Rude owner, she Immediately started telling me because I booked through a third party I wouldn't get my request of no stairs for my disabled elderly father unless I paid extra. I had 3 flights of concrete stairs to go up to my room. And one of them had loose trim, I ended up tripping, I now have scraped up knees, bruises and a swollen ankle, I'm almost 60yrs. The pool area had two windows that were broken out and covered with card board and the outside entrance to it was locked so we attempted to go through the lobby to get in from that way and was rudely lectured by the same women as she didn't want us coming through the lobby. I told her the outside door was locked she didn't say sorry, she said ok go in but make she we go out through the outside door. She also lectured me for changing into my suit in bathroom near pool area instead of changing in my room. I told her as all the rooms are outside it was a little to cold to walk outside from room to pool, she just shrugged. The door to my room was standing open when I arrived, and when my husband turned on the light switch it shocked him. Safety not real great at this hotel. Even though the owner made it clear she really didn't like third party booking guest, she refused to refund the money so we could go somewhere else, so we had to stay. It was not in the greatest condition. We didn't feel wanted or safe here.

Beds were comfortable. All rooms are outside rooms in 2 different buildings. Breakfast was good. Asked to be moved closer to the indoor pool because our room was located down the hill in a second building. I'm handicap from walking long distances especially up hill. Was told all their rooms were dirty. Rooms had curtains open and were cleaned. Had to drive up to the indoor pool. Only part of the dirty towels were picked up and replaced while we were out. This was my first time here and will be my last.

You need to put a time limit on the hot tub. I went to use it and 5 women were in it and stayed there for 55 minutes.

The hotel location was nice. Right by the strip and a walmart. The look of the hotel was ok. And was quiet . But the room was not so good. The mattress caved into the center. The floors werent vacuumed. The housekeeping never stepped foot into the room the whole week we were there. We had to collect our own garbage and towels to give to her when we caught her by our room. And when we were gone we didnt get any service at all. Had to go get towels ourselves and empty our trash in the can out by the sidewalk. I had dropped something behind my bedside table. When i moved it to get what i dropped there was enough dust and other garbage behind there that i just threw away what i dropped. Every time we went to the pool we had to ask for towels.and the front desk worker acted like it was an inconvenience to have to get up and provide them. The hot tub wasnt very warm and the jets didnt work.

Our stay at Angel Inn Central was perfect, actually, else I would tell you! Large room with fridge, microwave, coffee, and a real WaterPik shower head! Everything was perfectly clean and maintained. Breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, ++. You could pay more in Branson, but why? Just off the main street, so it was also quiet! 10/10 from us!

Good location, quiet, you get what you pay for. Overall, not bad ... just a few minor repair issues in the room. Price was decent. Breakfast was adequate ... normal hotel fare. Swimming pool has rough bottom but was clean and enjoyable. Hot tub was out of order. Large complex with lots of rooms to maintain.

We enjoyed our stay! We were disappointed that the hot tub had recently broken. The rooms were recently remodeled and nice but our room had an old recliner in it that looked like it was from the 70's. Furniture needs updating, too. All in all the breakfast was decent (it could have used some fresh fruit) but appreciated it being onsite. The gentleman (Manager?)that we saw the most was very nice and accommodating. We will go back there again and will make sure the hot tub is operational first!

We have stayed at this place several times and was happy with most everything. This stay was a little different. The commode lid was loose, the two chairs in the room, the arms which attach to the back, on each chair were loose, the plug recepticle did not work, the clock had some buttons missing and had to set with a knife and finger nail file, the bedding looked very worn and bulbs in some of the lights did not work. We were very disappointed with our stay this time.

Could be a good motel however can tell its not kept up. Bathroom door had to lift to shut,tub looked terrible, sink faucet was loose like going to break, was not cleaned well. Found empty water bottle and frootloopes up against the bed. Women at counter was hateful. Second time of staying and yep they definitely need better employees and maintaining their property
