots to do in the hotel itself.
3.7
The Luxor is outdated. Beautiful in the lobby & casinos but the rooms have seen better days and look like that of an Econo Lodge in the late 90's. They charge extra for a fridge & a microwave.

Had a nightmare experience at Las Vegas Airport. Flight at 10pm was delayed and eventually cancelled at 4 a.m
Booked a room at Luxor to have a bed to rest in for 6 hours until getting back to the airport for my flight at 2 pm. The hotel was unable to provide me the room until after 2pm. Thats ok, I was dead tired and unaware this would be an early check in. But its not ok that the reception offered no help to me in finding another place to stay. As a result I had to go back to LAS and lay on the floor for 6 hours. The reception also refused to cancel my reservation and refund me the payment for a room I never recieved.
3.7
It was meh...... not terrible but not an amazing wxperience either. Our room was clean but showed its age. It didnt have typical amenities like robes, or a mini fridge, which would have been nice but it also didnt have face cloths or hand towels.
Check in felt like herding cattle as it is always busy, didnt appreciate being pulled aside to get a welcome gift as we walked in before checking in, for it to only be a ploy to buy tickets to the shows there. None of which interested us.
Overall, we we enjoyed what we went there for,as for the luxor, it was just meh.

Stayed twice in Luxor Hotel & Casino in a recent trip in Las Vegas. This was the worst experience among all hotels stayed. There was a ridiculous resort fee of $41.95 per night per room, but for what? Other than wi-fi, there was nothing special over other hotels, even motels for a "resort fee". There is not even a small coffee maker in the room.
The room was old, the carpet had stains, the furniture was old and worn, had damage marks. Also, the check in line was super long, had to stand in line for over 20 minutes to be checked in. I booked 5 rooms and they had to check in one by one, the whole check in process was lengthy.
Overall, other then the good location on the strip, this the hotel to avoid!
3.7
The digital key service was horrible. Got stuck in elevator three times. Finally got card key. Even that process was difficult and no one to help.
3.7
The location of the Luxor is great along with the majority of the staff.
The folks pushing ticket sales are annoying and we ran in to them often especially at the front desk area. The rooms would benefit from having a fridge and a coffee pot. The hotel and casino floor were clean and decently well maintained
3.7
We booked and paid for a Superior King Pyramid room, but did not get the room type we booked and paid for. We were put in a regular pyramid room with 2 queen beds.
3.7
Bathroom floor was very dirty
3.7
My stay was very satisfying just like I needed
3.7
The room was absolutely unclean, sheets had what looked like blood stains and the bathroom was dirty. The entire room looked unsanitary, also before I left the hotel I confirmed with the manager an approval for my full refund of room including parking fees and hotel service fees, Your customer service team has gotten in touch with the appropriate person/team to resolve the issue as of yet. This has need a very inconvenience to us.
3.7
Room was okay. only having one elevator and quite a walk to the room was unexpected, but I guess we should have thought of that. We can now say that we stayed in a pyramid!
3.7
The hotel was clean and very comfortable with good service. The Pyramid Cafe had good food and very good service, albeit a bit expensive. The Diablo Cantina on the other hand had poor customer service. We were told by the check in hostess that unless we planned on having a full meal we’d have to sit at the bar. She also questioned our request for 2 people when one was checking in and the other was in the restroom. We planned on drinks and appetizers. Given her restrictions upon check-in , we declined and went elsewhere.
3.7
One of the less expensive options on the strip but has connections to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur. Food is excellent and the bar and restaurant workers seem friendlier than the newer resorts. Will stay again.
3.7
We had a view of a wall. The wall was in need of repair.
3.7
Had a great stay. The only comment I would have was about the hot tub that does not have jets which would have been great.
3.7
Outstanding hotel! Everything was excellent from customer service to amenities and restaurants.
