Well when i first booked the room on hotels.com it said after taxes and fees the total would be $50 and some change, but when i arrived to check in the price wenr up to $68 i almost walked out after i showed him where it said $50.. we finally agreed pn $51 and change.. nbd but at first i was getting room 141 and after our spat i got 252.. this room had some odd stains on the ceiling and the fridge was outside the rookm for some reason so we had no fridge the first couple hours.. i wanted to get the room and crash since wed been travelijg but we had to wait until theyd cleaned the fridge and brought it back in a couple hours later.. overall terrible experience.. wasnt expecting much for $50 but cmon

The staff were very nice with check in. The first thing I noticed was the very heavy smell of smoke in my room although I booked a non-smoking room. Flies were all over the place and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was very gross with a used pregnancy test in the shower. The ceiling was peeling and overall was not great.

The clerk was unable to figure out how to confirm. I already paid for reservation and asked for my card again several times. When finally getting to a room without proper check in the room was dirty. The curtains were torn with gaping holes, so there was no privacy. The betting had cigarette burns in it and extremely stained. There were towels and a small bar of soap and size body wash were available.

There was a smoke smell in both of the rooms that were predented to me eventhough the rooms are Non-smoking. I pointed out to the staff that there was a person smoking inside a room next to the one that was assigned to me, but the staff didn't confront him or informed him that smoking is not permitted.

First Room had dog hair all over the bed, no trash cans and only one towel. We were given a second room which did not have dog hair on the bed but the bedding was stained and torn, there was only 1 towel for the room and when we asked for more, the front desk apologized and said they had been low all week. There was also no toilet paper so i had to go to the desk to get that. There were no blankets on the beds. They had a sheet and then a duvet cover but no actual duvet so it was essentially 2 sheets on the bed. The stairwells were filthy and littered with trash. The mini fridge had someone else's food left in it and the doors on the cabinet were broken and off their hinges. This motel is very run down and so poorly managed and it is obvious the owners and or management does not care. Steer clear of this motel

I booked on hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they told me they had no rooms when we were stranded in Amarillo desperately looking for a place to stay!! The desk clerk was just dismissive - “yeah our rooms didn’t get cleaned to our expectations” so we have no availability! Still haven’t been able to get credit back for the stay I didn’t get to have!!! So disappointed in hotels.com for not fixing this when I reported and it and getting my money back!

Room was decently clean, a few stains here and there, which is to be expected from an older hotel. Bed was extremely firm, which may not be a bad thing if you like firm mattresses. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Small issues like a hole in the wall from the door handle, and a missing battery cover on the remote, which isn’t the end of the world.

Typically, when you think about quality inn, you think it’s a relatively safe bet. Not this place after driving 14 hours we were exhausted and ready to crash and driving into the parking lot. We saw multiple vehicles smoking marijuana hanging out making a lot of noise playing super loud music as our welcoming party. Our room had one pillow out of two beds. It smelt white marijuana smoke when we woke up the next morning our eyes were burning and irritated will never ever use quality suites again. This place should be shut down and burn to the ground instead of quality should be called crackhouse.

There was so much mold in our room that I broke out in a face rash almost immediately and had to take four Benadryl. I am allergic to mold spores and this is a health and safety issue. Staff was super kind and helpful but overheated and overworked. Management should be ashamed of themselves for subjecting people to this environment.

I have traveled the world and this is in my top 10 worst hotels. It smells, the sheets are dirty, there were bugs in the room, the ac worked poorly. If it wasn't the middle of the night when I checked in I would have left. I paid extra to get a bottom floor room because I am handicapped and stairs are very hard amd they told me they don't clean the bottom room and told my husband take it or leave it but we wouldn't get a refund. Don't stay here

Did not stay. The room was disgusting! Terrible smell that was eye watering. One bed had obvious fluids all over it, still wet. When I checked the mattress for bed bugs the bed was infested. Carpet was sticky as well. The health department needs to visit this property.

