It was a good stay but it had a few issues. The shower head was really dirty the tv remote didn’t work well and the ice machine had water all over the place so it was really dangerous to walk.

The front desk was very good in accommodating my partner and I when there was some issue with the first two room. We were unable to access the first room due battery issue for door. Front desk was able to move us to the same floor level (1) but the room had a funky smell. The bathroom smell was unpleasant. I checked the bed and the bedsheet smelt like it wasn’t changed. To bluntly say that the sheet smell like poo. It was unbearable even after spraying cologne. I didn’t want to make it complicated and I offer to personally replace the sheet to avoid any issue but the front desk was able to move my partner and I to a better room. I would like to say that the employee was great and understanding of our situation.

I stayed here last year on the third floor and had a great experience, but last night was very different. The check-in process was wonderful, but the ground-floor room I stayed in had roaches, big and small. I woke up and found a 1-inch roach next to the light switch. I also found two tiny roaches on the bathroom floor and crawling on the nightstand next to the bed. My room was also next to the ice machine, and there appeared to be a crack on the bottom of the door because I could hear everything from outside. The room is out dated and the ground has a brown print on it but it just looks dirty. The walls are thin. I heard the person next door through the walls while he was in the restroom. I wont be staying here again unless they do a deep clean.

The property has definitely seen better days. Many stains on carpet, mold in shower around the caulking. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they couldn't overcome the shabbiness of the hotel. Definitely not my "Choice" next time.

Godd value for money for a layover only. Staff was friendly, but the room wasn't well kept neither quiet as it gets a lot of road noise. It wasn't well maintained, with worn-out furniture. But it was clean. They did not service the room despite request and facilities weren't available at the time due maintenance respite no information on the booking site. I would rather stay somewhere else next time.

Terrible experience not a 4 star hotel more like 1 1/2 No pool no jacuzzi as it says bathroom door wouldn’t close tv channel or cable didn’t work i request after finding out many issues a cancellation but management said they were still would charge me 50 percent since they already had assigned me a room. The room inside had flies and tiny mosquitoes and a dead roach. All this in room 123

The customer service was outstanding. My only complaint is that the blankets were not clean and they smelled like feet. I was so tired and the smell woke me up. I switched the side of the blanket because it was so late and I was exhausted from driving.

Me and my family weren’t able to stay in Quality Inn as our room didn’t have any AC. It wasn’t working. We were offered a different room but they gave a dirty room that wasn’t even clean and the linens and all were still there fr the former customer who stayed there. We requested a full refund from this room reservation. Management shld be liable for this.
