I booked the room because EVERY SEARCH ENGINE lists a pool. And I recently joined bonvoy rewards because I’ve stayed there at least 20 times - and WITH THE REWARDS the price was$70 more than booking.com WILL NOT RETURN

The New room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was not good 😐. You need more options. The first room we had the AC was not working, so we had to change room. That was a major inconvenience. With that happening, my husband lost his blood pressure medication and other meds.

It was disgusting.

The location is convenient.

We’ve stayed there before and it was great. This time, there was hair shavings in the sink (me and my boyfriend got in a huge fight because of it) and there was yellow stuff all over the bed covers.

Staff and Location. They honored our request of staying on a high floor and quiet room.

No microwave in the room. There is one on the first floor. We asked for a late check-out because of our flight. They were only able to grant us till 12.00 noon. We were willing to pay for extra hours, but they said that they did not have this option. We had to pay for a full night if we wanted. We did not.

While the inside was beautiful. It was falsely advertised and not what I expected or wanted.

The room was clean and comfortable

When I booked the room it said there was a pool available. The pool has been shut down since 2019. It also said there was a continental breakfast available. This also was not true. There is a cafe where breakfast is available to purchase. It also states that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. This was an overstatement. Yes, they serve Starbucks coffee but there are only 4 choices to choose from. The only parking available was behind the building. There was no security, no backdoor, no way in but to walk around the entire building. As a single mother there with her child it was very concerning that there was no security or safety measures being taken. Especially when we had returned late from a broadway show to find men lurking in the parking garage.

Courtyard Marriot was great, booking.com was not accurate

We requested 3 rooms together, and while one of the room was a little further down the hall, they were certainly all in close proximity, and all members of our group were easily able to interact with one another while we were there. The bistro was closed during our visit, but they had a well stocked vending area, so it wasn't a big deal for our group.

The hotel has had to change the type of rooms available, and the rooms which previously had been suites, with pull out couches, now no longer have that function. The hotel has updated this information, booking.com has not. We arrived assuming that we would be able to utilize the pull out couches, only to be told that they no longer offered that style of room.

The room itself was nice enough, though I did have to request another room late at night, because of a noisy heating or ac unit on the roof of a lower level of the hotel.

A stretch to call the bistro, a bistro. Limited choices and out of several options. Granted, most hotels near cities have little hospitality, but most at least have some coffee available in the morning. I didn't see any nearby restaurants, so I made do with what was available in the hotel. Ridiculous that this location came up as a booking.com choice of places near Cherry Hill. The booking was non refundable, and I had to drive 75 miles after a long day to not waste my money.

it’s a great place to stay but the location is not that great. Especially if you have no vehicle.

They have 2 different kind of breakfast and the breakfast for regular guests is nothing much.

I could list a ton of things, including they charged me with extra 100 dollars saying it’s only deposit, and I never got it back even though we left the room in perfect condition. The room was only cleaned once during our 6 nights stay, when we asked for it. the room had disgusting bugs. photo attached. Staff was not nice.
