Great value location, superb beaches and snorkelling with lots of fish. Very good food choices and as much drinks as you want. The rooms are not luxurious but more than adequate and a good size. The water sports equipment is plentiful and the guy who oversees this is very helpful. A special shout out to the front desk who sorted out our last minute flight delay moving our booking and departure back a day at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Beautiful cosy resort, brilliant and friendly staff & lovely room & location x

The staff don’t smile for some reason. The toilet does not flush properly. No bottled water in my room. The fan string was broken. But my one big peeve was that for three days nobody came back to me to extend my stay by one night and when I finally ask at the counter, they make talk to a lady who insisted on $350 take it or leave it. I realise that I was being ripped off and chose another hotel instead.

If you’re looking for a luxurious high end, big resort, lots of choices, then this is not for you.
If you are looking for something more intimate, tranquil, sort of like a “bed & breakfast” feel then this is perfect. The staff are very polite and attentive. The resort is located on a beautiful quiet area where you can walk to 3 different beaches. They have an amazing infinity pool where you can catch the sunsets. Good amount of chairs and umbrellas at both areas.
The rooms are clean and cute but as mentioned, nothing crazy luxurious. No TVs yet, they did mention eventually putting some. We brought a laptop to watch movies at night if needed and did the job. Make sure to choose your room according to your needs.
My only real downfall was the buffet, specifically for the evening.
Breakfast - average American style, typical options. Could offer more fruit options.
Lunch - we much fathered the beach restaurant “a la carte” then the buffet.
Dinner - many options were repetitive, mind you the buffet is already smaller than what you might be used to, so we didn’t feel very satisfied. Went out for dinner 1 night ( Sheer Rock ) and it was well worth it.
They definitely could use more entertainment, but the concept is more tranquility and older crowd.
Definitely worth to check out for honey moons, wedding anniversaries and baby moons.

We absolutely loved it here. We stayed a week and it was utter paradise - lounged on the beach or by the pool all day. The food is good, great variety of drinks, and the beaches are amazing. It's a bit tricky to get around, unless you have a car you will be dependent on taxis, but if you're looking for proper relaxation then this is the place! All the staff were totally wonderful, friendly, went above and beyond for us. It might not be the fanciest resort on the island but it was so friendly and welcoming and we felt totally at home. Would recommend to anyone!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. The room was comfortable, although the bathroom could benefit from some updates. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options each day. Be prepared for a short walk if your room is located away from the main activities.

five star location for a three star hotel.
bungalow nice but i would put a door to divide bathroom area from the room. some staff very nice others very incompetent and rude.
food can be better but not bad. the place is magic. fantastic beaches and amazing swimming pool. property is very well maintained but they really need to have conversation with staff

The staff was very friendly. However, no Caribbean food.

It's a beautiful location and the water and views are amazing. Some areas are updated (infinity pool, honeymoon suites) but there are a lot of areas that need work. Dining options are minimal and the food is basic. The staff is wonderful and its a great place to go if you're just trying to relax and be off the grid.

The staff was impeccably kind and really kept the place alive. The property was gorgeous and the beaches were phenomenal surrounding the hotel. The food had such a wide variety and the drink menus were quite versatile as well. Celebrated a good friend’s birthday while at our stay and everyone was so lovely and definitely made us enjoy our stay to the max. 10/10 would recommend.

Like: The friendly staff going the extra mile.
Did not like: the overall appearance needs to be upgraded eg bathroom area.
Install TV in rooms. Although the hotel represents quiet time and doing things at your own pace, I believe there should be some sort of daytime activities while sitting and relaxing.
Generally I'd give tge hitel 3.25- 3.50 rating.

Beautiful resort, very nice staff! Free kayaking. Ice cold rooms. The rooms range from Okay, to nice to beautiful. And depending how much you want to invest is what you’re going to get! I had the King bungalow room which was pretty close to the water. Full body mirrors should be added to the rooms and more lighting! It was so dark in the bathroom and rooms making it hard to do my makeup. Lots of plugs in the room which I loved! Also, the dinner and breakfast buffet was okay. It was basically the same thing every night. My favorite were the “A La carte” nights! Only 1 main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and another restaurant that only offered mediocre lunch. I probably would stay again. Can’t beat the price! I wouldn’t recommend children as it is more of an intimate place for couples

Property is great! But food choice wasn’t good

Wonderful place to unwind from the day to day.

What a wonderful experience this was! The property including rooms are very clean. The entire staff that we encountered were wonderful. The Hospitality Manager is on the ball and keeps his property well maintained. What we were most impressed with is how any problem in the room was reported by an attendant to the manager and taken care of before the guess has had a chance to report the problem. My only issue with the room is the lack of hooks on the wall in the bath room. Similar to the ones inside the shower stalll. We are looking to returning to Hawksbill

Its not the four seasons and also doesnt claim to be. Great value and mostly friendly staff. Food selection is limited but all of it was very good. The pace is very island laid back and it’s probably a good thing. Its quite a bit away from anything else on the island, but thats also a good thing of you just want to enjoy the beaches and relax

Very beautiful Hotel. Only thing I see is that the room that I stayed in, needs some remodeling.

All of Antigua is public beaches, so at every resort you have to share the beach with the public and people harassing you to sell you stuff. Hawksbill is down a 20 min dead end road and between the ocean and a mountain. Nobody can get to the beach but guests! Nobody selling stuff, we left our property on our chairs all day without a worry. So needless to say this resort is quiet and cozy. The perfect relaxation resort with its own 3 beaches (one nude, only one on Antigua). Staff is SOOO friendly. You see the same guests every day and everyone says hello as you walk around. Food was not excellent but good, always found something at the buffet enjoyable. The downsides of above: its quiet and slow, so if you want party and action, this is not the place. It was an older crowd. And that 20 min drive that gives you privacy, its a long taxi to the nearest town which is St John really a city and busy. So hard to travel around or explore. Long hilly walks to get around the place. If thats good for what you're looking for you will love this place.
