There was no breakfast for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Location for what we wanted to do was great. The price was reasonable also.
We tried to take the kids swimming and the pool was quit cold. The air in the pool area was also rather chilly.

Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Room size and amenities.
Cleanliness of the bathroom and laundry room, pets are allowed in any room, no continental breakfast included.

Set up of the room
Stocked kitchen with full size fridge.
Evening worker who checked us in and assisted us with what we needed was super friendly and did an amazing job handling multiple guests at one time by herself! Kuddos to her!
Hot tub wasn’t working and pool was green with sand in it.
Not enough linens for beds, not enough towels for each person to have their own.
In the morning when walking stuff the car the front desk person was very pushy on getting us out the door and checking out- we had made a couple trips to the car and each time we were asked, “Are you checking out.”
Bathroom door in the room didn’t shut.

Location
Booked room 4 months before trip and didn't get king bed. I was told management moved people around for a large group. I did get discount but I would of rather had bed I booked.

It was nice and clean
Most of them staff were very pleasant except for 1. He was very rude
They don't tell you in the beginning that you have to request to have the room cleaned.
Upon booking the website said "Free Breakfast," we learned that was no more.
There was an issue with getting towels

the pool room and courtyard were nice. the rooms were decent with enough space.
our room was missing many essentials, mainly a garbage can, but also paper towels, iron, and iron board. others in our group were missing towels or their room wasn’t fully cleaned. there was no market for snacks or beverages (just an empty spot). there was a ceiling leak in the lobby, which sometimes had a sign and other times not. I’m shocked at the lack of security of the doors that wasn’t the main door. they were just unlocked all day and I didn’t need my key to access. it would have been nice to have some sort of table in our room to eat at.

location was in the perfect distance from the airport, the mall and my brothers house. room was clean and liked that we had a half kitchen.
elevator was stuck in the 3rd floor the first day and the pool was closed the last couple days.

Close to Mall of America
The room was full of dog hair. Our lenins, pillows, and bed had hair. When we asked for new sheets and blankets, they were covered in dog hair.
I booked the hotel on booking.com, and it stated they had free breakfast, but they did not. From my understanding, they said it was because of the website I booked it under, didn't update their end..
But when these issues were brought up to staff, nothing was done about it.

Rooms were outdated, and noisy from hallway noise. It was a fine hotel for the price, and loved that it’d animal friendly. Would stay again, but had some quirks.
Noise level, outdated rooms, uncomfortable bed.

I usually don't write review, but I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I booked it for 10 days because I got a seasonal job in the Minnesota Zoo area. I chose this hotel, because the listing states multiple times that they offer a free shuttle bus service to the airport, the Mall of America, and to the Minnesota Zoo, which I was planning to rely on, as I don't have a car. THEY DON'T OFFER A SHUTTLE BUS ANYMORE, which I found out the day I checked in. I had to spend $40-50/day for Lyft/Uber because of this and because the public transportation in the area is really limited.
Another reason why I chose this hotel was the pool & hot tub, which I was excited to use every day after work. But they were both OUT OF SERVICE the entirety of my stay, so I couldn't use them even once! I was told several times that it should be working the next day, which never happened. The elevator was also OUT OF ORDER multiple times.
THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED unless you requested it 24 hours in advance. It wasn't even properly cleaned when I first arrived. There was still trash left by the previous guests, and the dishes in the kitchen felt dirty.
There was a consistent BUZZING NOISE during the night, which made it really difficult to sleep. The first night, I was also woken up by a FIRE ALARM at 6 am...
I talked to the front desk about these issues and they were trying to be accommodating, so I appreciated them trying. They offered me a discount of $20 a day, which was better than nothing, but it just couldn't make up for the amount I had to spent on Lyft/Uber because of the lack of the shuttle bus, and all the other problems.

I like the rooms that they have the kitchen and the pool.
I didn’t like they do not have housekeeping on the weekends so we need a new towels and we couldn’t get new ones or the room clean.

Location was good, breakfast was pretty good as well, hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Hot tub was nice and there was a nice sitting area with fire pit just outside the pool area.
The pool was so cold the kids couldn’t swim, front desk said heater was on and set to 78 but I don’t see how that’s possible, and my kids don’t mind swimming in the cold. I also was certain I booked a room that had 2 doubles in each of the bedrooms and ended up with one bedroom only have a queen so we were short a bed.

Liked the comfortable room
I didn't like the dirty hot tub/pool, I got a call at 6pm saying my room was not available, I had to have a separate room from friend. The breakfast buffet was hardly a buffet. Basically just coffee.
2.5 / 5.0
was close to family where get together was
was dirty bathroom, carpet was very uncomfortable to walk on and if walked on with bare feet, feet turned black and then a sandy black residue was in the bed. the pool was cold and there wasn’t any extra bedding and pillows when we requested more. the worst was the air conditioner! it was so loud it kept us up both nights and it couldn’t be turned off because it was a very hot weekend.
