I looked at it least 20 other hotels before choosing this one. I chose this hotel for their breakfast and the appearance of the hotel. I was not very satisfied with the breakfast as it was not very flavorful. It tasted like it was frozen and just heated up, the eggs had a weird flavor, and the pancakes were hard. We got there with two hours left in breakfast so it wasn’t like we were getting the last of it. The room was not what I thought I reserved but at that point I didn’t care, just wanted to sleep. Room was clean just outdated. Bed, sheets, showers, and sinks were all clean which was nice. The lobby seemed to not have any AC and the drinks in the drink cooler in the lobby were not cold. The owner and the desk clerk had amazing hospitality! Honestly their hospitality made up for everything we were unhappy with. 4/5 stars for poor quality breakfast and outdated rooms. Great hospitality and clean room. Bonus: showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Shower had great water pressure. Security deposit was only $15.

Asked the front desk to have our room cleaned two different times and it wasn't done. The workout room was dirty and asked for disinfectant and it was never replaced. We have stayed at a lot of Hyatt and this one was less than stellar

I recently stayed at this Hyatt hotel and was disappointed by the experience, especially compared to other Hyatt properties. The cleanliness was lacking—my room was not cleaned daily, and the elevator was visibly dirty. The lobby felt overcrowded, with many people lounging around. The breakfast was another letdown; it lacked fresh fruit and staples like waffles or pancakes. To make matters worse, food ran out quickly, and when I asked for more, I was told they were out. Overall, this stay fell short of the standards I’ve come to expect from Hyatt.

Was there traveling with my children stayed two nights a\c was broken after getting there. Told me they didn’t have any larger rooms left. Couldn’t refund my money because I booked with HOTELS.COM it stayed anywhere between 77-79 degrees in our room. Took a few pictures after the told me that the air conditioning is spouses to freeze. Was not happy at all

I called ahead talked with the woman and sent a message that I need early Check-in due to a meeting. I got no response. I arrived, she charged me $25 to Check-in early. I had no choice at that point. I asked her if I could just pay the 25 in cash and get that out of the way but she would not give me a receipt. So I said just put it on the card. She gave me a room on the 1st floor the TV was on, lights not working, the bed and furniture were very low and a mess. There were hand rails all over the bathroom. I went back to the front and asked her why she gave me a handicap room. She said that was not a handicap room. And I said the lights are not working in there. She gave me another room. She was rude, cold, unproffesional, unfriendly. Would never stay again. Most hotels always let me Check-in early if they have rooms available.

Check in was super quick and easy. Room was clean and they were quick to provide extra pillows and towels when asked. The lobby smelled good and was overall clean. The pool area was a little rough. All the umbrellas were broken and quite a bit of missing tile and overgrown plants around the property. Bedding was clean and the hotel was quiet. There was no fan in the bathroom so the room got very hot when we were getting showers. I would consider this hotel again.

The establishment is centrally located and minutes away from eateries and shopping. The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are spacious and tidy; however, it is time to check out the plumbing: the toilet pressure and shower drainage is slow. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Staff not very friendly no smiles hello goodbye have a good day...when asking about a closer Hyatt to Kings island she lied & said they were closest but saw one off highway on my way there 10 minutes closer. Breakfast only until 9 property older & run down. I asked at front desk when leaving for the day that my room gets cleaned, returned at nearly midnight to uncleaned room.

We stayed here last weekend. It was in decent shape but upon checkin in we had concerns. A 25 dollar ealry check in fee was a joke and i almost canceled because of this. The hotel is under renovations and they are doing great to update it. The breakst was ok at best the eggs were meh and it was surprising that there was no waffle maker. The pool was subpar with bare min seating enough for maybe 12 people so we just hing put in the hotel room. Its a decent place id your ok staying in a place that has an ok breakfast with an ok pool.

There breakfast potatoes were great, french toast sticks has no syrup, they did have powdered donut whole !!! They also offer ast. Juices and breads. Booked large room for 6 people. What I did was call at noonish to tell front desk I was confirming reservation and that I would be checking in after 8 pm. Desk confirmed I can come as late as I needed to At arrival front desk told me all larger rooms given out and was unable to meet my reservation, Tried to give me a one bed and one couch room. I told him to check again that I had called and promised my room. That I could not accept a one bed and couch room. My 3 children are huge. My 16 year old is 6 ft. 4 in and 290 lbs Told him to just look at the sizes of my boys. After a 10 minute wait while he search the computer he can up with a room finally. Room 522. We opened the couch for the night and found a receipt that had a name on it of a person named Eric. I did not make a big deal of this hoping it was just under the couch. The mattress was horrible. Stained area yellow looking about 2 ft circle. Made me cringe. Yuck! No mattress cover just a single thin sheet. The second night we slept on the couch closed because it was hard to get over the sight of this mattress and the mattress was horrible. Springs and way too thin for anyone’s comfort. The breakfast was great the first morning. The coffee would be nice if available all day and night. Would have loved a cup at the 8pm check in. The 2nd morning we read someplace it was open on Sunday until 1030 am. Everything was gone gone gone. No plates no coffee nothing. Pool was not open yet.

Property was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location and plenty places to eat around. Breakfast was complementary which was appreciated. However it would have been nice if they changed at least one item a day. They served the same thing every day. No safe in the room which would have been nice to have. Small kitchen available which was convenient but could benefit from a microwave.

We have stayed here before, and were very happy then, so we booked again and it has gone downhill so much! I was in my room alone and a man who was not staff knocked on my door and opened the door and came in , when He saw me apologized and left. Staff said they would look into this as it looked like a master key had been taken from the staff. They never got back to us on this! We felt uncomfortable being there after this incident and won't be back!
