Both of our queen beds and comforter had stains on them. Our tub had red stains in it. The lady at the front desk was super nice and gave us free drink vouchers.

The room was dark with not enough lighting. Very out dated. Typical low budget hotel. We were attending an event so most everything else was sold out. It served the purpose since we were only there one night.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to no one not even my dog. I was treated terribly. I was charged an extra $100 unknowingly days after checkout. The housekeeper and staff lied and said there was going all over my room at check out. All lies. My 7 year old had vomit in a small area of the room around midnight so bc there was no housekeepers available I wiped the vonit with what towels were available in the room being it’s late and we had to clean it bc we still had to sleep there. Cleaned it all up but of course the smell will remain. It was literally nothing for the housekeeper to clean the room was left undamaged. Only to call and get mistreated by the front desk bc I asked for my money back for the deposit bc I disagree with the accusations and they had no proof. I don’t have money to waste. The original cost of the room was already overrated for what the property looks like. My toilet didn’t even flush in the rooms I had to get a plunge upon arrival but I didn’t complain. Only for them to treat me like this. $296 for one night stay. This is robbery and I will be taking further action against this hotel

I have never experienced a room that I booked being “given away”. My daughter and I drove 2.5 hours to stay at this hotel the night before her state cross country meet only to be told we didn’t have a room. It was cancelled without notice because someone else extended their stay. A room I booked weeks in advance. When I asked the woman at the desk why they didn’t call, she had no answer. She just said “it happens”. I asked her what were we supposed to do without a place to stay…she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Thankfully, another down the street is aware of this hotel doing this to other customers and they were able to book us a room. Never again. NEVER again!

This hotel was not bad for the price. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The bed wasn't the worst I've slept on (we travel a lot) but it wasn't super comfortable either. All in all, for the price we paid, we were happy with our stay.

Worst place ever stafff on front desk were very rude and unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and smelled weird behind the bed, were spider webbs and dust...they charged me my deposit for the carpet being dirty and because the bed sheet had a food stain, which has never happened to me before at any stay.I tried reaching out the manager and been given the run around , called choice privileges and the same thing. . For that amount of money I paid, I expected a more comfortable stay with my family that i had not seen in over 4 months .

Had a nice stay at econo lodge, only thing id change would be better parking and the elevator was a tad jerky but other than that had a wonderful stay. Room was lovely and the staff I interacted withwas politeas couldbe.Would definitely stay again.

When booking the room, the pictures make it look great. The pull-out sofa had a big nasty stain on it. Called the front desk, and due to all the rooms being booked, they gave us a mattress topper to place on top of it. We decided not to stay the extra night we booked. & inquired about being refunded for the night we were not staying for. Contacted Hotels.com & went over our experience & Econo lodge informed Hotels.com that they replaced the mattress, which they did not. Was not given a refund, but instead given a $25 credit for a room that we paid $178 a night for, Thanks Hotels.com for barely compensating what we spent on a dilapidated hotel.

Overall the stay was acceptable. However, there was a fragrance used either as a cleaner or deodorizer that had a very strong odor. This caused some headaches and burning/watery eyes in multiple guests.

Very strong moldy odor in lobby and hotel room. Run down hotel. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. It was broken down so badly that it had a huge dip in the middle. Woke up back and neck hurting. On the bright side, staff were nice.

When I got to the hotel after pre paying for my room, they then required a $100.00 deposit. The room carpet felt dirty like a film was on the floor, the mattresses were too soft like sleeping on a down comforter.

I was at their mercy because my booking was for the wrong date. I needed a room immediately and they charged $180 for one night at the Econo Lodge, Really! The toilet didn’t flush and there was something disgusting smeared on the microwave.
