Fitted sheet isn't big enough. It pops off when you get into bed. Pockets needs to be deeper.

Check in by Leslie was outstanding. Welcome kit was wonderful & thoughtful surprise . Room conditions: + Great rate for lodging, Staff, New carpeting, paint? Clean presentable bathroom. Overall good appearance. - Ancient TV with limited channels (but works ok) Old used towel left hanging on back of bathroom door. Doors losing finish at edges (aging appearance). No hand soap in bathroom. Breakfast eggs and sausage were bleak, at best. Overall experience Ok.

After reading many good reviews we booked this hotel for an easy access to u of m hospital for an early morning procedure. Upon arrival the hotel had no signage so therefore arriving after dark made it very difficult to locate as the adjacent buildings are out of business and therefore the lighting is very poor. Once inside it had a run down feel but we were just there for overnight. We got our room key, went to the 3rd floor, complete opposite end of the hotel only to find out the room we were given was never cleaned. So back down we went where the very nice gentleman apologized and gave us another room. The pool area no longer has a hot tub as seen in previous pictures it was replaced with a table and chairs and only the knobs on the wall remain. Plants from the pictures were no longer there instead there was a big hole in the wall. The rooms had a rundown feel but were clean. The bed however was like sleeping on piece of wood. It used to be a Hampton Inn and hopefully they are in the process of remodeling instead of just letting it get more rundown. It fit its purpose for us even if we didn’t get a good nights sleep.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful. They let us check out late. The only downside is that breakfast wasn't the greatest, and they didn't refill empty containers.

We have stayed at Larkspur Landing before. Each time the stay has been great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is always clean and orderly. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One night stay enroute to a farther-away vacation destination. The facility was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and there were dining and coffee choices nearby. Will definitely return!

Very good service. Nice staff. Everything is functional, however some places are showing age(hallway carpet is worn/stained). Nice selection for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice stay. Room was clean, beds and pillows very comfy, all staff very friendly. Hot breakfast was good (I've had much worse!), decent selection of foods available. Surrounding area was quiet and I felt safe. The indoor pool was nice but just a bit too chilly for me. Overall, great hotel for the price. Definitely would stay again if in town.

The reservation was made at Hampton Inn North, Ann Arbor, MI. We arrived at an unmarked building, actually, there was an unlighted sign high on the side of the building for Larkspur. My understanding is a recent acquisition. The lobby was OK and the staff was excellent but the common hallways on the third floor presented stained and old carpets. The rooms were OK but a bit outdated. We were not notified of the ownership change. Bottom line. Do renovations then re-open; don't try to do both concurrently.

Very tired facility in dire need or upgrade and bad front desk service. Was promised to be moved to another room while we were out because the heat didn’t work, but it never happened. Bfast was meh. Should have been heaps of caviar for the price they charged on a football weekend. Rip off.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Rooms and common areas a little dated. Breakfast was good. Tv unfortunately has uverse tv so no ESPN channels. Couldn’t watch most football or US Open. No ability to stream my home service.

This former Hampton Inn was clean enough, but somewhat run-down: the carpets were stained, the windows were smeared, the paint and woodworking were chipped, and there were handwritten room numbers on the wall outside each door! The thermostat in my room did not work so it was a chilly 60 degrees the entire stay. And yet they price-gouged for a home football game weekend, charging luxury resort prices even though they’re not that close to the stadium. The staff was friendly enough but not dressed professionally. One nice thing they did was give goody bags to everyone containing bottled water and snacks, but that $5 bag hardly made up for the ridiculous rate.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. I scheduled the wrong dates for my visit and even tho my reservation is non-refundable, they still allowed me to changed the date. We were very happy with our stay. Burt (my dog) and I will be staying again the next time we’re in Ann Arbor.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but considering the fact that I contacted the hotel and didn’t get a response, I will let everyone know that I left the hotel with bed bug bites. I’m assuming they are not checking the bed in the room since they couldn’t be bothered to respond to my message. I’m really hoping they didn’t come home with me.

Overall, it was a fine stay. Parking was available, the area was safe and breakfast was adequate. The rooms, however, were quite dirty. Stains on the bedsheet was common. Also, we requested for our room to be cleaned everyday and they forgot each time. Disappointing in terms of hygiene and housekeeping service.
