Great value for the money. Conveniently located, friendly service and hearty complimentary breakfast. Only complaint was housekeeping knocking on the door too early.

Like the location and the stay. The reception allow my family to be next door to each other room The room that I was in only thing was wrong was the tub water will not going out quickly and the toilet handle was loose and need to be tired other than that great.

Property needs updating.

Staff were great. Hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance and TLC. The room did not smell clean. The A/C was obviously in need of a deep clean. The smell in the room was not pleasant. Rusty microwave smelled. rusty shower curtain rod. Water stains and mold in ceiling tiles throughout the hotel. Hotel is in need of an overhaul and deep cleaning. This place is ok for a stay of no more than one night at best. The breakfast was the same old drab cheap sausage and powdered eggs, cereal, bagels , toast and coffee. Ice machine on 1st floor was broken the entire 5 days we were there, exercise treadmill out of order, the exercise bike's handle bars were loose and flopped around while riding. Straight junk. Owner needs to step up and improve the hotel. I'd give the hotel a 2 if not for the Great staff.

Hotel room smelled like sour cigarettes. Felt like I was rolling out of the bed. It was not level.

Older hotel but maintained fairly well. Staff was not so pleasant, but not rude either. Not quit worth the amount paid.

Most of my outlets in the room did not work. There was a terrible smell in the hallway. The jacuzzi did not work. The staff was very friendly and nice

(overall 2.5) staff was ok; hallways has dirty carpet; somethings in the room are old and a bit rusted; treadmill doesn’t work; but the property over all is ok the entrance looks great.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past and it was a good experience so I decided to give it another try. This time, the hotel room I was first placed in had a strong odor of mold. I asked to be moved to another room and the new room also smelled like mold. In both rooms, the shower curtain rods were broken, bath tubs had rust, and there was dirt build up in the bathroom. Staff were friendly but I think this hotel needs some major cleaning especially on the A/C units and bathrooms.

The last time i was here you didnt took a desposit now this time Comfort Inn took a 100.00 desposit from me so its not right i just been here like a week ago and didnt get a 100.00 tooking away so i cant wait 3 to 5 days on my money to return in my account so it need to be put back on immediately thanks Keith Nelson and where did i said or wrote any curse words im being professional

I booked this hotel via Hotels.com for a trip to take my daughters to their school dance. I arrived at 4pm, checked in and located my room. By 4:40pm, after 3 failed attempts to gain access to my room with the keyed and rekeyed cards, the only way I was able to access the room was via the maintenance man who used a master key to let me in. I was able to quickly change in order to not be late for the dance. No items were left in the room, no items were touched or used in the room. Upon my arrival back to the hotel at 8pm, my key still did not work. After 2 more attempts to use the key, the rude front desk attendant followed me to my room in an attempt to gain access. She was unable to gain access to the room. I was told that I would have to wait on the maintenance man to return to the property in order for me to gain access to the room. She also stated that id need to “turn in for the night”…as in stay in my room as there was no way for the door to be unlocked. At that point, I asked for an alternative room and her only suggestion was that she’d need to try another key to which I replied and I asked for a refund. She refused, stating that “the room has already been paid for.” Hotels.com attempted to contact the hotel for a refund on my behalf, to which they refused and stuck by their no refund policy. Ultimately, I paid $125 for a room I could not even access, much less sleep in.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Overall quiet but stayed during the week. Breakfast was good-usual breakfast at these places. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly.

Customer service was very pleasant and hotel looks very inviting.

Everything was fine. Nice breakfast with fruit, eggs and meat.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.

Room wasn’t cleaned prior to check in. Sheets to small mattress showing, rude front desk. Someone else’s dirty razor was left in the bathroom head board full of white spots. Blood old food or something on the floor. Place is extremely old and expired. Toilet leaking. Sink full of mold and dirty door handles has old mildew that turned green. Take a look at the pictures, didn’t feel safe posting during my stay. Bluetooth was nice and loud

Stay was good. Room was located near storage room. The doors slammed most of the weekend stay. Will get 1st floor room again.

Id would never stay at that hotel again. It was HORRIBLE. Everything was dusty, floor was dirty, hair in the sink, rubber bands on the counter, huge stains on the floor....DISGUSTING

Check In was fast and easy. The clerk was very nice and friendly!!

The staff was wonderful!! However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bed linen was also dirty, the remote was sticky. The carpet was also stained. Had to walk around in socks. The shower curtain was even dingy. I must say the towels and washcloths were plentiful and appeared clean, but the shelves they were sitting on were dirty. Would not stay here again.

Roaches all over the place. Drinking lemon water was in vases for days. If someone had drunk the water as you come in, they would have been sick. Depressing stay!

Our room was not vacuumed the entire 3 days that we stayed. No beds were made and the property did not feel clean.

This property need supervision and management urgent. Also need update asap

This place is filthy. The shower head was nasty. The shower rod was broken, and my white blanket had blood on it, and the front desk did absolutely nothing about it

The room was ok. It was clean, but it just smelled wet and damp the whole time like there had been water damage before. Also on Saturday the housekeeping staff left my room door open all day I left before 8am and returned after 10:30pm. I told the staff she said she would make a note and to let the front desk know in the morning which I did but they didn’t really do much just offered me a drink from the snack room Being able to just push my door open was unnerving because I travel alone a lot and as a woman safety is key for. Anyone could have walked in my room or been in my room when I returned it was kind of hard to sleep due to feeling nervous
