I recently stayed at this hotel on my way back from Wisconsin. I was looking for an affordable option close to the airport. I did get what I paid for. Pros: *The staff was VERY kind, respectful, and helpful. *GREAT price *10-15 minute drive to MSP airport *The room that features one bed is very cute with a reading nook *Plenty of parking and it seemed to be located in a safer part of town *Expectations were set for the breakfast - it's yogurts, waffles, and cereal. Not a buffet. Which was ok. I knew what I was getting into. Cons: *The walls are paper thin - if you eat pretzels, your next-door neighbor will hear you crunch. I listened to my next-door neighbors comparing Honda and Hyundai cars until 2:30 in the morning. They finally decided Honda was better, for what it's worth. *Being so close to the airport, flights are loud until 11:30, so don't expect to go to bed until then. *Seating for breakfast was limited and the restroom on the ground floor was closed. *Pillows are comfy Overall, a great value but the hotel needs a little TLC. You can see the nicks, dings, and wear marks inside the room and elevator. That said, I'd stay here again if I ever have to travel through MSP.

For starters they put a hold on my card twice for the amount of the room. Then the "non-smoking" hotel smells of cigarettes and had burn marks throughout. My toilet would start running anout every 30 minutes. The fruit for breakfast was all old. When I locked my keys in my room the person behind the counter didnt even ask for ID when getting me a replacement. All in all a serious disappointment.

Bedroom smells molded, TV isn’t working and waiting too long for fixing, keys to the room isn’t working and have to activate almost every night. Fire alarm going may do to people smoking. Hallway smells smoke weed may due people smoking.

They would not clean the room regularly, cleaned it once. Towels would not be changed daily, the room smelled like mold. We would request room service, room service was never done. Worst hotel ever

Clean and easy stay. We stayed for 3 nights for the Vikings training camp and it’s extremely close to the facility. The location of the hotel is in more of corporate area so it was extremely safe. This was a great place for an affordable stay. They had a small breakfast every morning and the beds were comfy too!

Staff was friendly & welcoming. The location/atmosphere felt safe. Rooms were decent but make sure you make sure your room door is properly latched/closed. The breakfast was enough to get you going & i liked that they kept fresh coffee all day! I also loved that you had to have YOUR key in order to go in/out of the secure building! Dining & shopping areas are less than ten minutes away. We came to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers (on Harriet Island at the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival) in St. Paul & had to travel from Eagan which took no time at all! We would recommend this place & plan on returning to get a suite next time! We had a blast in Minnesota & we cannot wait on our next trip! ***THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS GETTING AN EXTERMINATOR FOR THE BEE'S SWARMING AT THE OUTSIDE ENTRANCES***

We did not stay at this hotel because it was nasty, disgusting, stinky, loud, moldy, people smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the hotel. My daughter is ill and cannot be around this, so we checked out immediately after calling merchant for what to do, due to circumstances of this hotel. They said they would work on the refund which shouldnt be a problem but would need to allow up to72hrs. So I didnt feel it was going to be a problem as the person from the merchant I was talking to told me to check out immediately, so that is what we did and found another hotel. I didnt even feel I could take my shoes off it was that bad. Still charged us for 2 nights. So we ended up paying for 4 nights as we had to get a different hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel or count on merchant to make it right. They will take you over too. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

The fitness room could've had more equipment for people to use. Having the washer and the dryer in the same room wasn't the greatest, because it was very distracting. I had to get an air freshener for my room because it had a musty smell.
