The place was clean and artistic. Breakfast was good. Location is super, 10 minute walk to old town and $15 quick cab ride to train station. I really appreciated the service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The young guy at the desk (long hair in ponytail) was very helpful to this traveler. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful.

Very good, but lacking the options on different types of food.

Great place. Clean and spacious

Super hotel, great customer service especially the reception. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice to eat. Verona only 10 minutes walk away over the bridge. Would highly recommend this hotel

Accommodation was fine although a little noisey due to the main road.

The only problem was that the air conditioners did not work, since the administration does not allow them to be turned on depending on the season, but the temperature was 79 degrees, the first night we did not sleep at all even opening the windows, since between the heat and the The noise from the cars was unbearable, and on the second night after contacting Expedia the hotel turned on the air. Otherwise the service was very good.

10 minute walk into the old town. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good.

Lovely hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. We were given lots of top tips of where to visit in our short time in Verona which proved invaluable in making the most of our time there. Our family room was exceptional, spacious and modern. Good location, around 10-15 mins to Duomo. Would stay here again and can thoroughly recommend.

THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK, THE BAR, BREAKFAST AND HOUSEKEEPING WAS EXCELLENT

My room is very clean. The cleaning lady and the hotel staff made me feel welcome. It has a good location and easy to walk into Verona town centre. From the airport, you can take airport bus to train station and change to bus 103 for 10 mins, easy to find hotel location. The only flaw is the sauna needs to be paid to be used for one hour. It is not mentioned at the time of booking. If Hotels.com can include this supplement fee information, it will help other hotel guests. I chose this hotel over the other hotel because of sauna. As it costs extra, I was disappointed that I didn’t get to try it.

Not a very good area but close to beautiful lake and downtown Verona. Nice and clean ! Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast!!

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room was fairly spacious and air conditioning worked wel. Friendly and helpful staff. My only real criticism was the TV in our room, which was unable to receive BBC World News. A helpful member of staff was unable to rectify this, but he did manage to tune in CNN News. This must have been a localised problem, because BBC World News was available on the TV in reception. The staff were happy to let us catch up with the news there. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very comfortable hotel, a short walk from the city centre. friendly staff, good-sized room, amazing water pressure in the shower!

We had a great stay! The front desk staff was amazing and helpfull (especially Alice, such a great help)! The hotel has a great location and it's walking distance to the old town. The room had all we needed, the beds was a bit uncomfortable (hard) for us but I guess it's what the italians prefer :)
2.5
Friendly hotel, decent standard and handy location. Bed was firm but OK. Corridor noise a slight problem because doors were noisy and sound proofing less than idea, but no street noise at night. Great aircon. Breakfast more than adquate. 15 minute stroll to the old town - very easy.

Really nice hotel within short walking distance of the city center. The room had good facilities and we enjoyed spending some time in the jacuzzi.

Lovely hotel close to all the main attractions. Not noisy although on a main road. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Room smallish but very clean and airr con very efficient.

Short walk to the historic centre and parking is available. Very good dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful lobby, small rooms but expected in Italy however the walls were incredibly thin and you could hear the people next door or down the hall.

Nice hotel near the city centre. Good facilities and professional staff.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was not good. The food was mediocre and overpriced.

The hotel is located in an area across the river from the main center of the city and it is easy to access the center on foot after crossing a bridge over the river. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking in the hotel was also convenient and we left the car for a few hours after checking out while touring wonderful Verona on foot, which was also convenient.

I did have a few small niggles and comments that probably shouldn’t effect the overall score; the beds are quite firm, which I prefer but might not suit some, the wifi isn’t great which is frustration when you’re using roaming, and the rooms are small - although this is typical of entry level European hotels.
Overall a good stay with great staff, I would recommend to others.

Good stay. Lovely receptionist, very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the extremely uncomfortable bed! Not a great night sleep. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel staff were very welcoming upon arrival and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. First impressions were very positive.
It was a shame about the evening member of staff, who was the total opposite. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was very arrogant and rude. I was so disappointed to see him working the very next morning when we came down for breakfast! Due to him, although breakfast was included in the costs, I did not have any the following day as he made us feel so uncomfortable and we decided we would eat out for the remainder of our stay.
On a positive, the food on our first evening was very good, but as we did not eat here again, can only comment on our first evening.
The hotel was very clean and all the other members of staff that we met were great.

Very helpful staff and a lovely quaintness about the place. Its only a 10 minute walk to the centre of old Verona and the secure parking in the hotel garage was a bonus. My 10 year old was a big fan of the buffet breakfast (Its how he rates hotels!) So, thumbs up from the entire family ☺
