We stayed for one night. I wish we could stay there a couple of more days. There is no other historic hotel like Melrose in Dallas. I have nothing to complain. You can walk to many cafes and restaurants from the hotel. Superb!!!!!!

No issues was perfect.
4.4
Elegance at its finest. Would definitely go back when in Dallas.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before with no issues, but this time was not the best.
* I did not get the room I selected from the site. When I went to complain I was told there was only one other room available and it was the same as what I had.
* The ice machine was was not working on my floor. Was told I would need to go to another floor for ice. I bought a bag of ice from Walgreens across the street.
* The A/C seemed to take longer to cool the room down.

It was epic!!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Dallas. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The lobby and restaurant were elegant and have a timeless, classic look..
4.4
Overall Nice place. Room design is dated. But restrooms seem partly remodeled. Rooms definitely have some wear and tear.
Hotel looks historical and older. They seem to have a brand new swimming pool. Kind of pricey resort fees And valet parking fees.
Great location if you’re looking for bars.

Classic traditional hotel - computer systems weren't working in restaurant. Good location, friendly staff
4.4
Very welcoming hotel
4.4
Construction around the hotel was loud and made entrance and exit difficult.
Very thin walls/windows, lots of airplane noise, hallway noise, elevator noise.
Room and bathroom was very small, shower uncomfortably small, especially for the price. Room service charges 8% plus $5 fee to bring to the room, cheaper to DoorDash

This was our 3rd time to stay at this hotel. On our 1st stay, their system "crashed" we endured things while we were there.
Upon checking in on our 2nd stay, we were advised that their system "crashed" again. Alma a manager, advised us that we would have a "complimentary" nights stay when their system came back up and that she would be sure to put it in her notes. It never happened. When I called the hotel back a week after arriving back home, Alma no longer worked there, argh!!! I was advised by a person working the front desk that the hotel would honor the "complimentary" nights stays but I would have to email the General Manager (whose name is/was Chris). He never replied to my 2 emails and 1 voicemail. There are plenty other cute and quaint hotels in the area and have decided to stay at another hotel when visiting our daughter in Dallas. I didn't go into details about what happened on our 1st and 2nd stays (I did so in my email to the GM) but no person should have to endure what we did when there are plenty more options available to stay while in Dallas.

We had an awesome stay! So conveniently located to where we needed to be! Everyone was super helpful, however all their computers were down the entire time! I felt horrible for the employees. The Library bar was a wonderful time, and Chris was lovely taking my daughter and I to different spots!
4.4
Customer service through out the entire hotel was on point. Even the GM went out of his way to make sure we were always taken care of. The live Intertainment was the best I’ve heard. The main restaurant food was 5 star. Pool was clean and beautiful.

Loved the cleanliness , ambiance, staff

We stayed at this hotel for free using our points at Hotel.com and we loved every minute of it! We nabbed the Deluxe suite and it was everything we needed for our stay. There was a separate sitting and dining area and even a small kitchenette in the space. The room offered a desk as well which allowed my husband to work while I was still resting quietly in bed in the other room. From the moment we got there everyone was really friendly and helpful, and having valet in the back was super convenient. This is a beautiful, well-kept hotel with plenty of amenities close by, like a Walgreens, and a great location downtown. My husband and I will definitely return for another visit!

The Warwick has some old world charm, is pretty clean, but the systems were down the whole time we were there, no hair conditioner (standard even in a Hampton), no bottled water in the rooms (pretty standard these days) and none in the mini bar. High valet parking fee and no place to self park.

Wonderful staff and old property in great condition.

Upscale and posh hotel, if you’re willing to treat yourself and others. Exquisite bar & staff. Always a favorite.

Cool old school vibe!

Great staff. Gene was our server for breakfast- he was great!!

The hotel is historic and so there are limitations to what renovations can accomplish. Overall, great place and fantastic hotel bar.
4.4
I love this hotel. It’s older so it has huge rooms!
4.4
Nice hotel, very clean and staff were focused on the customer. Only issue is the loud music from the first floor bar which resonated throughout the hotel hallways, at least heard on the 4th floor.
4.4
Always a wonderful stay. Rooms are generous, beds comfortable, and the staff smart. Location is great but why go anywhere the Library is open.
4.4
Great stay, very comfortable and clean. Pool area had a really nice outdoor space. This hotel is in a great location, lots to see and do in the area within walking distance. I will state the rooms are a bit out dated, but I kind of think that’s the theme of a “boutique hotel”. Also, I was not happy with the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door between 7:45 and 8:15am trying to clean the room, despite check out being at noon. We were very tired and had a long weekend of travel due to the global IT outage, so we really needed the rest. We tried going back to sleep after they left our door, but they could be heard knocking and yelling “housekeeping” on all the doors of the hall. If they would’ve done this around 10am/11am, no problem. But knocking on doors around 8am is a bit brutal, especially since I was traveling with children.

I had a great time and it was really nice it's really nice room and also it's really easy to just stay
4.4
Nice stay overall. Need more services for the amount you pay as well as the resort fee they charge. For example, bellhop that takes luggage to room, also need more luggage carts. They were out during checkout and we had to wait. Bathrooms were very nice but room needed a little update.
4.4
Love the history behind this beautiful old hotel. I did think parking fees were too high.
4.4
The hotel is charming, but unfortunately very dated. The food in both the bar and restaurant is terrible! The beds do not have quality mattresses or bedding. Drapes, sheets , etc are very cheap. Walls are thin and consequently, you hear everything … NOISY! This hotel needs to up their game. Valet was exceptional I will say… great service!
4.4
Enjoyed the staff and the room was great. Pool was very cool as well.
4.4
Overall hotel was nice. Except for our bed, it was worn and not comfortable as it should have been. Breakfast was over priced with rm. Service charges
4.4
Satisfied with stay with the exception of the lack of care from the staff when it came to needing assistance with their complimentary shuttle service they advertised on their website as well as Travelocity. Another person in my party as well as myself asked two front desk attendants on three occasions for help with getting a ride from their suttle service. The distance was within the alloted 3 mile radius. Each time we asked, we were given the run-around about how the driver "may" be on a ride currently or "may or may not have time" to accommodate our request. Its poor service and the staff didn't seem as if they even cared much at all. So much for hospitality. Most likely will not be returning to their establishment.
4.4
Great time and The Library was amazing! Great service at all levels. Definitely recommend
4.4
Too many added charges - parking was $45 per night and several "fees" such as a resort fee, etc. were added to the costs.
4.4
Absolutely beautiful !

I have always loved the Melrose & this trip didn’t disappoint. The facility is great & the staff were accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.
