Great for the kids, rooms not too bad t.v is above average room sizes in las vegas casino floor good size would stay again

The room had an odor, it smell like mildew. The line to check in was really long. I used mobile check in which was great, however I didn’t have time to reconcile any grievances.
3.8
Old, smokey smell in room, dark, has seen better days.

The check-in app was having issues but I was able to gwt checked in by Sheila who so kindly stepped up to assist me when she saw I was frustrated. The parking device doesn't recognize the key cards but we were able to get parked. The room didn’t have any washcloths so I had to ask housekeeping for them. The bathroom sinks don't drain well and you can hear gurgling quite frequently. The beds and pillows were great. The A/C worked great too. The room was quiet and we slept well. We were there for the early showing of Tournament of the Kings. The show was great. Some actors kindly stayed behind for pictures and conversation. The dinner wasn't great. Chicken okay, corn looked old, bread was good but had a soggy bottom from chicken, the potatoes were excellent, and the dessert was good too. It did take an unusually long time for a drink with dinner. I'd probably stay again because Excalibur has such great shows, and the Roadted Bean has great coffee and is conveniently located just outside the elevator.

The one thing I noticed was the strong smell on marijuana here and there in the open areas.

The room was great, but we had the sign hanging on the door for no service as my husband was sleeping not in jammies and i was out of the room. The door was even locked but the maid service still let themselves into our room. He woke up thinking it was me entering/leaving the room. When he later confronted the front desk about this they said the maids need to check the rooms for towels and we were like not if the sign is on the door and we are still checked in. They said they would look into it and then they took off the resort fee for the second night. Also the food is very expensive. Also you shouldnt have to pay to park at the place you are staying

The staff was professional and polite.
3.8
No good, room very bad condition
3.8
The room was comfortable and was serviced daily. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in the room but that's to be expected at a casino. They don't want you to hang out in the room.

Wow amazing !
3.8
Loved the mobile app check in and room key on our phone. What a fabulous time saver! Beds were super comfy, bathroom & shower were huge. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the stay was. Loved our bar tenders at Sherwood Bar. Great drink comps as well!

The construction between the Excalibur and New York New York is unsafe and confusing to navigate.
3.8
Everything was good. My only complaints were the toilet was broken. Or you could see the gask it between the tank. I guess wasn't sealed correctly. And one of the lamps had fallen is just hanging by. The wires from the ceiling
3.8
Spacious room with large bathroom on the top floor. Self-service without going through front desk which speeds up check-in.
3.8
The room was very dark, only had lamps to brighten the room and 2 bulbs in the ceiling. Housekeeping never came by in the 4 days I was there. There were no wash clothes to use in the shower and they did not provide conditioner, only shampoo and body wash. There were some plumping issues in the room next to me and I wasn’t notified, but I would hear the pipes banging loudly and black water would rise up through my sink. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels that are better at the same price point.
3.8
Huge room, very comfortable and quiet. We were there only a short time as transferring the next day to a different hotel. Check-in queue was long
3.8
I loved everything except I wasn’t very happy with the service of the bell men they didn’t help out at all. It was a struggle and a long walk to our room..

Interesting, hard to rate. There is good and very bad. First the very bad. Our electronic door key worked the lifts but not the door!!! So down to reception we traipsed to get a swipe key. This worked on day 1 but not the next day. So we went back for more keys, as we did on day 3 as well! Now, the woman who handled this was the same one all 3 times… she needs to find another occupation. If you can’t smile and be just a little bit pleasant then go work for the IRS! Seriously! Then we talked to Naomi, she was sensational!!! She was friendly and polite and just very welcoming! Pay her more! Put her in charge as she would teach people to smile! Good on her.
Now, the casino, good bars, great machines, we had 6 nights and built up some cash prizes, so much so we couldn’t lose it all as much as we tried.
The show - we went to the Tournament of Kings - Wow, just wow!!! Awesome! Will never forget the experience!
The room, sensational! Would have liked a small fridge - my only issue, but there’s an ice machine.
The parking, like the door key was a problem until we worked out (we were told) that you put your digital pass under the scanner, not on the face of the machine.
So, I would rate the casino 5 stars except for the reception lady who was not friendly. If ever in Vegas again, we would stay again.

There should have been a floor mat in the shower. We requested one and it was delivered to the room. The shower floor was slippery.
3.8
Older hotel, no coffee machines or small fridge in the room. Food ridiculously expensive. Wont be returning.
3.8
It was good clean comfy beds
3.8
Amazing help provided by the lady at the Reception. Didn't have a good room and it was in the tower which was very far. Ishar d that I had a meniscus tear and she got me an upgrade at a nice suite at the Royal Tower which was closer to the Uber pick up area. I'm forgetting her name. With an A. Alicia or similar. My bad. Should have written her name. She was so so helpful. The stay was aing bcos of her. She's needs to get a raise and promotion right away.