unclean and dirty , i booked 2 rooms with 2 queen bed , we got one room with king bed and another with 2 queen beds , this the worst motel room i ever stayed , the room with 2 queen bed does not have soap's and towels at all ,we checked in middle of the night , we were scared to go back to front desk enquire about the problems , expedia will loose credibility by listing this kind of property ,if you dont trust me go and check directly . i could not believe is this quality in motel or some nasty motel the reason we took motel is to take couple hours rest , i did not got single second sleep just for the sake have AC window , it is just making noise no use

The room was absolutely disgusting the bed was made but appeared to have been slept in and just made but not changed there was only one towel and no tissues in the bathroom. When we complained to the person on duty she said she was the only one on duty and she doesn’t make beds she eventually found us another room which wasn’t much better but at least the bed was usable. We shall never use quality inn again.

I walked into four different rooms and all dirty no towels beds made with dirty sheets. Nothing dusted or wiped down. Fridge caked with old food freezer just the same trash piled behind them. Trash still in trash can. Pee and hairs all over the toilet with a cigarette butt toilet leaks all over the floor inside the drawers looked like they hadn’t been wiped in months. Exposed wires. Dirty curtains shower curtains. Stained an orange color on the bottom

Disgusting we left and didn’t even try to ask for a refund not clean at all. Didn’t even make it look like they tried. Food in the fridge, ceiling covered in what look like was soda or dark drink could have been mold.

It was quiet enough to sleep, even off the HY. Not happy about going to breakfast and hour after the 6:00am start to be told they only had cereal. Got a late start w breakfast I guess.

We ended up not staying there because my wife is pregnant and the first room we had gotten it reeked of smoke. Then they changed our room but that room had a bad odor of mildew and also had blood spots on the sheets and blood on the side of the bathtub. Felt bad for the guy upfront because he seemed genuinely upset on our behalf and helped us the best he could.

It was obvious to me the room had not been properly cleaned as there was evidence of someone else prior to me being there with dirty towel over stuff and I don't think the sheets were even changed or anything. The exterior condition I'd say is not very good shape but the interior condition was better just not a really good hotel all around I mean it's good for cheap it's a place to sleep it wasn't obnoxious or noisy or anything too bad that I noticed I stayed for 3 days. I remember back in the day when places like this were only 25 $30 a night now they're 60 it's crazy anyways nothing to brag home about.

The room was terrible mold on the ceiling the back of the toilet lid was cracked and duck tapped. We got a leak and complained it took 3 days for them to move us. And we not compensated.at all. The morning front desk clerk was the on person who tried to help and finally moved us to a different room. We were told the owner doesn’t give refunds or comps.ended up having to stay a few extra days but will NEVER return and would NOT recommend.

When I arrived they didn’t have any room keys. The room was in I’ll repair. A hole in the wall in the bathroom, caulking blobs on the walls and the shower. A toilet that wasn’t secure rocking every time it was used. Towels and bath mat were dirty. There was one towel, wash cloth, and bath mat. No coffee pot The fire alarm was sitting on top of the cabinet with no battery. The water never got hot for a shower. Luke warm at best. The clerk refused to allow me to speak with the owner in regards to a refund.

I realize the old adage of " You get what you pay for" is absolutely true. The price was great. The cleanliness and condition were beyond poor. They would be better off removing the old soiled couch in the room and have a small table/chairs as the sofa was disgusting and stained. The "breakfast buffet" is not a breakfast at all. Even the orange juice was a mix between diluted and fermented. These re a few yogurts, a waffle machine and coffee, oj or milk (two choices of cereal - that makes up the entire "breakfast buffet".

The check-in clerk was the nicest attribute to this stay. If I could post my pictures you’d see GROSS from entry to exit. The fridge has multiple science projects growing, the room stinks, the insulation is nonexistent-highway sounds like it’s just outside the door, no disposal can, empty Kleenex box, dried loogies in the sink, there’s more hair in the shower drain than on my head, the bed sheets most definitely were not changed - sparing you the evidence… you just can’t make this stuff up!!

RUN AWAY!!!!! This place is a dump. Too much to list. Worst is probably dirty sheets and dirty socks behind the armchair. I could go on and on. Probably top 3 worst hotels that I have ever stayed in.
