perfect location , so clean and stylish đź‘Ś hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very quick check in and shown to our room. Good room, bed firm but two singles pushed together and they kept moving apart during the night.
Good location, easy to find.
Great choice at breakfast.
Shortage of sockets.

We had just one day in Verona, so it was great to be close to everyone we wanted to see, plus lots of eating options. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Fantastic location and lovely staff

Very random breakfast but otherwise good value for money
2.0
Nice basic hotel with basic breakfast which is functional.
Disappointed that the room had no window so felt dim and dark. The balcony was in the corner with the walk in wardrobe but didn’t really have a view so had no real purpose.
Staff helpful and hotel in fantastic location
5.0
Very close to the arena, which was why I booked it knowing we would be leaving the show late at night.
Everything was great!
5.0
Near to all touristic places and state of hote becomes more and more older and used.

It is a quiet and clean hotel located in the city. The staff are all kind and friendly, and I had a comfortable stay.

Excellent location. Can improve areas maintenance.

The location of the apartment was very good. All monuments we could reach by walking., the apartment it self let as down.Smell of the dump!
We travel all day and use the apartment for sleep. The humidifier was asked by hotel staff to be left all the time turned on. We have not realise till we back home, our clothes were all soaked in that horrible smell.
Furthermore, there ware no detail instruction of how to programme the jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi kept switching on during the night and the green light in the basement was not able to turned off.

Well located, close to antica Verona. Many restaurant are a few steps away.

Valentina and the team accomodated us professionally after a flight delay, by answering our emails and keeping us informed.
We booked the apartment a short walk from the hotel... don't be worried when they drop you off by bus, the one-way system is longer than the walk !
Air-con, balcony and close to all amenities like supermarkets -Pan, Aldi, Spar.
Would happily re-book for our next Verona Opera season.
Also, pay the taxes in advance, it save them and you time, when checking out.
And Verona airport security is strict (and therefore slow), so allow 1 hour just for that.... on your return.

Very small room but fantastic location just a few steps from Verona arena. Staff were very helpful.

Great location , good breakfast

Brilliant location 2 minutes walk to the Arena and all main Verona sights. Staff helpful and lovely hotel perfect for a short stay. Rooms at from face main road so some noise and late into night but fine for short stay.

Beautiful riverside location very close to everything in the Citta Antica

The location of the hotel is excellent. All the biggest attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel. The room was cute and clean, except the sewer in the bathroom started to smell after few nights. The hotel was quiet and the air condition worked very well. The breakfast was good.

Great central locatiion!
2.5
The lobby looks very modern and clean but the room was sadly not, you could tell they’d cover the smell a bit (smokey smell) and it was dusty and overall didn’t feel very clean. The location was amazing though and you can park very nearby (paid of course). We only stayed one night so it definitely filled the purpose of having somewhere to sleep for the night. Big selection for breakfast, which was great! Friendly staff who informed us what to see when we came which was nice.

Awesome hotel for budget travelers steps away from Verona arena. The rooms was spacious, breakfast was adequate, easy to find parking in garages nearby if you have a car, central location, countless dining options. I was very pleased with our stay.
4.0
The apartment was nice and well equipped. However, it is a separate building, not in the location of Hotel Mastino. The hotel ist quite close to the Arena, the apartment building is nearby the river. It is not that far, but still a different area. There is a shuttle service provided (driving through very narrow streets) for check-in and check-out, because these need to be done at the Hotel. This is a bit of an inconvinience.

We stayed 3 nights and were comfortable and safe.
Basic no frills place with excellent location.

We were there for one night! Everything went well
1.5
Excellent Location, near Arena. Rates are very affordable and breakfast was amazing. I booked the economy room because I was only staying 2 nights and it was a mistake, Im not sure if other rooms are better but this one had uncomfortable bed and pillows but the noise was the worst. My room was on the street side above the mcdonalds. People are working and hanging out outside unil 3am or so, it was very loud (not the hotel's fault). This is still a great low budget option for travelers, I would at least ask for a room not on the street side and maybe upgrade the room.

The bedsheets were very crispy and noisy ! The air com wasn’t working properly .

It has great location to main city attractions but consider it is historic and old place so it is old place but it was clean
The breakfast was really good and comlete

The services on the hotel -
The room very small
1.5
Nice hotel staff and breakfast
The reason I am giving 3 star review is an outside noise all night long. Could not get sleep. There is a restaurant down stairs, cars coming to load and unload starting at 5 am.
I specifically asked for quiet room when I checked in. It would be nice to know it was not a quiet room I would have bought an ear plugs
4.0
Great location for walking around the city with awesome staff who were most accommodating. The first room faced the street and was very noisy. Unseasonably warm and too early in the season for AC. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms which allowed us to keep the window open.
2.5
Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean, perfect location, lovely breakfast, good amenities. Only slight issue was after getting a shower you could smell the drains which was a little unpleasant
