The property is in terrible shape. The ONLY bright spot was the kindness/friendliness of the person that checked us in.

Place shows its age. Carpets “clean” but grungy. Furniture OK but showing age. Needs renovation. I would stay there again for the price, but I have stayed in places that are much nicer for similar price. No problem regarding safety or other similar needs. Just needs an update.

This place is a sh*t hole! If I could give a minus rating I would. DONT waste your money. It is so dirty and smells awful. Our room looked like a murder had happened and no one ever cleaned it up. Better to just sleep in your car.

Very comfy clean bed, but room was in need of a deep cleaning. Dust and finger prints visible on walls. Bathroom had an odor. Staff was very nice and attentative. I had driven 12 hours and dealt with it. Bed was great!

This hotel did not provide a pleasant experience. The door to get into my room took a half hour to get into my room. Faucets and shower were leaking. I had to change rooms due to musty smell. Dogs barking all night. Place needs a big rehaul. Water from the faucets were greyish color. This place was terrible and needs a complete rennovation of everything. I would not recommend staying here at all. Worst place ever stayed without a doubt.

we chose this property for price and proximity to i81. we got in late and left early, so we were not looking for much more than a place to sleep. our room was clean as were the common areas. There looks to be a lot of items that were dated or in slight disrepair, but that is what I expect in this price range. Breakfast was OK, but once again, expected. Staff was great and friendly. Would choose again under the same circumsrances.

It totally sucked. If we weren’t so tired or couldn’t pay for a different hotel we would have left. At check in the overwhelming smell of marijuana was crazy. Then we had to endure the smell all night. The shower had a gross mat in it and the hot and cold water was mixed up! Please travelers stay away from here! Go anywhere else!

I would not recommend this place especially if you have infants. It’s really dirty. It feels like they never vacuum the rooms. My babies were finding stuff from the floor under the tables or bed and almost putting in their mouth.

The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls. The faucet in the shower did not turn off completely and when you switched to the shower head the water would still come out of the faucet and fill the tub. The refrigerator leaked. The drawers were all stained and dirty. The room obviously hadn’t been dusted. Very unclean. The staff however was wonderful. There were also people that lived there that would let their kids run around unsupervised and in traffic. There also were people smoking marijuana around my room to the point that I had to leave the hotel because the smell overwhelmed my room.

We went through 2 bad hotels before coming here. The staff is so friendly and nice. The pool the area even the rooms are clean. There's a few cosmetic issues but they are minor. Very pet friendly and all around just a good experience. We are enjoying the stay. If your looking for pet friendly hotel this is the place for you

Booked King room, gave two double beds. Told no more kings available... Someone else's clothing left hanging in the room noticed immediately on entering room. Told they had no housekeepers. Clerk at night very rude. Woman in morning very nice, as was manager when he came in. Extended stay by one night and given a room with king bed for the night for free. This is an older hotel, not in great shape -- however, they are trying to keep it together, the pool is nice and appears well kept, breakfast is sparse, but more than good enough. For a hotel well under $100 a night -- this is as good as it gets.

Staff was friendly and responsive eg with a curtain problem and when we wanted a luggage cart. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Hot water was very hot and cold water was very cold (and delicious). The pool is easily accessible. All the common areas were clean and peaceful. We were very happy with our three day stay.

This hotel is a great location and has everything I needed. Very close to the ballpark where I spent most of the weekend. Breakfast was nice and the bed slept great. I will stay here again.

Terrible. I can’t recommend to anyone for any reason at all. Stains on the wall, dirty carpet, exposed wires from light fixtures. Just dirty. Stay in a homeless shelter would’ve been more accommodating.

Although it was a non smoking property, my poolside room smelled like smoke. (110) It looked nice and was very quiet. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good. Beds and sheets were very clean, but the bathroom could have used a deep clean. For what I paid, it was a good value.

Most important to me was that I felt safe, and the room and all facilities were clean. I was in town to visit, so didn't need many amenities. Negatives were that the coffee pot in my room didn't work, and the breakfast wasn't very good, either. The rooms could use updated. I'd stay there again, though, because of safety, cleanliness, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The property was in need of remodeling and deep cleaning. The A/C unit was filthy, carpets worn out. Looked like a good place to open a meth lab. I requested cancellation of my second night, and received it. I wouldn't have stayed the first night, however, I arrived at midnight. NEVER AGAIN!
