The hotel rooms could use a refresh.

Location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was not worth the price. The room - barely any towels, the bed was not comfortable and did not have a blanket on it, it was really only a sheet on top and it was cold. The bathroom was old and a little dank.

Terrible, would never stay there again!

There was no king and queen bed option like booking shows. The lady at check in was very rude. The room was hot after turning the temperature all the way down. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There was what looked to be vomit in the pool area in several spots, the pool was cold and the music playing was on skip.

Won’t stay there again

That it was close to Gillette stadium

They charged me 2 times and blamed it on the bank. I paid for a full stadium view and I got partial view. Then they charged me 60 because there was a concert going on and it was for vallet parking when I already parked my own car. What a rip off

Nice stay, few things could be improved

Loved the location and staff was very nice.

The pool room was so warm that the water was cold, we didn't end up swimming because of it. We also had no hot water in our room so we could not take showers.

Wonderful stay for husbands 50th

super clean, rooms are modern and comfortable. We stayed in a King Deluxe with view and had a beautiful view of Gillette. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and room overall was impeccably clean. The fragrance they use in the lobby is so clean and smells awesome!

The pillows……just not my style. They are feather and just super soft with no support

A lovely stay in a convenient location. Would stay again though room service option would be nice.

Breakfast was fine. They had several nice options. We ended up just having coffee and muffins though opting to go for an early lunch so that we would not be rushed given the approaching check out hour.

We could not seem to moderate the room temperature enough. While we could turn it down, we could not turn it down enough to make us as comfortable as we would have liked. We all like to sleep with it a little cooler and we couldn't turn down the temperature sufficiently. I would understand that in the summer, but in the winter you'd think they'd be happy not to have us use as much energy to heat the room, but we didn't have sufficient control over the thermostat.

Everything you would need was within walking distance.

The food had a lot to be desired. Chefs are needed to provide delicious and appealing food. I saw leaving the hotel to go elsewhere to eat.

I will keep this property in mind when recommending places to stay in Massachusetts.

Clean and well kept. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect; only about an hour from Boston and Cape Cod which made planning day trips easy.

Convenience and comfort

We stayed for an event at Gillette Stadium. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the stadium and plenty of food and shopping choices in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to pay for parking due the event and there was no complimentary breakfast. I would have liked to see some small perks to offset the cost other than location
