Het ontbijt was niet goed. Er was weinig keuze en het was erg druk.
Ook waren de kamers oud en lekte ons bad van de badkamer

It was very convenient.
They didn’t clean the rooms on our last day.

Not much. It was a abed to sleep on.
I made the reservation through booking, com, But when they told me I could Check-in digitally, I opened the app for Hilton and Check-in and when I put the credit card information in for what I thought was incidentals, the hotwl charged me again for the room, so now I am paying for the room through Booking and the hotel put a hold for funds to my account. Then when I checked in, they put a $100 hold in my account which they told me included a $25 resort fee, which can only be used in the restaurant or Starbucks. And then, I wake up this morning with yet another hold to my account- for the resort fee, again! They have been less than helpful and just downright rude about it. The unexpected additional rom charge ended up overdrawing my account, whichbhas left me in a pickle for gas money to get home. So, yeah, book this hotel with caution!!!

I like the fact that I got more than my money's worth.I love how the staff treated us everything was top tier. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a Hotel. Your beds were so comfortable the rooms were so clean.I like the view I had

The staff was very kind and courteous.
The vault in our room did not work to lock up our belongings. The maintenance staff was wonderfully kind and tried to get it fixed but it pushed us late leaving our room. The valet service that this hotel has chosen to subcontract with was unprofessional, unkind, and unorganized. We had to wait in a two-hour line in the lobby just to be handed our keys and told to go find our car. When you are not given the option of parking your own car this kind of cost and inconvenience is absolutely unacceptable.

There are so many hidden fees they don’t earn you about ahead of time. A two hundred dollar fee older incidentals. Like this should be disclosed when booking. It’s an inconvenience and added fee a family is not looking forward to when traveling. Then they offer a $25 Starbucks fee and if you do r use it you do t get it back and then they didn’t have anything stocked so it’s a waste and you loose money and they keep it. The pool are is not monitored properly and the kids were flipping and jumping so you can’t enjoy the pool. There’s a fee for everything I tried to get my car I was told I owed an extra $42 dollars and I didn’t then I finally got that straight and they left my car but the valet to my keys so I had to wait for my keys. I was not happy with the stay from my arrival to my departure
All the above mentioned this $200 accidental fee is seriously unexpected.

Everything was great, especially for a large hotel. Breakfast was quite good considering it came with the room, and the 3rd floor outdoor pool was lovely!

Breakfast was wonderful each day
Wish we could have made more than 1 of the happy hours
The daily happy hours should last longer to be able to get there for that benefit to be used

Everything except valet check out. Waited long time. It was busy

Breakfast, front desk staff, valet staff
We got a double queen suite, the beds were small, more like double beds. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable. Any other hotel I have ever been to let’s you stay the next day and enjoy the amenities, well they said no at first and wanted all cars gone at checkout. They only had valet which made it very inconvenient trying to get things to and from the vehicle. Valet took about an hour to park when we arrived and took over an hour to get our car upon departure (the place was a madhouse, it wasn’t the employees fault, they were understaffed). Then they tried to charge us three nights of valet parking which came out to $270 in parking fees for two vehicles for one night! Absolutely ridiculous. The bathroom has a broken soap shelf, not enough towels for all guests in the room and they ran out of extra pillows and blankets for the pullout couch. The elevators took forever and they shut down one side of elevators due to a birthday party! We booked for the convenience of being attached to the convention center since we had an event, management made it very stressful with all of these rules of being out at checkout, saying we needed our vehicle gone at checkout at 11am and then charging an extra two nights of parking per vehicle! We paid extra for “bay view” our view was of construction sites, not a pretty view at all. Definitely not worth $600 for the night. Never again. Lastly, they wouldn’t answer phones when we’d try to call from the room, you would have to physically go down to find staff to have a question answered.

We had to wait for a long time to check in. It was awful
The location was super busy and crowded. And we had a 3-4 hour wait to check in.

The location was great
Carpets were sticky, spills on the elevator walls that weren’t cleaned over the 3 days we were there, and we had to hound the concierge every day to get our room cleaned, usually they came after 3-4 requests and only around 5pm. Each time they came they didn’t organize the furniture (chairs not pushed in, cabinet doors left open). It was bizarre.
Also several things were inexplicably not usable or open, like the pool bar on full weekend days even when concierge would say it was open that day.

location to Amalie
-valet took 20 mins checking in to even speak to us, we were stuck in line of traffic upon arrival. & was $50 + tip
-elevators didnt work except 1 and they were all packed during a 15 minute wait so we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs which were filthy and put us out on the street not even to the lobby.
-AC in room did not work well and shut off a few times in middle of night making us sweat out
-way too long of lines for the free breakfast & cocktail hour that we didn’t even stick around to try it.
(we stayed 1 night!! & I feel compelled to write bad review that should say enough)

Big room, close to cruise terminal
Bed sheets were washed outs with some stains. I called to house keeping but was put on hold for 10 min., and I hanged off the phone. Bottles of water were opened but put as a new one. Seems like it was not checked from previous guests. Check out was quick and sirs on reception were very kind and polite. I was reminded of 25$ of credit that can be spend.

Great room and location.
I don’t like that open area down the middle of the building. I’m afraid of heights and was on floor 16

Way to small for the amount of people. Not worth the money I spent almost $700 for less than 15hr stay...

Great location and breakfast.
The room wasn’t cleaned daily. We had to call for towels on multiple days. The AC wasn’t working properly. They had someone check it twice but they didn’t fix it. We ended up sleeping with a box fan. They said the pool was heated but it was freezing.

Location is amazing
Elevators are so slow, you spent so much time waiting for them. Alex at the reception was rude and condescending. I felt like I was enlisting in the Army. Customers want to feel welcome to the premises. Nobody is doing you any favors.

Everything was okay.
The mircrowave didn't work which caused me to spend more money and throwing food away.

Hotel room was spacious and hotel had nice amenities. Good location for convention center or Amalie arena access.
Staff was rude. One guy at front desk was just typing away at the computer and I stood there for 5 minutes after saying hello before he even acknowledged me and even then never even looked at me. Valet service was slow and at times seemed dysfunctional for the amount they cost. They also lost my keys for a bit when I was leaving. For a building with 20+ floors they only have 4 elevators and they are on opposite ends of the building, and one side the elevator was out. I waited 20 minutes for a ride down to the lobby once. Finding the enterence to the hotel was painfully annoying. Parking is ridiculously expensive and you can't even have access to your vehicle if you leave something in it and have to have them bring it around again. Valet service is slow and at times did not communicate well with each other or with customers on how the process of picking up and dropping off your vehicle is. This may be a booking.com issue but when I got to the property they did not have my reservation under my name nor my confirmation number basically they just told me it didn't exist however they said this was booking.com's fault and not theirs. It is way too expensive for the quality of the hotel, my safe locked my belongings inside and I had to have a technician come in open it because the battery died on it which is something I would think they would check before checking someone into the room. My AC was set to 65 but the room never went below 71° and felt hot all the time.

The location was perfect for venturing to Amelia Arena and the suite was so comfortable. We loved having a living room separate from the bedroom. The additional space made our stay more enjoyable. We also loved the inviting atmosphere of the lounge, entryway, and breakfast area.
A little confusing as to the"Starbucks" area and the breakfast area. Also the breakfast area was not well laid out as far as traffic pattern or flow. It seemed like several little sections and not one continuous flow.
