I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn Mansfield many many times over the years when I go to concerts or football games. It is conveniently located, has the best prices in the area, and even has shuttle service available to venues. It’s clean, comfortable, staff is courteous and helpful and parking is free and easy. Highly recommend

Bathroom was really run down, there was rust in the tub and the faucet was leaking. Beds were uncomfortable— but it was a low priced hotel and you get what you pay for 😂

Disappointed that the pool was closed with no advanced warning. Room had a view of the parking lot. Only one elevator and we were on the top floor.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Never been disappointed!

Staff was very helpful, easy check-in, and room was clean.

The hotel was rather rundown. The room doors all had heavy wear. The room bathtub was heavily stained as were the light switches. The lampshade by the bed has remnants of some brown liquid spray. The in room coffee maker the had to be moved to an awkward location to use due to its super short cord. The beds were comfy, but we're a bit smaller than expected.

Needs updating in the bathroom and needs new mattresses..

Ok so walking in the desk was unattended at 4pm. No one in lobby and there was no air circulation it was soo humid. Got our room and my room which in the picture it had a fridge didn’t end up having one. Brought it to the receptionist and he switched us to a room with one. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. The hallways are humid as well and no air ventilation or ac. The walls were sweating. And it was only 85 degrees outside so I can imagine inside. Got in the room and there was a hole in the back of the door of the bathroom. Rust in the tub and the toilet didn’t stop running. The room smelt stale like it was humid. Put the ac on to circulate it. By the time we got back to the room later on and got into bed, my husband and I felt like the bed was wet. It was the bamboo mattress topper. Also it was flat and had no life to it. Soo uncomfortable and hated that the sheets and covers felt wet the whole night. Drove us crazy. Woke up with crazy back pains. Could feel every imperfection of the mattress quality. Ughhhh so not worth the money I paid. Also we tried to use the pool but a woman was sitting on the edge of the pool dunking her two dogs in it. That’s not sanitary and I realize it’s dog friendly but that’s not acceptable.

The property was fine. The room was horrible! The floor was all wet the entire stay and the beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel was very convenient and easy to get to the Xfinity Center. Also close to Gillette Stadium and the Wrenthem Outlets.

It was a wonderful time, and the shuttle service was very helpful!

We were given a first floor accessible room as that was what was available when I booked online. The room was wet, literally. We slid on the floor wet. It was really uncomfortable and we were glad to be spending most of our time out of the room. There was even mild starting on the carpet that we noticed as we were packing up to leave. A cleaning person changed the name on the tip envelope every day but didn’t even make our beds! Honestly I would never stay here again. The only positives were the easy free parking and the very friendly front desk person who checked us in.

Sub par for the $ spent. Shower would not stop running. Bathroom needs update. Murky, cloudy pool. People screaming at 6:30 AM. Very poor experience. When paying $400 I would expect nicer accommodations.

A nice place for a night or two. Nothing special. The pool area is closed.

doors on floor 1 at stairways used to be usable and made life easy , now there are alarmed making main entrance only way in and there is uasually high volumn traffic there making entry diffecult

When we arrived yesterday 3 o’clock the clerk behind the desk didn’t even offer us any complementary waters. We went to the vending machine on two different floors and the machines all were empty no water no soda.. we heard a lot of noise in the rooms while we were sleeping so the night was very restless.. I would not recommend anyone staying there again. I know I’m not.. very disappointing for the money you spent for one night $297 and change and they couldn’t even offer any snacks or breakfast for that matter…. We are not happy.

Stayed here for a concert. Property was close enough to take an Uber back affordably. Hotel was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again if I was going to a concert at Gillette stadium or Xfinity center
