I stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and courteous employees. Breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable. Quiet environment and very comvwniwnt location im a safe area in Bogota. Will recommend this hotel with 4.5 starts The only problem i saw was theee is not driveway to park when a car is going to drop you off or pick up people or luggage. Cars have to park on a busy road 94th.But i understand if you have your own car there is a parking with entrance on the side road.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and I will return next year. The rooms are nice, the staff is excellent, the location is good and the restaurant is good, too. My only issue is the internet signal in the suites tower is not good. The internet in the other tower is ok

It was a good place to stay for the price, but my shower had white mold and some parts of the bedroom looked uncleaned. The minibar didn’t even explained the prices. But the place was a cheap stay close to everything.

Very good location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several delicious options for breakfast. The only negative was the ceiling in the bar area was leaking our last morning so there were several buckets on the floor but this is not something the staff could control. Would stay at this location again!

Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive. The location felt safe, the room was clean, and the shower was enjoyable. However, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work, and the windows were difficult to open and close. Additionally, although the hotel advertised spa services, it was challenging to arrange as they used a third-party company that didn't respond in time for our departure.

The room I had was in bad shape. Both windows were broken and it was very noisy outside. I asked for a top floor they put me on 3 (out of 7 plus floors) but that wasn't really the issue. I asked them to fix atleast the bathroom window which wouldn't close/lock firmly. They said they were going to fix it but didn't during my three night stay there. There were no slippers hair dryer or iron as advertised on hotels.com. I had to ask for all these things, and they did provide the iron and hairdryer (I did not ask for the slippers). The breakfast was the best part and their coffee and the location is good (it's a more upscale neighborhood with tons of excellent quality restaurants). The worst was that for two days and two nights they had no working wifi. As a foreigner I relied on wifi to connect to my colleagues and family. The reception on day 2 said they were working on it, but suggested we go to their other branch (not close) to use that branch's wifi (ie there appeared to be a lack of urgency to fix it or understanding of its importance for a 4-star NH hotel). I cancelled a future stay there later in my trip and found a lower priced (by over 20 USD), better quality hotel minutes' walk away. Also, the food in their restaurant for dinner was good, but you can find much cheaper and better quality food minutes from the hotel. that said, my colleague who stayed there last year was given a junior suite (at the same rate I paid) and had a better experience.So it may be inconsistent.

First of all, it must be clarified that the country has a cold or temperate climate does not mean that the rooms should not have air conditioning, even more so when it is a city with high levels of smoke and pollution, Second, if you have to open the windows to ventilate and have a better temperature, the hotel cannot be located in an area of high traffic or parties or night activity until almost 5am Every day. It really was a terrible experience this hotel and location, We have used NH for many years and it is the worst experience of all NH and other hotel chains.

They air conditioning was broken. They don’t let you know before you get there sonyou can check other options. They you pay full price for something you don’t receive. The curtains had a lot of dust. The toilet was clogged.

Super well located hotel, comfortable bed, no AC, need some serious cosmetics, sofa with multiple stains, closet doors dirty, hair on the floor, TV not working properly. Staff was great, bathroom was good. Very different experience from NH WTC.
