The property and room were very nice. Modern looking, clean smell, good amenities. The only thing that prevented us from giving a five star overall is that both comforters had stains under the decorative top cover. We pulled that back and one comforter had several small blood stains, and the other comforter had a big yellow stain. We were surprised by that given the great quality of everything else.

We have stayed here before and will stay there again.

Two of our pillows had blood stains on them.

I was on a road trip and L.A. Quinta is always a perfect over night stop.

The staff was great. Always courteous, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good with various options. Overall happy with the property. Downsides are the walls are a little thin so you can hear everything in the neighbors bedroom. Also the beds were a little old I think. Could feel the springs pretty easily.

Excellent suite.

I liked the location as was near Route 89A. We were happy with everything about our stay.

Came to visit the university and the place is great! Has a free breakfast and has ice and a water bottle filler which I love! Allows dogs which is convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Everything and everyone was nice

Beautiful room configuration! Clean! Friendly staff who called our room after we checked in to make sure all was well with the room. Lovely woodsy grounds. CAT friendly - not just dogs are welcome here:) Yay!

Wonderful hotel, walking distance to restaurants and college. Quiet, comfortable and great breakfast with waffles and eggs. Staff accommodated our requests for a room in a quiet area as I am a light sleeper.

Room was good. Breakfast was a free-for-all and set up in a very unintuitive way (hot sauce by the cereal, as far as you can possibly get from the eggs, etc). I felt bad for the poor guy trying to restock things.

The staff at La Quinta Flagstaff were excellent. When we arrived, the hotel was suffering from internet and tech failure. The staff had everything under control in what could have been a disruptive environment.
The room was very pleasant, well sized and clean. Noise wasn’t too bad, there were some rowdy guests in the pool our room overlooked, but it didn’t go on too long after the pool closed.
The only big issue was at breakfast.
The breakfast area and facilities simply aren’t big enough for the number of rooms / guests that turned up at the same time. Chaos is a mild term to use. Having to stand at a tall table trying to eat scrambled eggs with one hand is not conducive to a relaxing and hearty start to the day.
But that was the only issue I’d highlight about our stay here. The staff held it together admirably when things got tough, so well done to them.

Very nice hotel in Flagstaff. Perfect room for traveling with pets. Would definitely stay here again if ever out this way again.

Hotel is in a great location to visit downtown Flagstaff and NAU. Breakfast was bad. They actually ran out of food 15 minutes before the communicated end time of serving. But I've stopped judging hotels on breakfast because they are all terrible. The room was nicely laid out, efficient, extra seating, comfy beds, hot shower, and quiet! Nice pool too but it was too cold for me. Location is excellent.

The systems were down and check in was late. The toilets were not clean and the beds had a do in them making it not comfortable for two people to sleep. Only 1 elevator.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great pool and patio area!

Clean and safe with lit area at night for walking the dog. In a good location from all activities. Most just a 13 min drive to all the destinations.
Breakfast food options did not consider allergens -dairy and gluten were abundant. I had to get my breakfast elsewhere everyday. Coffee was very good and the orange juice tasted like fresh squeezed.
2.5
Very clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

We had a small senior dog so they put us on the first floor. Whole hall smelled like clorine & when opened door immediately started coughing from the chemical fumes! Awful! Opened window & door to try to clear air. Front desk offered other room but figured all pet rooms would be the same so turned it down. Hour later closed door & went for dinner. When back, again opened door & window & finally better enough to sleep. Beds & pillows on hard side.
Put Do Not Disturb sign on door so maids couldn't use clorine in it again.
Breakfast was good, nice variery: cereals, breads, pancake & waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage links, juice, coffee, tea bags with hot water.
Good wifi so could use for work, visited Northern AZ Museum (great).
Pool (unheated) & hot tub available but didn't use. Left after 2 nites & had to call when I got home as they had double billed me for pet charge. Said my card would be reimbursed. Needless to say, will NEVER stay there again. And those maids could kill someone with the straight clorine for cleaning rooms, but maid's comment when I mentioned backing off the chemicals was, "I just work here." Great...

Comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Standard breakfast but breakfast area was large and able to easily accomodate guests.
Would stay there again.

We arrived checked in found our room very clean. But the tv did not work the a/c did not work when I reported to front desk they told me to pull out the plugs and try again. At 02.30 am I went down the the desk asked again was told would get a refund after several calls to the desk nothing was done till the next day. No record on file about my refund. Staff was not interested in my concerns. Lovely hotel spoiled my staff.

The room was cozy and clean. After a full day of hiking, we wanted to relax in the spa. The jets were not working correctly when we turned them on the jets through water in our faces.

Not a bad hotel, quite area, clean, hotel looks like they keep it up well.
Staff was the problem, housekeeping to be exact. 9:00AM, I am just getting out of shower, wife getting dressed, housekeeping women knocks once and barges into room. Wife yelled at her to get out, checkout is 11:00 AM. Hotel made some excuse that "housekeeping does that sometimes because they think guest have checked out. I asked to speak to manager, of course she was not in. I did receive an email, after specifically asking for manager to call me, making a halfhearted attempt to apologize. This hotel accept pets, we were awaken at 4:30 AM by barking dog next room over.

The room was nice Howe er the ADA bath tub was difficult to get out of and the floor of the bath tub was slippery. Also there were no recycling bins in the room or the lobby.

Are still at the La Quinta in Santa Rosa was by far better your pillows were better your beds were better than the one in Flagstaff. We didn't stay long but it was hard to get to you because they're working on the roads and the parking was middle. Other than that it was okay.

I noticed how very clean this hotel is from the moment I walked in. The staff was very kind and accommodating to my needs. My room was pristine. The pool area was clean and a lovely place to spend the morning after a great breakfast. Catching public transportation was an easy 4 block walk from the hotel that took me through the NAU campus area right to downtown Flagstaff. Great hotel!!
