Ok for 1 night. centrally located.
Very dissapointed in paying almost double price for breakfast through Hotels.com. Breakfast for the price payed through hotels.com is dissapointing, it was indeed a small selection not up to price level.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great!
The conditions of the hotel upstairs are old and run down. The room could have been cleaned better. Generally a nice place

Good for one night, location is great.

The hotel is lacking for a 3 star hotel. The room I was given was in need of some major work. AC didn’t work at all nor the vent/fan to circulate air. Good thing was that it wasn’t hot outside and left the windows open all night. Only one light was working in the bathroom. Other lightbulbs were out in the room. The bathtub/shower didn’t drain water well at all so I had a foot bath while showering. Last, the breakfast buffet was one of the worst I’ve ever had and paid 26€ for honestly leftover food and sugary laced apple and/or orange juice. Pictures from other booking websites are misleading. Best to get breakfast elsewhere. Besides all the negatives, bed was good and sleep was just fine with windows open. If just needing a quick and close place to downtown to stay in Reims, for a fairly cheap price, it will work.

This was a big disappointment. The room we were supposed to have was given to someone else, so we were given a tiny room with slanted walls on the top floor (I thought of the Little Princess being banished to the attic). Breakfast was extra (12 euros pp) for just a so-so spread. One of the cleaning ladies took a champagne glass I had gotten from a tour (luckily they found it). Keep looking.

Excellent location, walking distance from the touristic destinations. Great service from staff.

The location of the hotel is awesome. right in the inner city of reims.
My rooms didn't look like the rooms on the pictures. My rooms were pretty small. The furniture was not as nice as the furniture in the pictures.
The staff was very friendly.

Good clean hotel, excellent location. However, comes across very basic. Good beds poor shower.

Very friendly staff. Good location in the city center. Cosy bar in the hotel where you can eat breakfast in the morning as well. Airconditioning in the room.

The hotel has a 3 star rating, but I don't see how. It is a basic family owned franchise hotel. When we first arrived the toilet smelled of urine. We were not sure of the cleaning, especially given the COVID situation. We told the staff in the morning that no service was required, but the room was entered, beds made, etc. At least the toilet was cleaned and no longer smelled.
The room had an odor of cigarettes, even though the room is non-smoking, as if someone before had attempted to smoke out of the window.
The side of the hotel that faces the street with the restaurant might be problematic for some as it stays open late, as most pub type places do, and the patrons sitting outside become increasingly louder as the drinks flow, continuing past closing, and potentially past midnight.
The staff was helpful, and the younger staff spoke French and English, while the older staff member seemed to have difficulties with both.
Parking is on the street (pay until 19:00, free until 09:00 the next morning, free on Sunday, or at a city garage a couple of blocks away.
All in all, it's OK, if you only going to be there to sleep, but the not worth the cost. If you are concerned about COVID, suggest a larger facility that is more likely to adhere to the suggested guidelines.

Good clean hotel at a reasonable price, nice Restaurant opposite. staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

I chose this hotel primarily because of location not far from train station and reasonable price with included breakfast. First, the young college age staff were all very friendly, helpful, and could speak excellent English. Our room was a little small but comfortable and clean. The breakfasts offered good variety and were tasty. There are many good restaurants nearby. It was nice that we could have a glass of champagne served to us from their small bar area and enjoy it as a nightcap. This hotel is a good option for a few nights in Reims and we would return in future.

Great location, walking distance to Cathedral and historic center. Pleasant service, good breakfast, good value. A very solid 3 star hotel.

The pictures and the reality of the room I got different quite a lot. It’s often, solo travelers get small rooms in a Europe, however this one was small, the shower was no space to move arms, the linen were overused and stained, the overall perception of the room did not may pictures, previous reviews and price paid with enough anticipation.

The hotel was in a great location, clean, and comfortable!

Very comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. No frills and perhaps a little basic in places but we had everything we needed and had a very pleasant stay in the heart of Reims.

Late breakfast
No hotel parking but lots of parking available on street closeby

Everything was really good except for the beds. They were hard and the springs were sticking out of the mattress. My sister and I woke up feeling winded due to the soreness on our ribs and back. I have to go to the osteopath now to fix my back. My sister and I are not prone to back/rib problems. The hotel is in a great spot and the staff are friendly.

Great value for money, simple place great location, a bit dated but clean. Recommended for staying overnight while on a road trip as was my case.

We were placed in the worse possible room I think. The room door was damaged around the door handle/lock as though someone had broken in. The showers were poor. The rooms stank of cigarette smoke. Defiantly not representative of images on website.

We received a warm welcome. The room was clean and well equipped. The buffet style breakfast was very good. The location was perfect .. only a short walk to the centre.

I was very disappointed as I came from Colmar hotel which is 3 stars too. It’s like night and day. I was given a dark and musty room and ask for a change. The room is better. Lots of creaking as people go on the stairs. Chip in bath tub, sink area need restoration. No kettle as I did have in Colmar with all the amenities and even expresso machine and sumptuous breakfast included.

Lovely hotel well situated. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Nice place walking distance from train station, the Cathedral and the Soccer stadium

During our stay my friend suffered a fall at the tram stop near the cathedral. His condition deteriorated at the hotel. The front desk staff were very quick to assist with calling an ambulance, translation for the ambulance officers and getting the patient to hospital. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place. We only stayed one night-staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Fairly basic hotel but really helpful staff and great location. Perfect for a couple of days

Squeezy stairs could hear them while sleeping! Old building and old furniture. Not worth the price nor the 3 stars
3.0
Good value and good city to stay in. Clean rooms and good staff. Kind of small rooms.
4.0
This is a good value for the money for the most part. Accommodations are basic, but clean. Floors are not carpeted so you can hear people walking around in the rooms above you but I did not find this to be a problem. All was quiet at night.
Breakfast would have been more than adequate had it been included in my room rate but I found it a bit overpriced for the 12 euros I was charged.
