Malgré tout, j’ai apprécié une chambre spacieuse et un lit très confortable.

Un hôtel dans la banlieue, rien autour, environnement assez glauque. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit grand et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était convenable avec possibilité de commander ses œufs comme on le désire.

La douche, sans pression et avec pommeau fixe. Le café et les jus de fruit au petit déjeuner. Pas de restaurant, juste un snack avec menu très limité. Inflexibilité de l’hôtel pour late checkout!

The morning clerk, Miss Kerry was great and her morning supervisor was very attentive.

Our first night we were transferred three times to three different rooms. And the last room had the sound of water running down the wall all night, and when I informed the evening clerk, he act as if it was common, and he also brought along security had no suggestions for the problem at all matter fact, I didn’t even think he registered with the morning manager.

Superb

Everything was wonderful and we were well taken care of during our stay. Facilities were working well and breakfast was nice every morning

The only thing that went wrong is that our check in was delayed. We we arrived to be checked in at 4pm. We did not get inside the room until 4:45pm

Would appreciate management following up on this issue

Nice spacious room

We had a loud noise in our room the whole week that we spent there which was very annoying as we were there for work and it was difficult to sleep. We reported the pounding noise to the front desk each morning along with a video of the noise (we stayed 7 days) and were told each morning that maintenance would take a look and repair but after 7 days approaching checkout it was still happening with no concern for resolving our issue. Very disappointed!

ok but not value for money considering bathrooms out of date and pool unavailable for the guests.

The staff were amazing and were responsive and offered to cancel our booking with no charge upon discovering there ws no pool use. The staff throughout the whole hotel were responsive and efficient. The room was good size and separated nicely for different sleep schedules.

Pool was not open and nowhere on booking site does it say to be informed pool was closed since December 2022. The hotel staff did say it was on embassy website and the room was a good size but bathroom was outdated and small did not match the front of the hotel or suite itself.

It is an older hotel for sure, but it was clean and comfy, the breakfast & happy hour were lovely.

I was sooooo appreciative of the front desk staff when we arrived. We arrived under a stressful situation and the manager at the front desk was soo good to us and instantly made me relax. Her kindness and hospitality was just what I needed!

We had two people staying in the room and were only given 3 towels for our entire stay! and one small shampoo and conditioner. I could have called to ask for more but with our busy schedule it was more of an inconvenience

Poor

The pool was not working. We were told when we checked in. The elevator floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The first room had standing water in the tub. The person at the front desk did give us a new room, as he stated that there was no maintenance on the property for the night. The next morning during checkout, we saw a staff member escorting the police to a room. This is something we are not used to when staying at a Hilton property. The staff was very nice. However, we cancelled our 2nd night of stay as this property was unacceptable.

My stay was disappointing.

The breakfast was good, but there were no waffle machines and the pancakes were dry.

The pool wasn't working and the jacuzzi was covered in cement. When booking this hotel , there was no notification of these facilities not being available.

wasn’t informed of the $50 incidental fee so was complicating when checking in since I travel with cash only.
