Simple hostel at perfect location for exploring London. We stayed in a private room. Bathroom was too small.
3.4
9 people in the same room and a short bed and one bathroom for everyone is not enough to stand in it without cleaning or changing for 3 days
3.4
Great location just 3 blocks from main street of restaurants and tube.1 block to park.

This place is amazing! Good location, good price and good customer service. I got a private twin room for one month. For the check-in I was assisted by Lionel and Tiffany, who were extremely nice and professional! They are above and beyond.
The hostel offers free Wi-Fi, daily breakfast, room service every day, a communal refrigerator and laundry facilities. It is a clean and a well-maintained hostel. I will definitely stay here every time I visit London. There is simply nothing negative to say about it! Hyde Park, tube/bus stations, grocery stores and good restaurants are nearby. Safe neighbourhood!

Comfortable hallway on the elevation access. Just to share our fully equipped kitchenette next to the dining hall.
Too small bed due to over 6 beds shared room.

It was okay

We were only there for one night but slept well. The beds were comfy and room was clean. It was also quiet!
Good value for money.
The only issue was not being able to get down in the lift from the top floor, one of us has to walk with a stick so it was difficult.

The single room with an ensuite bathroom/shower was perfect for my short business stay. It provided comfort in the perfect location, at a great price! Check-in was fast and easy, the room was easy to access using the lift, it was clean and efficient. There is a small kitchen on the lower level, a café on the ground floor, and a pub next door. There is also a small grocery across the street. I highly recommend it!

I didn’t stay because I felt wasn’t to comfortable for me to stay and I was sharing a room with a male, which am not comfortable with

Excellent position. Within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall, where I was visiting. My room was above the entrance. There were notices that asked guests not to make a loud noise after 10pm & the first 3 nights if my stay, people were talking outside which kept me awake so I mentioned this to reception the next day & it was stopped thereafter.

Rum was ok, but I don't like the bed. It is little bit too short. I also missed the lights over the bed and a lockable key cabinets. Breakfast was ok but there wasn't much choice and there were no vegetables and no ham for the sandwich (corn flakes, porridge or toast with butter, jam or nutella). The hostel is cheap and clean, but it is a good place for a short stay.

Good service and location. The beds were 3 high bunk beds but the first one was on the floor. This was my bed and it was a bit wierd being on the floor.
One of the bottom bunks replaced with the lockers, which would be fine, however whoever installed them was an idiot. 2 of the lockers were placed behind the ladders that go to the above bunks which were bolted and welded in place so they couldn't swing on the hinges that they could have. This resulted in not being able to access 2 of the lockers.

Breakfast was terrible no tea spoons to make your drinks only bread and cereal nothing else
3.4
The location is good. It’s easy to navigate from around that area. I was traveling alone and I felt safe. I felt that this hostel wasn’t as social as others I’ve been to. I did have breakfast one morning at the hostel and I wouldn’t recommend. It’s only toast and cereal with juice.
3.4
Quiet, safe location a short walk from the bus services. Small food shops and restaurants near by. Private bathroom to share with roommates.

It was great

Hostel was very busy. Photos were misleading - room much smaller than I expected, with bottom bunk actually a mattress almost on the floor. No room to sit up in the bed. Only one toilet and shower - in the same room. No additional showers in the building and only one additional female toilet. Notices around said it was ‘quiet time’ after 10pm however this was not enforced, and during my stay there were school/University groups which were still making a noise at 2am! The toilets were difficult to flush, hence some nasty experiences ....

We had a twin room and it did not feel as if we were in a hostel. Every bit as good as the many 2 & 3 star hotels in this area of London We were in London for my daughter who was swimming in an event in the Serpentine so the location was excellent. Good value for the price.
3.4
I guess that for this low price it's ok
3.4
...the room is quite small and a little bit suffocating! Shower area extremely tiny....not really good!
3.4
Tiny room for 6 people. Not enough room to store luggage so people’s bags are all over the floor, meaning the room does not get properly cleaned. No control on radiator to adjust meant room was stifling hot and uncomfortable. Window only opened partially and let in all of the noise from the street, so didn’t help with sleeping anyway.
3.4
I knew who expect with a hostel and this was as advertised. I can slee through anything and am a deep sleeper, but the road noise is deafening. The first couple nights I had good respectful roommates. The next few nights were a nightmare! Snoring, yelling, fighting, a creepy guy in his 50’s above me and two 18 year old German girls that were scared of him. The staff were ok but unhelpful. just be weary of your roommates. Otherwise - ok

nice staff, very good localization

You get what you pay for! Location brilliant!

Good, clean and as expected. Well done ...

Great location. Beds are to short for tall people, but the value for price is as expected.
3.4
It's what you expect for $12-15 a night. Crammed into a tiny room with 8 other people, no room for more than a couple people to get dressed and sort through luggage at a time. No shower curtain, just a tiny half wall so there's always water on the floor after people shower. Noise wasn't bad. Beds weren't completely terrible, but still not very comfortable. Met some really interesting and great people though! Just really needs some improvements and expansions.

Basic room but grim in corners and bathroom looked like an amateur had done it let alone the shower didn't work at all.
3.4
Cheap, good service and clean. Beds are uncomfortable and cramped. Bags laid about everywhere and noisy folk banging and crashing about
3.4
You truly get what you paid for. This place is not much more than a bed to sleep in and a quick shower to freshen up.
In room toilet facilities were a plus, and quite modern (if tiny)
However, I would have liked a safe for passports and money- We were given a wooden locker but needed to supply our own padlock.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful
Overall, not bad.
