Convenient location and friendly staff!

Fitness room needs updating with better equipment. The rooms are also very dark and could use updating.

The property was 7 minutes from Grange Park. Front staff was nice polite and willing to help.

The bar tender lost my business poor costumer service! Would not allow tv to be turned off Golf to even put news on. There for a lacrosse tournament could of had a lot of business with the teams coming in. Disappointing

The room was clean and spacious modern and it had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay such as a fridge, microwave, and vending machines on the floor. the room was very accommodating.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located near a supermarket and drug store. The free buffet breakfast offered a self-service waffle iron, and a rotating selection of bacon, sausages, fried eggs, hash browns and fried potatoes all of which were a cut above the standard hotel offerings. Coffee was excellent. The two breakfast room attendants were very friendly and helpful. Both elevators were operational and the wait times were minimal. Good value for the price.

I got a good rate, and shouldn’t complain; but first impressions of the hotel were a bit disappointing. Exterior had minimal landscaping. Parking lot is in need of a good cleaning and re-paving. Cigarette butts everywhere. Main entrance was dirty too and needs some TLC. Lobby had a stale odor, and cigarette smoke from outside was noticeable. Floors and carpeting are dark and dungeon-like. Everything needs an update. My room’s flat screen only offered a handful of local stations. Cable favorites like TLC, Discovery etc were unavailable. Perhaps this was specific to my room, and needs a repair order. I dunno. I do know that major hotel chains offer a full range of cable network channels so wazzup Comfort Inn? Bathroom floor tiles in room 427 were loose, and wobbled when stepped on. The bathroom shower head was horrible. No coverage, and I’m average size.

adequate, but mediocre. breakfast offerings. More fruit, plain yogurt, maybe a little danish pastry would be nice. I felt the staff was genuinely friendly, helpful and available. The room was well appointed, the bed comfortable. The tiny sink was hard to use without splashing water everywhere when shaving, but the place seemed acceptably clean.

the elevator show unrepaired buttons, the room light wasn't fixed even though I notified the front desk. The room could have had an extra blanket. The guest computer wasn't operable. The tiny room sinks might look nice, but they don't function well.

The room was super clean, so was the carpet. The towels were clean and the whole setup presented as nice and hygienic. There were two sets of towels, all the bathroom consumables were nice, and the overall setup was organized very well. I wish I had taken pictures. The person who checked me in (Michael) was pleasant, professional and was informative. I wish him well, thank you. The breakfast was fresh nice and hot. Replenishment was constant and I was amazed as to how clean the dining area was maintained.

The only thing I didn't like here was that the freezer in the room was not cold enough to freeze my freezer paks for the next day.

Convenient location. Clean, well kept facility. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable.

This was a pet friendly hotel and although we had our dog and others had there dog the rooms were cleaned and you could not tell other pets stayed in that room. The staff was great,the breakfast that was included in you price was great and we were happy we could bring out puppy with us only stayed one night. Across the street there were plenty of food places like Arby's and pizza hut and therr was a rite aide near there fancy restaurants you would have to drive s little .

I made a reservation a few months ahead and ask for a first floor room because my dog does not like elevators, and I had a view of a spotlight out my window very bright when on lit up my room

it surprises me a bit although hotel was far by sold out you still get the baddest room possible (in my case without a decent window for example) why?? not much to do around it you need a car to have diner

This stay was last minute but it was safe, clean and conveniently located for my travel. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I didn’t have any issues while there. I did leave too early to enjoy the breakfast though.

The front desk and the lady serving breakfast were really nice they are the only thing a like about this comfort inn

The room smelled I asked for air freshener which I didn’t get the Mattress was horrible I could feel the springs a couple of walls needed paint and plaster the tv is so old I was surprised there wasn’t a smart TV and WiFi was hard to connect too! The whirlpool was uncomfortable

All of the employees from the desk clerk to housekeeping to breakfast attendant were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great! Hot, fresh, a lot of variety and plentiful. I highly recommend this Inn.
