The room was stiflingly hot even with the fan on full. I wish I’d checked whether the rooms were air conditioned. The receptionist was great-friendly, helpful, pragmatic. The breakfast was good but there was some horrible drilling going on in the adjacent room which challenged the peace of the breakfast meeting I had been waiting on with an old friend. The management could have paused this work until breakfast was over

The pool has very long hours (7AM to 10PM) which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early and as promised. Very good value for money.

Parking was challenging.when hotel is full may have to pay 15 euros a night or up to 500 meters away. Bar/ restaurant nice. Pool area fair.

Booked this hotel last min while away working, I arrived late, had a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. Any staff I engaged with were keen to help.

Long check in, not the lady’s fault, she was very nice. So many people waiting. The bar is almost unattended always, again very lovely friendly lady. But she was covering the bar and restaurant. Restaurant, far to expensive and no choices. Buffet only. Breakfast so expensive for so little. Check out was with another friendly lady, but people just fed up with queuing and just left key cards and left. Not enough staff here at all. Big problems. But the staff there was running around everywhere. I wanted to complain but didn’t have the heart while watching them work so hard to keep everyone happy. Shame on you management and owners. Find another hotel people. Keith

The hotel looks like one which need an overhaul. The rooms are okay but there is NO air condition and with 38° It is unbearable to sleep. The food is served in the bar area the restaurant is closed and only one waiter is handling the service and he had more than enough to do and had to as the guest if it was okay for him to take a two minuet break in the evening. Food no the menu card was limited. In the pool area several boxes in the locker room was out of service. The bridge in the pool area was closed for repair the spa was not working.

Good hotel for the money, especially considering the nice breakfast spread. The rooms were clean and functional, but I would have liked a few more amenities. For example, there were only 2 small bottles of water in the room, and no other source of water in the hotel after hours. A mini-bar would have been nice. Overall, a good experience.

Easy access to the Hotel. Nice quick check-in. Evening restaurant prepared us a very tasty dinner. Rich and varied breakfast. Very nice and quick checkout. The fitness and wellness areas we did not use, as we arrived at 2000 and drove on at 1000 next day. If we will be in need of a hotel in this area again, we sertenly will book this hotel again.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, during our stay the swimming pool facilities were closed due to coronavirus pandemic but we checked the pool and looks really impressing like a little lagoon. Great choice around Magdeburg area!

Friendly staff, only stayed for two nights and didn’t get to experience the entire hotel experience. It definitely had so much more to offer. Located about 8 minutes from the city center.

St warm days this hotel rooms are very hot. No air conditioning. Besides that, a great room. Big and spacey. Location is 5 km from the city center. An idea: place families with kids on one wing and couples without kids in another. Not that fun to hear baby cry at 5 am and until the restaurant open 😊

Nice business hotel but unless you have a car it is too far from the downtown area (walk to nearby tam was about 6-7 min). There is no AC so rooms facing west have no chance for cooling in the summer until late at night with the windows open. There was an outside party with live band at the nearby apt complex the night we were. (bring earplugs). Terrific breakfast buffet.

I use a hotel for two purposes 1 to sleep - this did not happen due to some other guests (I was later told that it was some concert party) deciding to hold a party in an adjacent room. After 3 calls to reception it eventually stopped at about 02:30 am2 eat - after eventually getting my meal after waiting about 40/45 mins it arrived cold, tasteless in a metal skillet that was that cold the herb butter did not even melt ! I couldnt eat it so it was left I did not even get an apology from the waitress.On checking out and complaining to the reception the cost of the meal was removed but no deduction was given relating to the accommodation as this was pre paid !

Enjoyed our stay in Magdeburg, really peaceful hotel, bit remote but well equipped. The pool looks a bit bigger on the pictures than in reality, but overall pleasing accommodation.

Staff was very attentive and very helpful. Hotel very nice, clean and bright. Location is not great, but perfect for travellers like me, who needed one night stay. The only thing I found in some European hotels (and in this as well) is additional for parking the car. I think that if you are a guest in a hotel the parking should be included.

The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly. The hotel is in light industrial area some distance from the town centre but relatively well serviced with transport diverse links. The two waitresses serving in the hotel restaurant were exceptionally good with a professional yet personal and friendly service. International guests would no doubt dislike the German-style pillows on the beds but these are unfortunately commonplace in many German hotels. Such pillows are more like tiny bed quilts completely lacking in neck support and unfortunately very good at accumulating unwanted heat on a hot summer night. Some Germans and indeed some hotels in more cosmopolitan cities are slowly discovering the benefits of more modern and comfortable pillows.

Hotel is around 5km away from the City Centre. Nice and clean hotel. The food was typical for Germany and good quality.

The staff was incredibly helpful in giving me directions to the tram for the downtown. Everyday they had fresh cookies and everyone spoke English. Definitely would recommend this place.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The service is good. The only problem is that it's located about 5 kilometers from the city center. If you have a rental car like we did, you'll have no problems though. If you have a rental car parking is free around the hotel, but they also offer a garage for about 7 Euros a night.
