I didn’t have a check in because I was told this is NOT a pet friendly hotel. They had it advertised as pet friendly. After traveling for 11 plus hours in the car, I was told they absolutely do not accept pets! I had to find another place, Drury Plaza, which always accepts pets! I did get a total refund, for which I was very grateful!!

I had to change rooms. The first room I entered had an intense odor. The next room was much better, but this is an aging property in need of a rehab. Rooms are dark, and dingy. Decor is very dated.

The hotel rooms need to be redone. The bathrooms need remodeling. The hotel was under construction. Hopefully they will redo the rooms. I would not stay there again.

My stay was fine. Staff were friendly. The location is convenient to rehab facilities that I was visiting. There was no soap in the dispenser and the AC did not cool the room well and the towels were scratchy but otherwise ok. I would probably stay again.

The last time I stayed her in April, I noticed the big wrinkle down the middle of the hall carpet. This time I’m on the first floor, and the hall carpet is the same. It’s hard to see the carpet sticking up due to the pattern. But it sticks up a bit over an inch. Someone is going to trip…and a lawsuit will follow. Carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced 1st and 3rd floors. ASAP

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. But the place needs to be updated. The hallway on the 2nd floor had a musty odor. Our room smelled musty and moldy. I thought the smell was from the air conditioner at first but it wasn’t, it was the room. The bathroom was filthy. We were exhausted from our travels so we didn’t complain. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this Holiday Inn.

I booked a 1 night, 1 room- 2 queen beds for four people, at the Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee - I-10 E on May 3rd. The cost of this room was $499.99 plus taxes and fees = $562.48. When I arrived at check in, I was told the hotel no longer had 2 queen bed rooms available. My only option was 1 king room, everything else was sold out. The room carpet was filthy. It reeked of weed coming through the AC. The bathroom had hair, grim and pink algae in the shower and on the floors. The bathroom had 2 towels. I tried to get more towels and was told the hotel was out and to try again in the morning. I tried again in the morning and again was told the hotel was out. No towels available. In sum, we were not provided the room that we booked and paid for. We had 4 people sleeping on 1 bed and had to share towels! At the cost of this hotel, $500+ a night, and not meeting the very basic accommodations it is unacceptable.

I checked out within 2 hours of checking in. The hotel from the lobby to the rooms were dusty, bathroom grout and caulking were brown from water residue, shower had a sign with instructions to keep the water pressure up and temperature as desired.

Two of the desk attendees were not very nice and one never acknowledged me after stood waiting to check out. Another staff that was attending the breakdown came over to assist with my check-out.

Very good stay, was a little bummed the pool was closed for the season, but they did open it up for us the last night there, which was very nice of them. Breakfast was amazing! They even let us check out a little late for no extra charge. Definitely be there next year for the meet!

Our stay was a fast to for fun, the hotel was very nice as expected , the breakfast was very good. One of our beds had sand in the sheets, the maids must have just remade the bed , no fault of the hotel technically. We did not bring it to the attention of the hotel front desk, hopefully just an over site
