The hotel was ok overall however the sink didn't have any water pressure, and the shower was cold.

Myself and my daughter stayed here for 5 nights. The room was freezing as there was a freezing air coming in under the door, so much so that we had to put a towel across the bottom of the door at night time. The shower was terrible, splashing water in every direction except the way it should have went. The drain in the sink was blocked. The hanger attached to the wall had 1 hanger for hanging up clothes and it was falling off the wall. There was a dirty mens sock under the armchair. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, both of which were old and smelly. We put up with it as we were only there at night and are not people that complain. We decided to extend our trip by any extra day and went to reception to explain our situation with the room. They were no help whatsoever, no discount for the extra night, and was told to book on hotels.com if i wanted a discounted room. I got the room 35 dollars cheaper online and got a slightly more updated room. I then asked if i could get 1 hour late check out the next morning and was told it would cost me 50 dollars extra. Extremely disappointed with this hotel, and more so disappointed with staff who were totally unhelpful.

Bathroom wasn’t working and they wasted our time sending someone trying to fix it, and finally they decide to move us to another room. Also, they have been working and fixing on some rooms, with all the repairs sounds they didn’t care if customers needs to relax. Zero customer service

The property is being remodeled so it was not stop banging even on Thanksgiving morning. We stayed 7 nights but they only provide housekeeping every 3 days. We had to empty our trash ourselves, they did not give tissue refills as per Wyndham policy they stated. Our room and bathroom was very obsolete but as I mentioned they are remodeling rooms so I’m sure in a few weeks that will not be an issue anymore. For our room and stay it was definitely NOT a good value, I would not recommend and will not return.

Service was really bad, the front desk was yelling at me for having a friend move my luggage in and also keep coming to check on my room make sure he is not staying with when I already told her more than 5 times that he has his own place. There’s also flys flying around the room when we go in and the towels was dirty

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. Rooms are great and clean and the front desk staff are always friendly. This is my 3rd stay in 2 years and I will always stay when in town for the Ny Jets

We booked then read reviews and were scared. Got there and had absolutely zero issues ! The room was updated clean and exactly how it’s pictured. Located right outside the rooms…..There is a huge indoor sitting area with big TVs to watch the games on. The parking is under the building with a lot of lighting and space. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We felt safe in the hotel and parking area. The room doesn’t have coffee makers but the office has juice and coffee. Great value and great location ! Right near all NJ attractions and minutes from NYC !

Location was good because it was close to the bus stops but the staff were not friendly at all. They made it seem like we owed them a favour from the moment we walked in, they just had a chip on their shoulder. Even the cleaning lady was getting mad at us and giving us attitude because we requested a late checkout which had already been approved the night before. Bed was comfy but the staff just killed the mood for us. Will definitely not stay here again, for the price, I rather go to a place where staff is going to be friendly and pleasant to be around

We stayed after a concert. Got there late. Lady at desk didn’t seem thrilled with her job. Asked her directions to my room…and she was very cold with a response. Room was very basic. Husband said he’d wasn’t too comfortable…I was fine. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned from previous occupant as a bar of used soap was left behind with some hair in walls too. Good enough hotel for after a long day enjoying MetLife
