We frequently visit Knoxville, therefore we have stayed at several Red Roof Inns. This stay was the 4th different one we stayed at and by far the best. The evening lady checking us in was very polite. The following morning the breakfast was very plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. Beds were very soft as well.

No frills hotel… good for a quick overnight stay

Great place to stay

Very nice for its price. It has a gym which is unusual for this kind of hotels.

Can you say dirty? I can. I saw it last night.

We loved it hear! We caught a flat on the way to Atlanta and I had to book a late night stay after 10pm😔! Walking through the hotel it seemed regular. Our rooms were comfortable.. but when slide open the patio door.. it was a beautiful Oasis type scenery! And the breakfast was delicious!

My family stayed here on a Saturday night and the pictures online made the hotel look clean, bright, and up-to-date. Unfortunately the finishes were worn off including large chips in the floor and paint on the door and walls. I tried to close the closet door and it fell off the tracks and on to me. The shower was mildewy and there was a dried puddle next to the toilet. All of the sheets on both beds had stains on them, the tv did not work and there was a pretty significant ant problem on the bedside table. The room felt damp for our entire visit. There was a dog barking down the hall all night. We checked in at 9 pm and were too exhausted to try to find another hotel so we just made the best of it, but we would never stay here again. The lobby/breakfast area and pool/exterior courtyard all were updated and looked clean and tidy.

It was clean and beds were comfortable.

This is exactly what you expect from a Red Roof: it was a 2 star hotel for travelers that feels like a 3-3.5 star hotel when you get there. So we were delighted after a long day on the road. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean, and the towels and sheets were new, bright white, and soft

The staff was amazing. But our room smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in it.

There was a strong odor of mildew or mold in room 163 there were water marks on ceiling so I think there may have been a major leak from room above it. The staff was great and the pool and grounds were beautiful

Very nice room, clean and the bed was wonderful. We have a hot breakfast with a lots of options. My dog stay free and the price was very good for all the options. Beautiful courtyard with a very nice pool. Staff was very nice. Definitely I would stay here again.

pool looked nice, but i didn't use it.
bed was comfy enough, but there old stains on towels and bedding.
floor made my feet dirty enough to wash them before getting in the bed. carpeted area was sticky.
there was a very strong odor of deodorizers.
the breakfast was hot and fresh with the typical variety.

In Knoxville for one night...great location for choices in food and access. Staff were wonderful as we asked for a room change as they were working on the parking lot on the side of our room. Room was very clean and comfortable!

Marijuana odors in hallway, bathroom shower curtain had mystery stain on it, as well as another stain in bathtub… closet door had sticky looking substance on it as well as a pressed in area…
Refrigerator in room barely worked, wasn’t on when I got there…. I was truly disappointed in this hotel.

This is an older hotel and you can definitely see the age, but it seems well maintained overall. The staff is excellent. Parking is a problem, but if you don’t mind a little walking there are spaces available in adjacent lots. The pool is very clean and inviting.

I've never stayed at a Red Roof Inn before and after this stay, not sure I will again. Parts of our room looked like they were updated, but others not. The bathroom was disgusting and a baseboard tile was just laying on the floor. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and grungy looking. The paint on the ceiling in the shower and above the beds was coming down. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so the front desk had to come do it. Apparently storms had gone through and most of the TV's had to be reset (not the hotels fault). The hot tub looked gross. Not sure if it was dirty or just needs a fresh coat of paint. The shower gel in the shower was out.
The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us out as much as she could.

Staff was very helpful ... rooms clean, and just the size we needed, free parking. My only issue to address is the need for new mattresses. They are so soft, seem old

Room was clean, pool and jacuzzi is what me n my son needed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast looked good, but we had to leave, so we just grabbed juice to go. I will definitely come back!

Room smelled , there was mold. The bathroom light was out. Floor was dirty.
I told the desk that I would just take a shower with my cell phone light and they can fix the light after I leave. Out of soap in the dispenser. Then about 10 min a guy knocked on the door to replace the light and I said we would be ok till we checked out and he had an attitude. Crazy how bad it was. The only thing ok was the bed was comfortable enough and the Air worked. Past that. Terrible

Very accommodating and helpful! Came in much later than expected and were so helpful.

Fridge and tv in the room were both broken. WiFi did not work either. Decor dated but beds very comfortable and a hot shower

The a/c was pushing so much humidity the floor, desk, carpat and sheets were damp. Mold on the ceiling. Musty smell. Won't return

Half of the outlets weren't working, there was mold in the bathroom in the bathtub.

Nice pool, breakfast and great staff. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the building is a little old.
1.5
Front desk lady was really nice, pool was nice, lobby was nice. Room was pretty dated, not very many updates. It was pretty run down esthetically, staff was really nice though.

It was old. The paint was chipping everywhere & the bathroom wasn’t great. We won’t stay there again.

We did not stay past 10 minutes. The room was dirty. Ceiling falling apart. Outlets pulled out of the wall. Room was damp. No hot water. I am getting a full refund one way or another

Public hallways needs upgrading as all the doors are in need of repainting. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at this location several times over the last 2 years for UTK events. This stay, we noted that the room and bathroom quality has declined in the mattress firmness; unplugged night stands and no electrical outlet for charge cords near the bed; soap dispensers barely letting out a drop of liquid, and the sloping shower rod did not keep the curtain in place on either end, letting alot of water spray onto the floor.
Not sure if we will return for future Knoxville stays.

Although a budget hotel, it was exactly what we needed for our trip. The place was clean, convenient, comfortable and we all got a good nights sleep and great breakfast(included) as we continued our drive.

Easy check in staff was friendly breakfast not bad. Rooms nice and spacious and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in.

This establishment is aging, and not gracefully. Everything was shabby and felt grungy. The tub/shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well in a while.

Was expecting a bit more as was red roof plus plus. Was fairly average. Pool quite small and crowded. Beds too soft. Breakfast good .
