The toilet seat was not anchored properly, could have fallen off. The water was hard and I felt dirty after I washed my hands and face.

Absolutely horrendous the property was totally dilapidated The hallways smelled like urine. The rooms we stayed in needed major upgrades our room smelled like cigarettes. no matter where you went in the hotel, it was in need of desperate repair wallpaper was falling off of the walls. The public bathrooms down stairs were an absolute nightmare. Everything was in disarray along with some of the staff. we did not get a minute of sleep in that hotel. It was an absolute scary experience. in the morning, we did explain our concerns to the acting manager, which she seemed to not really care too much. Never again will I ever stay in that hotel and I am going to try to get a refund somehow..

We stayed only night. A party of three. Everything was almost perfect: the room, the bathroom, the complementary buffet breakfast; but the receptioning was poor: poorly welcomed, not even eye contact with customer. Apparently she was upset for something else. we paid for the broken plates.

We had travel a long way and needed to rest! The rest was wonderful! The breakfast was good and just knowing that the check out was at noon added to our peace of mind. I think it helped us to rest and relax more.

Amazing! Comfortable, staff was friendly!! That breakfast was amazing for free and you felt like you actually mattered to the staff.

I had a comfortable nice stay, the room was clean and the bathroom was mostly clean. Just some highway noise and the AC unit was quiet.

I don't know when this hotel was built, my guess is 70's or 80's. It was obvious they've remodeled the breakfast area which was fine. But the rooms, well mine anyway, was just not worth the money. I assume they are going to remodel the rooms but room 408 is vintage original and just way out of date. Stains on the hallway carpet, glued rips in the wallpaper, just gross.

Great hotel. Always stay here when I go to Dorney park. Very clean and it is always maintained well

The front desk said to contact you in order to have them issue me a full refund. There was a "clean" folded towel for use that my wife used that after using she noticed had blood on it. They said they cannot directly issue the refund as they were not paid directly.

Overall good place to stay

The location worked great for my long distance drive which was divided over two days. Comfortable bed and clean room. The water pressure in the sink and certainly the shower was the weakest I have ever experienced. Fortunately my hair is very short and rinsing out shampoo was not an issue.

This facility is very close to the interstate, but is so quiet. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and large. The bed is so comfortable.

The staff were all so pleasant. Especially Tanya who checked us in, recommended an excellent restaurant nearby and even got my husband a glass of milk to take his medicine!! Thanks Tanya!

This was our 2nd stay. The staff was very professional, we did not have the free breakfast because 9:30am is too early for us. 10:30am would be helpful. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and 1 light was flickering, but I bring my own makeup mirror anyway. Thank you for the numerous outlets! We were near the elevator but didn't hear it which was nice. The king bed was very comfortable. We missed not having a pool though. Nice towels and linens.

Didn’t like that they were doing remodeling and we had to listen to hammers and saws during the day. Nice breakfast. Easy access to highway.

My husband and i were locked in the elevator because the power to the elevator was turned off without checking to see if guests were in it. No apology or compensation was offered.

We picked this hotel not knowing what we would fine. Upon arival was surprised how nice the outside, lobby and front desk. Quickly we had our room card. The elevator, hallway was very nice and spotless. Same for our room that compaired with other fancy hotels

This was the second night we stayed in a Comfort Inn. The night before we stayed in one in a pet friendly room. It was disgusting and smelled of urine badly. When we said something we were informed it would be a $250 cleaning fee to have a different room. Because we had a 10lb poodle with us. It was late we had no choice. The following night we went to a different comfort inn and got a pet room again. This one didnt smell as bad but it still smelled. The chair was stained and tattered. The bathroom stand was filthy as well as the skirt on the bed. When we brought it up we were told the same thing as the previous hotel. Again it was late and we had no choice. We only stayed again after an email from Comfort Inn offering apologies and asking us to try again. No compensation just nice words. We tried a second time and the same results. I think they save room 210 for dog people, which is fine but they make no effort to clean it and or deodorize the rooms even though there is an extra charge for pets. While I appreciate being able to being my dog I dont think we should have to sleep in a urine smelling, old furniture, dirty room. Not again...sorry. Ill do research for rooms or air bnbs that have good clean pet friendly rooms and rules.
