The room’ thermostat was not working and delivering nothing but heat when off, so they moved us to a different room. That room was the same and with the thermostat off, the heat rose 3 degrees in less than 5 minutes . As a result we left the slider open all night and the room was still over 70 at 73 in the morning with the thermostat off. We received a 25% discount for the room which was very nice. This could be a systemic problem in the property.

The gave us a room that we had to walk up stairs with 2 large bags and carryons.... we are a senior couple and when asked about an elevator we were told there were no rooms in the corridors with an elevator. Really???

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Lion Hotel, and while my experience was largely positive, I couldn't help but notice the signs of aging that the property exhibits. The hotel boasts a charming, classic aesthetic that reflects its long-standing history, but this also means that certain aspects could use some modernization. Upon arrival, the staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent customer service that set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a cozy ambiance. My room, while clean and well-maintained, showed some wear and tear—particularly in the furniture and bathroom fixtures. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep, but the décor felt a bit dated. The amenities offered are commendable, with a decent fitness center and a lovely pool area. However, the pool could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience.

This is high on the list of the most disgusting hotels I have every stayed at. Everything was dirty, every chair, every surface. The restaurant was disgusting and should be a health code violation on its own, the service was friendly but incompetent, it took two attempts to get my food right - it was a pizza with three toppings. In my hotel room bathroom every caulked joint full of black mold. Apparently every door has an issue with closing because it sounds like a hockey player being checked into the boards every time someone closes a door - all night... Stay away, its not worth saving the extra $ if you need to be near the airport.

The rooms are nice, the check in went good however our room had no heat and even after a service request and maintenance advising we need to switch rooms the night shift clerk fought it.

This want bad for a short overnighter. We got in at midnight and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The beds were a bit in the hard side. They are doing construction right now, but the room itself was clean. There was not a coffee maker in the room which was disappointing. Especially for the price. The breakfast was really good.

I asked for a room on the ground floor , close to an outside entrance. This property is very large and walking long distances is troublesome for me. They accommodated my request instantly. Great job!

The hotel is currently under renovation. We were woken up at 7 am to construction work below us on a Sunday morning. Overall the hotel was nice but I would make sure you are not on the renovation side.

When checking in, a guest told front desk that another guest had the same room given to them. Another guest had a reservation and was cancelled without the guests doing. The lobby area looked nice. My room was stuffy and smelled(could tell staff tried covering it up). The bath tub was in need of repair. I showered and the surface was spongy feeling. I woke up every hour due to loud noises(ac kicking on, ice machine making noises, and unexplained sounds). The Grizzley bar and grill was the highlight of my stay. Pay extra money and stay some where else.

The Grizzly was good , RV parking was the we chise this hotel . Rooms were meh , sheets were awful . It appears any room renovations were poorly done . Limited TV channels and the morning buffet was just ok .

Beautiful building albeit built in 1960 and being updated the building, location and amenities are very nice. Might just drive down to stay and play golf next to the place. Did use the pool and hot tube. Really big room and a good bed

The young ladies behind the counter were very helpful, two in particular; Kelly & Amaya. All the staff that we interacted with were very dog friendly and enough outdoor area for a good walk with the dog. However, for older folk, the shower is risky, there is no non skid surface or shower mat in the tub/shower nor is there a hand rail...

The area of the hotel that my room was in was under construction, so the elevator was shut down and the entrance was blocked and I had to carry four large boxes up to my room. By the time I got up there, the AC was broken and it was set to 80° in the room. They could not fix the AC and they did not have extra room and told me I had to deal with it. I told them it’s way too hot and they had to tell me to find another room. Worse hotel safe ever had.

Since they are in the middle of a remodel there is a significant paint smell. Also our room the TV was not connected well to the cable so it kept stopping and we would have to reprogram it.

We came in late and had an easy and quick check in after a tiresome evening, the staff was friendly and was able to answer all our questions. Went looking for vending machines and found a convenient little store by check in with pretty much anything you might need (and it wasnt outragously priced). Check out was even faster than check in and we were happy to find out the shuttle will be ready whenever you need it! Came in clutch when our flight left at 5am! Always enjoy my stay with Redlion this was no different and will be staying with them again.

This property was okay for a one night stay. It seemed run down and did not have elevator access to the second floor rooms except in one small wing of the property. There was not enough adequate parking for each of the wings and the parking lot itself was in disrepair. The plus side is hotel staff we're quite friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.

Staff was super friendly. Huge issue at check in where they had already checked in our room. Staff more than made it right (upgraded us) but it scares me that something like tha could have happened. Rooms were dated and lacked cleanliness. Super dusty. Included breakfast was out of everything most mornings.
