Nothing
Door handles were loose, parking lot was broken up , generally in disrepair

Location was good. The room was clean. Did have a small breakfast available-cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles and coffee.
The tub was clogged when we got there. Maintenance did fix it later in the day. The 2nd day, the toilet would not flush.

More variety of food.

Very helpful staff. Put a microwave and refrigerator in my room, to make my stay even better.
APPLES INFESTED WITH FRUIT FLIES, MADE BREAKFAST VERY UNAPPEALING. REAR DOOR DID NOT WORK WITH ACCESS CARD. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING, AS THE REAR DOOR IS CLOSER TO TBE ELEVATORS.

Staff was very helpful. They put a refrigerator and microwave in my room, to make my stay more cost-effective.
Access card did not work with rear door. Apples at breakfast were infested with fruit flies. I stayed away from breakfast after that.

Ms Donna the supervisor was sweet she assisted me while she was present during the week
Seeing the dead mice in the laundry room and by the vending machine, there were cum stains on the chair in our room, the rooms were hard to get into the knows of the door were bad the stay went past 3 days instead it went past 4 days before we got our rooms clean. I had to beg for rags towels and toilet paper everyday the cereal was stale in the breakfast room was out of date so I made a waffle instead. The laundry room has a foul smell from the dead mice it made my daughter sick. I bought 3 rooms the carpet was dirty could walk barefoot

The location nothing at all very outdated . Mold in the room . Bed to small bed sheets where dirty . Overall a cheap motel would have made a better stay than this .

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!!
The sheets were dirty, we had ants in our bathroom, and this was a suite. Pull out bed was gross, food all under neither it. Pillows absolutely sucked, and I'm so glad we had brought an air mattress because i wasn't sleeping on the pull out bed. There were stains all over the couch cushions and chair cushions. Then there was the so-called breakfast, hope you are just looking for cereal and a waffle maker that doesn't cook all the way through your waffles. Last but not least, the Staff was rude, especially the red headed manager. The picture i had posted, ants in the bathroom.

My only complaints are that the elevator was malfunctioning on several different floors. It would not go down from the 6th floor, although it would from the other floors. Several people had trouble with it. It was unexpectedly unpleasant to deal with. On any given floor certain buttons would stop working. The stairs were unclean and downright creepy. All I would ask for is better (at least decently clean) stairs and a properly functioning elevator!!

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, warm indoor pool, friendly staff
On the search engines they stated there was a buffet style breakfast and they only have a very limited items: coffe & ice tea, milk & water, hot & cold cereal & make your waffle machine but no pastries, neither breakfast juices. I don't drink coffe nether milk so, no juices were a very disappointed for me. Having 3 diabetics in our group not have proteins it was a biggie too (no eggs, sausages/bacon)
It would be ok if we knew in advance it was going to be a continental breakfast in advance. We would be ready with supplements.

The location was great and the hotel was huge.
It was old and needed some renovations

I thought the pool location was quite nice.
The beds were small, the toilet ran non stop. Housekeeping didn't bring any towels or washcloths during our stay let alone come in to take the trash or straighten up Even asking for pool towels we were told that they didn't have any clean. We had 8 people total and they had "townhouses" that we didn't know about they weren't advertised at all.

The property itself is awesome. Very beautifully built and for a much bigger service and audience. The atrium area is strikingly great. The pool is built like a resort-style stay. The staff are courteous. They try their best and always smile, thought mostly have to apologize for the absence of stuff.
Honestly has elements that can make it truly great.
But the good things pretty much end there. This place is on a budget and trying to survive.
- Staff: Its been hit hard by COVID. Apparently another chain (higher standards) sold it to Quality Inn chain. All staff were fired. Nowadays the total staff count is 3 (probably 1 more). That's it!! If you're thinking "that's front desk, right?" The answer is "NO". It is housekeeping, front desk, kitchen etc. everything. Can't imagine how people are working under such conditions. Hats off to them.. and they generally manage to smile and answer gracefully. At night, if you needed an extra blanket, the person told us they cannot leave the desk, but if we come down a while later they might be able to give it to us.
- Stocks: Their stocks are so low, they don't even toothpaste (but do have brushes :-D ). Most rooms don't have microwaves and mini fridges. The only microwave is in the "Business Area" beside the front desk. Many of us guests were queuing up to heat stuff. And they don't have kitchen towels to place your food in for warming; or if you spill (I spilt some of my daughter's baby milk). Was advised by the resourceful night staff to take the hand towel from the men's bathroom to wipe it; while she apologized for absence of kitchen towels. The funniest thing was "we have no extra pillows". I thought we would witness hotel history that day. But, thankfully it did not happen. The attendant found an extra pillow to give us. Again apologizing profusely for lack of stuff.
- Breakfast: if you have just one staff member in the morning, can you imagine how they could serve breakfast? Well, they innovate -- make it same as a motel, i.e. not hot stuff like eggs or anything. Just some little cereal boxes, some hot a waffle maker. They call it "Continental breakfast". The attendant is, again, very courteous and active. She is managing the front desk as well as refilling stuff.

Friendly staff clean room
Breakfast was ran out before time was up so when we went down, there was nothing there

Friendly staff, kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Location was good, right off of 71, plenty of restaurants near by.
No refrigerator or microwave in room, not a huge deal, but I brought food store in fridge. Hotel itself was cold, you needed a jacket to walk around the halls. Breakfast was eh... it was cereal, oatmeal, and waffles.

Donna at the front desk was AMAZING! She always had a big smile on her face and truly went out of her way to make my trip wonderful. Thank you, Donna! :)
