Other than the following problem, my stay was perfectly fine: 1. When I arrived at the airport and called for the free shuttle, I had to let the phone ring about 20 times before anyone picked up. Then I asked for the shuttle to pick my up and was told it would arrive shortly. I ended up waiting for nearly 30 minutes, but no shuttle bus. So I called again, but this time after letting the phone ring over 20 times I hung up and took a taxi, which cost $25 (I might have gotten ripped off on the fare, but I wasn't in the mood to argue at that point). When I arrived at the hotel and explained to the person at the front desk, who was apparently the one I spoke to on the phone, she apologized, but I didn't feel she actually cared that much. She did wave my early check-in fee, but that did not compensate for the loss of time, frustration of standing out in the cold at the airport (Minneapolis in December) for 30 futile minutes, or the cost of the taxi. I originally chose this hotel in large part because of the free shuttle. If I knew I'd be paying an extra $25 plus tip for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I would have chosen a different hotel. I should note that the woman in charge of the front desk the following morning was perfectly nice and efficient, as was the shuttle bus driver to the airport on my way back.

Everything was good except for the fact hotel guests have to pay for parking. I am already laying to stay in hotel, I should not have to pay for parking too.

The bar needs some work the bar tender did not know how to make any drinks. We had to leave our reservation early do to a family emergency only stayed one night of our four night stay asked if we could get a refund on the nights we didn’t stay but never heard anything from management and still got charged for all four nights.

Pool area was freezing, making it unenjoyable to let kids stay very long to swim. Pool was not warm enough either. Worried we would all get sick hanging in the pool/ area.

I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. When I check out at 3:45am, the woman behind the desk was great! It wasn’t time for breakfast but she still went and found me what I was looking for to eat. I was treated very well and it was the best room out of the 3 that I stayed in for my trip! Very friendly, helpful and kind! I will definitely stay there again!

We only stayed one night so it was accommodating but the oool was out of service for repairs and they were doing minor maintenance and construction throughout the hotel. Very close to everything

When i got here i wasn't told the pool was closed and they refuse to change or canceled my booking, so i was charged the same price, nor a discount or anything. Next day breakfast wasnt cook right, no signs, very crowded, not space to sit down. Although the lady at the front desk was really nice. Never coming back to this hotel.

We stayed here to relax for a couple days at the end of our vacation. It was perfect. Nice room, good breakfast and convenient location.

The staff were mostly pleasant. I had a hard time (3 hours) getting the shuttle after I returned my rental car, and when I got to the hotel, the "24/7" restaurant was closed, so I got no dinner, just snacks from the front desk. However,I had no problem getting the shuttle back to the airport at 4:00 in the morning.

Parking was not included in the hotel, you had to pay a separate company to park there and then the lot wasn't clean at all. There was trash, french fries, and ketchup that i stepped on to get out of the car.

Shower was terrible. Showerhead on a hose would not stay up. No water pressure. Had a clicking noise in our room entire time. Went down to drinks on Sunday night the desk guy was too busy on a personal call to help. I messaged Hyatt directly Monday and they said the property would get back to me in 72 hours. They have not. Terrible customer service. If this was Hilton the issues would have been addressed immediately.

Everything but parking was great. Assumed QR scan code for parking would mean easy parking registration. Not. Took much longer than putting license number on reg registration. iPhone form not simple at all. Hotel already has all info. Why should a customer have to enter it again and get authorization code from desk to park?!?! And “$10 parking fee” also has tax and $1“service charge” added. Not a lot of money but ridiculous specifics of charge and process. This system needs further evaluation and updating.

When I made my reservation, I check to make sure there was a shuttle as I would be arriving very late and didn't want to pay for a rental car just to sit while I slept. Well, it wasn't until I received an email that the shuttle stopped running at 11p. 2 miles from the airport, I was tempted to walk but took a taxi to the tune of $27. The front desk person did not smile, make eye contact and seemed annoyed that I was checking in so late.

Great stay! The hotel is close to the airport and highway access. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all amenities needed. Parking was easy, plentiful and well lit. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful, especially Jenny and Yolanda. Breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I was ticked that parking was not included in my room fee. I’ve never had that happen before The desk guy seemed to take forever getting me checked in And then worst of all there was a creepy guy in the hallway right outside my door right as I walked in the first time absolutely no reason for him to be there at the end of the hall next to the stairwell I had to barricade my door all night

Checking in was a disaster. They tried to charge us $325 when everything had already been booked and paid for. Then after fixing that told us it was a “routing issue” on their end. We check out, and get a random charge for a very random amount that I have no idea where it could’ve come from. Trying to get into contact with anyone to resolve this has been incredibly frustrating and difficult and I still don’t have any actual clear answers. We just got told over the phone “we will fix it now” and have heard nothing back.

Shuttle was great. Check in went smoothly. TV didn’t stay on. Very upset that we received 3 computer wake up calls at 3:30 am but never asked for a call. Breakfast was okay.

Gave us a broken sofa bed and when we asked to switch rooms they said it was packed and offered a 50 dollar refund per night. Did not honor their refund offer even after we got expedia involved. So if you want to sleep in broken uncomfortable accommodations this is the place for you
