Hotel is very centrally located. Visited for a football game. Easy walk to the stadium. Free breakfast and cocktail party were very appreciated. Only downside was that one set of elevators was not working and you would have to line up in the lobby to wait for the two remaining elevators. There were times when the lines were very long.

Easy check-in, the ladies at the front desk were so nice, helpful, and informative. The room was nice and clean. We will be staying here again next year for the B1G Championship game.

We always enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites downtown Indy, when we have a dance at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. We always enjoy the friendly staff, and the nice, clean hotel.

Embassy Suites Hilton went all out for the Taylor Swift weekend and it made it an incredible experience. Free drinks for happy hour and breakfast included. I imagine they were quite busy turning over rooms and ours was clean and welcoming. Thank you Embassy Suites Hilton!

We had a great time in Indy. This hotel is difficult to find; the front entrance is somewhat hidden at the parking garage entrance. Service personnel were great; breakfast was good and we got drink tickets for Happy Hour for both nights we stayed, which was nice. We were disappointed Friday & Saturday that the hotel bar & restaurant were closed at 10. Two elevators work & two do not, so waiting on an elevator was a bit annoying during peak times. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice, but there were many issues. The fact that every single time we needed to leave the room it took 20 minutes to get an elevator ride was crazy. Multiple elevators were broken down and evidently have been for a long time. They charge too much and make too much for them to not be fixed in a timely fashion. Then when we try to take the stairs the doors on the stairs are locked? Absolutely insane and a fire hazard. The breakfast was out of something every time we went, the pop machines weren’t working right, the milk broke the second day, etc. etc. charging $44 to park while you’re staying at the hotel and have already paid a good amount for the room is crazy to me. It was nice to get two complimentary drink tickets, but they could only be used from 5:30-7:00 and not even at the bar. Many things were frustrating about the stay, but the room was clean and nice. I liked that we had multiple places within the room to get ready.

Overall really enjoyed stay. Clean and friendly staff. Good location, the reception they have each night is also nice. 2 of the 4 elevators are out so waits at elevators can be long. House keeping just skipped us one day which was frustrating because did not have towels or coffee in the morning.

It was good.

Parking was simple despite the parking garage being painted; the crew stopped work to let us through each time as needed. We were initially confused where to go when we arrived; but another guest directed us up one floor to the 4th floor lobby. The lobby was nice and clean, bright, and open. Check in was quick and easy.
Despite two of the 4 main elevators being closed and being replaced, we never waited more than a minute to get an elevator; and most frequently waited only a mater of seconds. Our room appeared to have been recently updated and looked very nice. The sofa was a bit lumpy; you could feel the frame of the fold out bed. The view out the window was nice. The breakfast was phenomenal, and frankly all the staff we encountered during our stay were, too. The only real issue we had was what appeared to be some mold in the corners of the shower, which I did my best to ignore.

I wish I asked the staff what sheets and pillows and mattress topper they used before I left.

The elevators were broken. One of our rooms, the pull out couch was broken and there was no shampoo and body wash in the shower.

My favorite place to stay in Indianapolis.

The suite was small and the extra $100 on top of the $231 I already paid is uncalled for. That price is too much for one night

Great stay, always enjoy happy hour and breakfast. Bathroom was a bit dirty, hair on toilet seat and sink top

Our room smelled like urine really strong, wasn't clean. The room wasn't ready. 3 elevators were out took over 30 minutes or more to get up and down to our room and was over capacity every time.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean but only 2 elevators were working except for the morning we were leaving and only 1 elevator was working. It was very busy in the hotel so there was a line to use the elevators. Yes there are stairs but we were on the 15th floor and we had our luggage. That was very inconvenient and many family’s with young children were taking the stairs. I would think they would have had someone there fixing the elevators for the amount of people that were staying at the hotel. There was a concert and football game happening so the hotel was crowded.

There was a plumbing issue going on, so the room we were placed in didn't smell great - like at all. We called and reported it, and after a little bit of time, we were moved to a new room. New room was great, with only minor things to report (loose bath towel bar and one of the door handle bars was only connected at one of the two places). Good nights sleep, and good breakfast.

Embassy Suites has amazing, helpful employees because I had A LOT of questions. There is not much signage, so, for my first time there, I wasn't sure how to get to the front desk, where to park my car, or even how to get out of the parking garage! A nice gentleman (could have been a valet if the hotel had that service) outside the hotel told me how to get to the front desk, including where the ramp was to park my car; Tre'quan (forgive my spelling) helped me get from the parking garage to the hotel, even walking me to the elevator. Two valets at the Conrad Hotel helped me get back to the Embassy when I "got turned around" after trying to find the Fieldhouse. The map offered at the main desk of Embassy still lists the venue as Banker's Life Fieldhouse. The gentleman who checked me into the hotel was very patient; however, I was so worried about where to park my car, I missed him telling me what time breakfast is served. Again, there were not even reminders in my room about breakfast times. My room was very spacious, and the bathroom was especially nice. Unfortunately, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, and there is a raised "ledge" between the hallway and the bathroom entrance. I had to be careful, but at least there were safety bars in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, with great choices and plenty of seating. I would definitely come back, but, for this first time, I was really confused.

The pictures and reviews must be old because the property is pretty rundown. One of the two elevators were not working, the pool was closed, both rooms that I got switched to have signs of water damage on the ceiling of the bathrooms, the a/c smelled like it was damp and musty and the carpets were filthy. The WiFi never worked, even after complaining three times to the front desk and some of the staff are not friendly. I will be staying at a different hotel on my next visit as reviews are deceiving.

This was our first visit to your hotel, and we found it a bit confusing, from parking to finding the front desk and the breakfast area (hidden around the corner). I will say the staff were all very helpful, especially the parking garage guys!

We stayed here because we were in town for DCI. The rates were fair. The one thing that I was not happy about, was the 100.00 per night for " Incidentals"!! When I booked it through a third party service, nothing was said about it! That was not something I was prepared for! A few great things about this hotel was the pool and hot tub area! The pool was so clean and not too much chlorine, and it was warm! The hot tub was wonderful! It was very clean and was the perfect temperature! They have " made to order" breakfast, which is like omelets and specially prepared eggs! They have such a variety of breakfast foods!
We had a King size suite and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! The room had 2 flat screen TV's and a sitting area with a pull out couch! 2 sinks with counter space, and a nice open floor plan! They provided nice smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion!
Our one night stay was good, except for the Incidentals fee, and parking fee! I understand that Indianapolis is a big city, but if you're a guest at their hotel, the parking should be included, and they should let third-party services know about the 100.00 per night fee!
All in all, if you're looking for a hotel with a pool, hot tub, work out facility and great breakfast, Embassy Suites is your place! Plus it is walking distance to restaurants and other entertainment!

We were put in an accessible room with a view of a wall. This was not the room we reserved. They would not move us saying the hotel was full. We paid $327 for a room we didn’t even want to be in! Very disappointed. This was for our anniversary.

We were attending all day conferences at the convention center with our small children. I highly recommend this hotel as it met every possible accommodation to allow the experience enjoyable: walkway to the convention center & great dining nearby, free and fantastic breakfast at the hotel, clean swimming pool/hot tub, complimentary evening snacks, the room was amazing for a fair price, and the staff were super friendly and did a great job of tending to the dining areas efficiently and with a smile. HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will continue to book at Hilton Embassy Suites again in the future. My kids didn’t complain one bit during the entire 5 day stay - that’s a HUGE plus and greatly in part because the stay made it so easy.
