I like the fact the staff was professional. I like the fact it’s in a convenient location. I like the rates of the rooms.
I did not like the smell of my room. Smelled like a rubber plant. I did not like that they weren’t any utensils to use in the kitchen area. The bathroom was equivalent to the using of a convenience store. The bed moves all over the place. No where to charge your phone if I Dnt have a wall plug. And the dang drink machine was not accepting cards.

Room smelled like weed
Someone was smoking weed in there before we got there

Now are clothes smell like it on the way to the beach

Absolutely nothing.
The room smelt like cigarettes and the environment was not good.

The room was spotless, bathroom spotless. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
When we arrived, the reservations system was not working properly. There were two other parties waiting as well. One couple had a one-year-old baby and had been waiting for over an hour. They were sitting on the sidewalk in front of the building, trying to feed and entertain the baby. The other woman was extremely rude to hotel staff, screaming at them for something over which they could not control. The staff acted professionally and calmly while this tech glitch was happening. When the system was finally working, the staff got everyone in quickly. I was very impressed with the staff and told them that I appreciated the way they handled things.

For the price I was pleased. Very quiet. Peaceful. Enjoyable stay nice view plus smoking rooms
Price to wash laundry. But I understand it cost money to wash clothes if it were free the hotel would be loosing. So I completely understand
I'm just greatful there was a washer and dryer on the premises . Very convenient

No breafast
We had selected double bed option. It was one double bed instead of two beds. No other rooms were available that night or the next night. They stated that housekeeping did not come in over the weekend.

it was ok. I’m glad we only needed one night.
As soon as we walked in, the hallway and front foyer reeked of marijuana. The smell was all through and my daughter was very curious about what the odor was.

The kitchen set up was nice.
It could have been cleaner. There is not any staff on sight at night and they don't staff until 8am or 10am. All in all, the place smelled like smoke or like someone reheated fish in our room. There's a fee for extra towels.

Great location. Easily accessibility to the interstate and lots of choices for any meal. UBER friendly(*food and rides*) You could NOT get in without a keycard. You feel safe knowing that no one could come in unless they have a room with a keycard. You do have WIFI (* but to have any speed or more than 2 devices you HAVE to pay for it.*) They offer use of multiple washer/dryers like a laundry mat.
We had to stay in a small room with a small bed. The people above us walked all night with VERY HEAVY feet! It sounded like a herd of elephants. No ice machine or swimming pool. Little outdated. Limited WIFI & TV channels were limited to basic. Water pressure was really bad! But- in their defense- they did have plumbing issues with burst pipes all on the downstairs floor.

Quiet
They took 15 dollars from me

I like that the location was close to my venue.
The beds are cots! Metal frame with one mattress and the mattress was very uncomfortable plus noisy every time you moved around. The bed felt more like a futon than an actual bed. Also smoking is allowed in some of the rooms I assume because our last night of staying we could smell strong cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. This is not the typical extended stay hotel that I’m used to. Also staff at the front desk is never available nor present which is very uninviting. The blinds stayed pulled down our entire 4 day stay. No ice machines available either which is odd to me. Not much accommodations are made by the hotel for guests.

The last guest that had room 307 didn't keep it clean and some things did not work properly also they did a little damage to the room.

I can honestly say that I loved every bit of being at WoodSpring. The beds were so comfortable that I didn't even want to leave. The refrigerator was the perfect size for me along with the rest of the hotel room.

The one girl working the front office was very nice and patient.
Room was dirty, and a/c cover was off and left on floor, unit unplugged and screws all around. Bed was pushed sideways. Room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a bit. Not the best first impression. Lobby reeked of cigarettes.

Woodsprings are always clean and well maintenance
The bed in 101 was horrible. The bed was unlevel and i could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. I was told that this was the only room available. I have stayed at Woodsprings in many cities and this is the first time I've experienced anything like this
