The heat in the room did not work properly. First night the fan ran all night wiht cold air. Complained the next day. An attendant came up and told us the heat was never on (Even though the thermostate was set at 74 degrees). She said she had to bypass the system to get the heat on and asked me what to set it at as I could not adjust it. Had her set it to 77 degrees. Heat came on for awhile but cold air returned with fan blowing it out, chill returned. I have never been in hotel that the temparature could not be controlled. I thought Hilton's were better than this!!! I feel short changed as it was our anniversary weekend.

It was great until it wasnt. My car was vandalized in the "private" garage they have with the valet service. I now have a huge dent on my car door.

We were in town for a show and stay here. It was only a couple of blocks from the show and tons of restaurants. All the staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was nice. Only drawback was the view (non-view) from the window. It was just a white wall. I would recommend this hotel if you have any plans in downtown Indianapolis.

I was traveling with an ADA certified service dog for an anxiety disorder and was told that anxiety was not a recognized disability in Indiana. It caused more anxiety being told it wasn't real. They did later correct their error, but it was still a very uncomfortable check in.

Vicki and Jessica were awesome at check out. We had a light out in the bathroom that I reported Sat am. Staff and desk was very interested in hearing my concern. I was dismissed. When we returned to room later that night still wasn’t fixed. Brought it to the attention of staff at desk and pointed out the Hilton promise of make it right or free night. The offer to make it right was to move us to another room which was not ok because our family was all staying around each other. She was pretty snotty. Guy came to change light bulb but he couldn’t do it because only maintenance could change that light and there was no maintenance person on duty. So we had a dark bathroom for our stay. Otherwise great hotel. Perfect for what we wanted and the valet parking was great and so helpful. Would stay again. Good outweighed the negative.

Overall good hotel. However when they do not have a solution to park my vehicle or let me park it then that is a problem that needs to be corrected, and I will even offer a solution. I have a 2024 GMC dually truck and they said they are not allowed to valet it. I understand that, but I offered to park it. Then they said it wont fit in their parking garage, in which I parked in several parking garages including that night which was an inconvenience.Now this particular day their valet wasn't busy and had plenty of room to just leave my truck parked in the valet area overnight and would be gone early in the morning.

The bedroom air conditioning system was noisy and I had a hard time falling asleep. They could've provided a little more options for breakfast besides pancakes/waffles, cereal and oatmeal. I was a bit disappointed with that. Everything else seemed alright

Hotel room was clean, no qualms with staff. But the room was “tired”. Broken light barely hanging on wall by bed. Other light by bed had no shade. Drywall peeling off around shower. Scuff marks on walls. Beds lumpy. Too many better properties in the area.

Hotel was great for our multigenerational trip to see the Indiana Fever. Room was clean and very well thought out. It was also in a great location, within walking distance to many spots we wanted to visit.

Front desk staff, maintenance staff, and housekeeping staff were amazing! Great location!! The room I checked into had a few issues (AC and toilet running) but the front desk found me a new room and all was good. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Indianapolis.

The rooms were very nice. They were spacious with comfortable beds and the separate sitting area was a great bonus!! The thing to know about this hotel. All rooms look out the window to an interior wall. No room windows look outide.

The location in downtown was great, but downtown Indy is dirty, lots of homeless everywhere you go, expensive parking and restaurants. The hotel smelled like smoke when we first walked in, our bathroom door didn’t lock and the tub didn’t drain. The nicest thing about the hotel is having valet to park my car and bring it to me. It’s super expensive but nice when it’s raining you’re tired from walking.

This property is located near many shops, attractions and restaurants. I always re-disinfect my room and it was hair all over the desk top and chair. The paint was clipped off pretty bad over the shower head. You have to pay for valet parking at this location and whenever I return to the location I would have to look for the person working to give them my keys. My son stay at the Embassy Suite by Hilton that was located close by and it is better kept as well as the complementary breakfast was better there. Parking there was better because they have a parking garage that you self park.