Def had an older room. Didn’t even have a mini fridge or coffee maker in it. Run down. Uncomfortable bed. Noisy drunks in the halls crashing around at 3am. Never again.

I understand there were a lot of people in town for the Raiders/Chiefs game but to check in we had to wait over 30 minutes.
Walked through a bunch of hotels but this one (1st floor/casino) was the worst for smoking and really triggered me and my daughters allergies/asthma, luckily the rooms were smoke free.

My boyfriend and I chose this property for our 4th Vegas vacation because honestly, it was one of the few that had not raised their prices shortly after the When We Were Young Festival was announced.
I was disappointed that I reserved what seemed to be one of the nicer rooms and the only thing that made it nicer was a tub in the main room (which I could of cared less for), and a fridge (which was actually very nice to have). The room was definitely very dated and could use a remodel. It was clean for the most part, minus the bathroom. There were spots on the floor behind the door, and I saw my first cockroach when it I assume came out of the shower drain! The shower never fully drained and came up past my toes while showering, and the tub in the room would make a very loud gurgling noise for 5 to 10 minutes randomly a couple times a day. The TV was also not the greatest with some static and just basic cable. The one time we had our room serviced all they did was leave new towels, toilet paper, and make the bed. I would of loved to of had the shower cleaned since it rarely drained, and more cups, but they did the bare minimum. It was obvious they don't pay too much attention when cleaning though, because we had two shampoos in our shower vs a body wash, which was inconvenient as my boyfriend uses the toiletries provided by the hotel. I will say the bed was soft & clean, and front desk and luggage guys SUPER friendly. Otherwise, I doubt I'd stay here again unless in a pinch.

Just a fun weekend

Our stay at the Excalibur was good, the room provided the bare necessities, a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, an ironing board and an iron. But that is it. No coffee or tea maker, no fridge, no bathtub. Recommend tethering through your phone if you want fast WiFi. However, the resort itself was cool, lots of things to do, places to see, good food, shops, lots of places to go walking. The resort is connected to the ones near by, allowing you to easily get around. Overall a good experience.
3.8
Room condition was in need of modernization and cleaning no mini fridge or coffee maker, bed was non supportive
3.8
The air condition did not work….when housekeeping cleaned out room, it was obvious that both beds were slept in but they only made up one bed.
3.8
The restroom was not properly prepared for our stay. It was busy so towels, toilet paper and elevator walkway service to our room with messy. There was trash on the floor in some areas. Honestly, I don’t think I’d stay there again.
3.8
The shower drain couldn’t drain the water. Water smells like chlorine. No free hair conditioner available. Mobile check in is easy through the app.
3.8
Love staying at this property. Price is very reasonable for the strip and very conveniently located! I stay here with kids. Food court upstairs very convenient with children. Fun arcade for kids in hotel. Easy walking to other properties with kids.
3.8
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is just old. Didn’t have the best restaurants mostly fast food type. Overall stay was ok. When you are in Las Vegas, you really don’t spend that much time in your room anyway!!! The price was right!
3.8
Rude employee, when they asked us to get vouchers and pay money we refunded then said employees started calling us dumb and being very disrespectful. Our floor smelled like weed the whole time. Our bathtub had hairs from a previous person.
3.8
Excalibur is the nastiest casino/ hotel I have ever ATTEMPTED to stay in. I thought I would save some money and stay there for a trade show. All aspects of this place are gross. The room was what did it in for me. Smell of it was overwhelming. They tried covering up the cigar/ cigarette smell but to no avail. The bathroom was slimy oily on the tile as I walked in so not even sure what thats about. You cant event breathe fresh air in the entire place. It's overall a dark and old place. It needs to be torn down.
3.8
Another great stay, lovely pool area
3.8
The room and furniture are bit aged, and some of the features typically available in a hotel room (e.g. refrigerator, coffee/tea machine, iron) were missing. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, bed linens were excellent, the shower spatious and modern, and the view from the 28th floor (last) I the Royal Tower was excellent. The carpet was clean, but not perfect. Two of the power outlets were not working, leaving only a couple of them at the dek working, sufficient to recharge laptop and phones by using a multi-port extension.
3.8
Well everything was great except for no coffee maker or fridge
3.8
Bed was amazing!!!!
3.8
First room had cockroaches, second room was missing items and just dirty. Black makeup marks on the pillow cases, hair all over the bathroom, foam from the run down couch on the floor. When you showered it smelled like smoke. Restaurants are sub par. Beds were comfy and when I brought up the bugs we got the second room. Felt like because we booked on hotels.com and prepaid we had the worst room in the hotel. Nothing like the room in the picture.
