Very clean, very comfortable! Quiet air conditioner. Comfortable mattress. There was a security issue. The window opened, but it didn't lock.

The lobby and showers need updating. When you first walk in you wonder if you have made a mistake staying here. The room was clean and comfortable but the old shower looked like it needed attention , the lobby furniture was dirty , the tables chipped . The lamps not bright enough to work or read.

I've chosen this hotel several times due to its convenient location and affordability. This time we were in room 318 and the shower head was broken so you could not change the setting, so that was a bit aggravating but otherwise it was fine. This room was also directly across from the elevator and ice maker so we were worried it would be loud but we only heard it when standing right by our door

Okay given price. Checked in on Monday. Room was cleaned on Friday after asking twice. Breakfast was okay. Room smelled musty.

Hotel lobby was super clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a mildewed smell to it as the shower door leaked horribly and there was water everywhere. This hotel is older...ratings were misleading.

Nice area with lots of restaurants around. The hotel was nice and good breakfast. Not very sound proof,I could hear the people upstairs half the night,so best to get top floor room. They have mattress covers on the bed witch is nice.

The pros: location was good. Lots of things nearby. Front desk clerk was very nice. For just an overnight stop on a road trip price was ok. Husband and son said breakfast was decent. The cons: carpet in our room was gross and sticky. I would absolutely avoid walking barefoot. The shower/toilet setup was really inconvenient. Our lock on out door was broken. But the worst thing was the smell in our room. It was literally gag inducing. Musty, stale, and almost a sewer smell. That alone was almost enough to make me want to leave. But we were tired and just needed to sleep a night before heading back on the road.

This hotel had great reviews. However, it was fairly clean, but all of the furniture was very old and in bad condition. The room smelt like mildew. When brought up to the staff, they said the carpet had not been changed since the hotel was built. Probably just got cleaned and was smelly. Offered to let me change rooms, but the other two rooms smelt just as bad. This is just a very old hotel that needs updating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient being just off the interstate. Our view was of a semi truck parking lot, so not the best. Read the details of your booking carefully. Our family of four booked a room with two double beds which I assumed would be queen sized beds but were full sized so a bit tight.

We - family and i, arrived on right date 8-24, only to find out our reservations were canceled because we didn't show up night before? Got our rooms straighten out after hour or so. One room needed to be accessible wasn't. Then the desk clerk checked someone into our room 2nd night whilst we were sleeping. AC unit blew out horrible odor. Will never stay there again

To be fair, the staff was amazing. Everyone was super nice and helpful. However, the smell was horrendous. The lobby has an overwhelming smell of air freshener that makes it hard to breathe, and the rooms smell so bad I contemplated finding another place late in the evening. I can’t really describe the odor but somewhere between mold, sweat and decomposing body. I asked to change rooms and after checking 4 other rooms, we settled on the slight odor of weed. I am not sure how anyone gives this place anything other than a “horrendous” rating. Do yourself a favor and don’t.

I paid for 2 rooms. Mine was ok although my toilet ran all night. I had to use ice bucket to fill the tank with water. The other room i rented for my dil and BABY granddaughter, smelled like mold. We had to open the window and put a box fan in drawing the air out.

Hotel is older and could use some attention in a few places. Overall was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great water pressure in the shower, which was wonderful after a long day. For the price this is a great option.

was just there1 night everything was very good with only one small issue ... the handle on the shower door was not secure..missing the piece that held it secure so if you pulled on it wrong would pull through so had to handle with care..i forgot to report but as nice as everyone was i believe they would have fixed if reported--- great breakfast, easy access, and felt safe
