It was a pleasant stay other than the doors slamming to the rooms around us. After the 7th time I think the people finally went to bed. The staff was great. The room was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The furniture seemed pretty new and very clean. The bed could have been comfier but overall we had a great stay. I loved that they were dog friendly and even had a dog park! So cool and unique.

Our overall stay was pretty decent. A few of things that are typically offered as complementary were unavailable like the main coffee machine was broken/out of order and a hand full of other things. The jacuzzi regardless of the time was full of obnoxious individuals so we were unable to get into it. It is upsetting to me that this is not monitored. When we arrived, the front desk gal wasn’t very nice and the front desk was extremely unorganized. When we got to our room, it smelt of strong cleaning odors. We ended up walking to the sports bar in the same parking lot that was recommended and ended up getting food poisoning and I was sick the whole stay. This is a NO smoking hotel but the hallway reeked of smoke of last evening, throughout the night, and until the next morning. The area is not terrible and you are close to many places that are enjoyable but next time I will be doing a little bit more research before jumping on anything. I recommend you do your research as well considering the fact that there a ton of hotels in the area that are pretty similar with pretty similar prices.

Our room was clean and fresh, and had everything we needed except a soap for the shower. It was clean ! and the beds were very comfy. The "patio" was a nice place to relax and enjoy a couple of beautiful days!

Clean, nicely renovated hotel. Dog friendly - they even gave our dog a doggy kit with a couple of bowls and treats plus a new tennis ball. We were less than 10 minutes from everything we did - hikes, downtown Flag, restaurants we wanted to go to. The pool/hot tub were great and there is also a sauna!

Love staying here very clean and staff is great as well as location. Clean, clean ,clean, large frig and coffee.provided.but go up front for they coffee service. My only complaint this time is the bed we had it was so firm is was not comfortable.and the pillows were too. I know I probably could have asked for new softer pillows but I wanted them to know.

The front desk staff couldn't unlock the door to the room I was assigned, so he had to give me another room. In doing so, he stated "we usually charge $80 for an upgrade, but we'll waive that this time". He couldn't open the door to the room I was assigned!!! I later found out that MANY of the locks weren't working on the rooms & the hotel owners were apparently going to be replacing all the locks! My room key card had to be reprogrammed several times. The second night, I came back from Grand Canyon exhausted & discovered that my white sheets had ALOT of some sort of black lint in them. There was what appeared to be animal fur in the bathroom sink. Tbe ironing board cover had NUMEROUS grease stains on it! It looked like someone had used it for a dinner table for their greasy meal!! I notified the front desk staff upon check out & he said he'd let the manager know & someone would call me. It's been a week & no call!! I asked about charges on my bill & he couldn't explain them. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

At 6pm check in we were told our prepaid room was no longer available but we were “upgraded”. Not sure that was accurate. We were glad to have a room. There wasn’t enough padding on my mattress & no choice of pillow firmness. My friend’s bed was ok.

Another wonderful stay, got a handicap room by accident didnt mean to book, but i liked it. And i have to say, i have worked with rehab patients and accommodations in peoples homes and this hotel is the most accessible I've ever been too. They really thought of a lot. Even the coat rack and towel rack are lowered. Bed is lowered. Shower had 2 chairs one with a back and one for someone who might have some torso weakness that has a back. Hand held shower head. Refrigerator lowered. Roku tv extremely comfy bed!

Generally a very good stop in Flagstaff. The only problem was their computer reservation system - they seem unable to get it do things like print a receipt. The place has a nice dog area. No breakfast, but good espresso drink machine. This will now be a regular stop on our regular trips through Flagstaff. The restaurant / bar adjacent seems a little dicey, but the hotel is not directly affected.
