My stay was good. The only complaint was there was no hot water in room 428. The hotel is close to the Tampa cruise port. Diane was great when I checked in and out. Thank you for the great customer service. There were a lot of homeless people in the area. It was a good stay for one night.

The hotel is really nice. The staff were nice. I wish the water would have been warmer and the sink not clogged, but it is what it is. Beds were comfortable and the food was decent.

Great stay! 1. It was only an over night before our cruise but everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I have 2 young kids and that is always a huge win! 2. Close to downtown Ybor - tons of great food and culture. 3. Shuttle to the port was timely and friendly! 4. Breakfast A+

Pretty decent hotel, expensive for not a lot of amenities. It was very clean and the beds/pillows were super comfy. The staff seemed like they were having a bad day, they weren’t mean, but they just didn’t talk, no interaction at check in, no customer service experience. When we came back after going to the Hard Rock at 12:30 the front door to the hotel was locked, no Way to use your key to get in. So we just kind and of sat outside for a minute or so trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Finally the front staff came and opened the door, didn’t say anything and just turned around. I said “thank you so much and she didn’t even acknowledge us or respond. It was actually really weird. We went up to our room and changed so walk over to the WaWa right beside the hotel and as we were walking out she was behind the front desk folding something. I said “we’re going to WaWa real quick, will we be able to get back in. She again never acknowledged our presence or our question, she just kept looking down folding whatever it was. It was actually really odd and uncomfortable.

Everything but the breakfast, excellent. It is served until 10 a.m. but at 9:20 no bacon, no milk, no cream cheese for the bagels and 2 or 3 more "no". Room, neat; front desk super nice and courteous. I would be back but not for the breakfast.

The gentleman who helped us check in I believe he works at night was very nice and helpful. He even told us about the shuttle to the cruise port for free. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. I left my AirPod behind. I called and they held it from me until I came back from the cruise. But when I came back the receptionist wasn’t as nice I explained to her what happened. She helped the other customers then walked away, I thought she went to lost and find like she told me she would. But she didn’t I sat and waited for 20 minutes for to have never have looked. I went back to the counter and told her I had a plane to catch and could she call someone to see where they put it. She seemed irritated by me. She made the call and the person on the phone told her where it was located. And the tv was a blue tint. We didn’t complain because it was late and it was only for one night. I told the receptionist in the morning and she contacted maintenance. But my overall experience was good. I would for sure come back.

We arrived 3 hours early after driving 14 hours nonstop. I went in asking if it was possible to check in early, expecting no t be the answer. I was immediately greeted by Ridell.. He greeted me with a smile and said “let me check”. “Your room is ready now and we are here to put a smile on your face.” We then chatted a bit as we learned I was from the state he was born and raised. He was just so nice and kind and made me feel a welcome. The property itself is very, very well maintained and so clean! It’s very up to date and the beds are very comfortable. If I am ever in this area again, I know exactly where I will be staying! I highly recommend this property!! It gets a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you Ridell! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was great. But the surroundings outside were busy. Trucks, buses and busy. Look like a hotel for workers who drive trucks, big buses, utility trucks and lawn mowing businesses. They parked on the grass causing mud all over. It just something I'm not use to seeing at holiday in. I was on business but this holiday seem like it was a place for workers going in and out. To loud for me. Restaurants also hard to find.

Hotel is close to the attraction in Tampa, but the area is a bit sketchy The room floor was sticky and was brought up to the staff and it was not remedied. So was the reception area. The maid missed servicing our room the next day even with the “don't disturb sign” removed We ran out toiletries and supplies as a result of that

Pool area lacks cleanliness. Pool needs to be updated, chairs look old and dirty, that area needs some plants or some type of decorative. Especially on the window where you can see the lobby. Something needs to be placed there so that you don’t see the people in bathing suits. Reasons why we didn’t get in.

Location isn’t everything! Not in a great area, a lot of homeless people on the main drag and at Wawa but none on the hotel property. Convenient having Wawa in the same parking lot. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The property is very pretty, quiet, safe and convenient. The highways, restaurants, gas stations and local attractions are nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I saw a security guard on site in the afternoon and evening shifts. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was basic, not much of a selection, but not bad. They have a shuttle bus, if needed. The pool and outdoor patio was clean and inviting. My family and I will definitely visit again.
